What a amazing and unique property, with the most beautiful rooms in such a magical setting. We went there to celebrate my Birthday and received some delicious chocolate amenities. The staff were all totally outstanding and also so kind. We went there to celebrate my B'day, but I was unwell upon arrival and during our stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They gave us both an early check-in and a late-check-out to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you want a unique experience with the highest level of service. Thank you for all you kindness !!!

Great property and specially the friendliness of the staff. Even from abroad, I was able to coordinate in timely manner all activities and communicate with them to arrange everything prior to arrival .

An outstanding hotel offering a truly pleasant experience. The rooms are immaculate, the facilities are well maintained, and every detail reflects quality and care. The hotel was excellent. The room was lovely and cozy and the restaurant food was very tasty. It's one of those hotels that have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend staying here.
