We are thankful to the genuinely warm and friendly hospitality team at Renaissance for giving us an amazing experience. We were in awe of the grandeur of the lobby accompanied by a perfect selection of lounge house music when we first arrived. Wow what a view and atmosphere. We really loved the modern cosy decor of our suite with balcony, open bath and large windows facing the greenery, open landscape and the sea. We enjoyed the large buffet spread, pool, spa, massage and gym facilities too. All good except for the undrinkable water that’s only acceptable for shower. Need to buy mineral water for boiling for coffee and brushing teeth. R Bar, Clay Craft and Double Ikat also offers fantastic food and drinks throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel! Highly recommended.

The reception area is very impressive in its design and architecture. First impressions have that Wow! Factor. The reception staff are equally impressive in their welcome and then friendly and helpful service. Facilities within including restaurants; gym and spa, and pool were all excellent. Can’t really find fault with this hotel and loved our stay here

Onze laatste paar dagen van de Bali reis hebben we op het resort doorgebracht. Het was een heerlijke afsluiting. Super gastvrijheid, lekker en kwalitatief goede F&B en mooie zwembaden. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien en een gym die 24/7 open was!

They have separate Wings and Will use golf buggy to pick you up since its quite far from one another. This is when its become troublesome since if you stay say at the corner wing basically you have to call and wait for a buggy everytime you want to go for breakfast, Back from breakfast, go out from the hotel etc. Furthermore, they often dont pick you up after one call and you Need to do another call before the buggy finally comes. Happened to me 3 times during my 2 nights stay. I Will not recommend this hotel for people that not looking for Resort type hotel

The safe ,clean and modern hotel ,beautiful room .good transport to their beach club and really everything we want from a hotel we could find there. fantastic hotel, breakfast, dinner great. great welcome at reception. Nice room with everything. My compliments about the staff, for exampleTina, Dika, Anga, Budi, they are very hospitable. Whether at the bar or in the restaurant. beautiful swimming pools, spa and gym.One less thing was the distance to the center or being able to wander around in the area. you are dependent on a car or scooter there. But the staff will arrange transportation for you. Really a perfect hotel to stay.

Large modern and well maintained resort with two big swimming pools, two restaurants, and lobby bar with great oceans views. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of continental and other cuisine options and also catered to many dietary retirements. All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

I LOVED the spa services. I LOVED the dining options. I LOVED sunrise yoga. The Concierge desk was so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to dining manager Yoga and his staff to the awesome breakfast we had each morning.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. If you’re contemplating this property, don’t! Just book it! The rooms are clean, quiet and very ideal. Huge bathtub with waterfall showerhead, separate toilet room, free bottles of water. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! So many options… they make crepes, waffles, pancakes, omelets ect! The views from the property are breathtaking and it’s very very quiet. Both pools are infinity and they’re clean, clear and huge! The staff is SO welcoming, nice, helpful and accommodating. They have a free shuttle that takes you to their other property located on the beach. The beach water was everything. Great food at both places… so many options! The resort also does activities every day listed on a board down by the main pool… bingo was fun! The spa did not disappoint either! I do travel influencing and I will recommend this place to all of my followers! Also, is only 25 minutes from the airport and the resort offers a pickup and drop off at a reasonable rate!

Arriving at the Renaissance Bali was like arriving to a dream. We booked a driver through the hotel for a late 11P pickup at the airport. He was there on time, cheerful and gave us helpful tips along the ride. Upon arriving, the staff gave us a much welcome juice and cold towel to freshen our faces after a long travel day. We were helped to our room with our luggage, and the room was immaculate. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and cool. We slept very soundly. Over the next few days, we enjoyed beyond excellent hospitality, delicious food at breakfast and the poolside restaurants, and tasty beverages. We loved the peaceful nature of the property, and were especially delighted when searching for the owl conservation, one of the staff invited us to feed the owls with him. Thank you Siarna! We will never forget that experience.

Unterkunft ist sauber und in einem gute zustand, schöne Aussicht. Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist ein großes Hotel, aber man hat nicht das Gefühl dass man von Menschen überrannt wird - es verteilt sich gut. Frühstück ist gut mit sehr viel Auswahl. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant ist auch sehr gut wenn man nicht immer unterwegs sein will. Achtung das Hotel ist etwas abgelegener von den Touristenpfaden - daher ruhig aber wenn man zu den Hotspots möchte ist man aufgrund des Verkehrs überall eine weile unterwegs. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!!

Hôtel avec une vue magnifique, les piscines sont exceptionnelles et propre. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Des jeux sont proposés aux enfants, ainsi que des animations. Les restaurants sont très bons et pas excessifs sur les tarifs. Je recommande cet établissement pour sa situation calme et proche d’Uluwatu, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité des services proposés

