First time staying in Ungasan, and I absolutely loved it. Such a romantic place—it truly feels like home. I looked forward to coming back to this atmosphere every day. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that makes you feel like you’re on top of the mountain. The location is also very accessible. Everything just feels right. I will definitely come back and would love to try other Kirana branches as well. 💖

The location is great, not far from main road but quiet and peaceful. The room is nice, good space but need some maintenance and upgrade in bathroom area, for example: new hairdryer, proper shower screen

Les bungalows même si ils sont un peu âgés sont très confortables. L'endroit est très beau et la piscine est sympa. Il y a un petit restaurant qui propose des plats délicieux et l'accueil par un personnel assez jeune est exceptionnel
