The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur

Hôtel de luxe situé à 10/15min en grab du triangle d'or, et service de navette gratuite reliant la gare de KL central et son mall. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, d'un grand confort et bien équipées. Nous avons pu tester le brunch du dimanche qui était succulent et varié. Le seul petit bémol qu'on pourrait relevé est au niveau de la piscine qui n'est pas au niveau de tout le reste. Mais sinon c'est une expérience à vivre au moins une fois. Hôtel que je recommande!

I wrote this to warn ladies as their male housekeeping entered my room without permission! Thank goodness i was clothed But i must say their butlers, ladies are attentive Half day during my stay i have to change room because their pipe burst! Checked in was late too but they gave complimentary drinks along pool side which is long way from hotwl side. Expect more from st regis but disappointed with their services as there were no corrective action done - not even a complimentary meal or drinks or box of chocolates to show apologies after all the trouble they caused me!

Excellent bed and really comfortable sheets. Staff was vwry friendly. However service was a bit slow when trying to order food and drinks at their restaurant. Overall a great stay.

The butler team of Natasha, Nicole and Robi made our family of 4 stay impeccable. Right at arrival after a tired travelling journey, Natasha brightened up our day with her smile and welcome. As we went through check in in the room, she was always on the lookout for anything to aid my wife, kids and suggesting things she could help us arrange to have a relaxing night. The personal touches and surprises everyday throughout our stay really touched our hearts. The kids especially loved the drawings they received and they were so well drawn. The butler service team really made the stay feel extremely warm and personable, and it made us feel they went above and beyond to make our already luxurious stay even more memorable. The property of course was very well maintained and staff service in other areas of the hotel were also excellent. A commendable team effort that deserves this long review. I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay.