Hotellobby ähnelt einem Flughafenbetrieb/Flughafenhalle = laut, wuselig! Check in nur im stehen am Tressen möglich. Gebuchte Zimmer mit Gartenblick haben Blick auf Baugrube mit einem Sandberg.Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen in dem leider die Klimaanlage kaputt war= 17 grad. Der Elektriker konnte es nicht beheben man hat uns dicke Decken und warmen Tee gebracht 🙈. Gebuchte Halbpension ist eine Lachnummer= man bekommt ein Papier Voucher für 1 Gericht pro Person das heßt entweder 1 Vorspeise oder eine Hauptspeise teilweise ohne Beilage ( z.B..Rais muss man selbst bezahlen) oder eine Nachspeise. Also nach dem Verständnis vom Hotel besteht das Halbpension aus einem Frühstück und einem z.B. Eis zum Abendessen. So eine Halbpension hatte ich noch nie erlebt! Beim Abendessen spazierte eine Riesen Kakerlake über den Speiseraum. Das Hotel liegt in der Pampa ohne jegliche Infrastruktur! Zum Restaurant oder Geschäft muss man mindestens 15-30 Minuten mit dem Taxi fahren. Der Hotel Strand ( mindestens 30 Minuten mit dem Hotel Buss) befindet sich nicht in Uluwatu sondern in entgegengesetzte Richtung von Uluwatu! Liegt auch in „Niemandsland“ ohne Infrastruktur und somit wird man genauso wie im Hotel abgezockt ohne gleichen! Alles dermaßen überteuert!! Drinks teuerer als in teuersten 5 Sterne Hotel in Singapur!! Es ist nicht mal annähernd Standart vom 5 Sterne Hotel.

Gebuchte Zimmer mit Gartenblick haben Blick auf Baugrube mit einem Sandberg.Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen in dem leider die Klimaanlage kaputt war= 17 grad. Der Elektriker konnte es nicht beheben man hat uns dicke Decken und warmen Tee gebracht 🙈. Gebuchte Halbpension ist eine Lachnummer= man bekommt ein Papier Voucher für 1 Gericht pro Person das heßt entweder 1 Vorspeise oder eine Hauptspeise teilweise ohne Beilage ( z.B..Rais muss man selbst bezahlen) oder eine Nachspeise. Also nach dem Verständnis vom Hotel besteht das Halbpension aus einem Frühstück und einem z.B. Eis zum Abendessen. So eine Halbpension hatte ich noch nie erlebt! Beim Abendessen spazierte eine Riesen Kakerlake über den Speiseraum. Das Hotel liegt in der Pampa ohne jegliche Infrastruktur! Zum Restaurant oder Geschäft muss man mindestens 15-30 Minuten mit dem Taxi fahren. Der Hotel Strand ( mindestens 30 Minuten mit dem Hotel Buss) befindet sich nicht in Uluwatu sondern in entgegengesetzte Richtung von Uluwatu! Liegt auch in „Niemandsland“ ohne Infrastruktur und somit wird man genauso wie im Hotel abgezockt ohne gleichen! Alles dermaßen überteuert!! Drinks teuerer als in teuersten 5 Sterne Hotel in Singapur!! Es ist nicht mal annähernd Standart vom 5 Sterne Hotel.

Booked a room with king bed for a weekend getaway with my wife, but was given a twin bed instead. On arrival, the hotel informed us that there were no king beds left, and that our request for the king bed was “based on availability”. The staff were polite about it and we were given complimentary cocktails as an apology. Every other aspect of our stay was great. If the king bed is a must-have for you, be warned that it is not guaranteed for this hotel, even if you pre-paid for your booking and received a confirmation email stating your room type.

Excellent property and great, friendly staff. The property is perched up on the hill with views over the sea from a distance. The staff was super friendly, and even gave our children a gift when we left (hotel branded soft toy). We booked a loft room with outdoor jacuzzi - thinking that as 'loft' it would have unobstructed views to the sea, but unfortunately its on the ground floor with another block infront of us - wish we knew this!

The stay was great, the hotel staff (except for one woman at the reception) were very nice and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar were super friendly and great hosts. the food is excellent, just always wonderful. the room was very nice and very clean. In general we found the hotel area to be very clean. The older and oldest lady at the reception, on the other hand, was disrespectful and unfriendly - as a woman, I couldn't order a taxi without her asking my husband for permission and wanting confirmation that I could order the taxi. Once I asked her for water, and then she also asked my husband if it was ok if I got some water. Culture or not, it may be that she has nothing to report at home, but in my opinion this lady can't deal with female tourists in the hotel - she definitely didn't give me a holiday mood but rather a longing for Europe. I also couldn't ask about excursion destinations, e.g. visiting temples, without her asking my husband if I was even allowed to do that. Even when I went to the toilet once, she ran to my husband to tell him where I was. In any case, it was nice that other hotel employees were respectful and very warm to us. I would visit the hotel again thanks to the lady who only respects men - definitely never again :)

10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.

Excellent resort, not a lot to complain about on site, but it may not be what you're looking for if you plan on going around visiting Bali. It's a little out of the way and traffic is pretty atrocious unless you're heading out early in the morning (before 11 AM). My visit was for an event and it ended up being difficult every time we needed to head out. Calling for a ride can take quite some time, and going anywhere required at least 40 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend this location if you plan on remaining on resort for the majority of the time, it is very comfortable and services are excellent.

Fantastic service, excellent food - in particular the breakfast was exceptional! The pools and facilities were terrific as well. Im allgemeinen ein tolles Hotel. Großer Pool, tolles Essen und extrem freundliches Personal. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, betrifft die Halbpension, welche wir gebucht hatten. Uns wurden beim Check ein Gutschein überreicht, auf welchen stand, dass pro Person nur 1 Gericht bestellt werden darf. Auch die Karte mit Gegrillten sowohl eine weitere komplette Seite aus der Speisekarte waren vom Gutschein ausgenommen. Heißt also, dass Getränke, Dessert und Salat nicht enthalten sind. Dies wurde bei der Buchung mit Halbpension nicht erwähnt, weshalb dies für mich unverständlich ist. Der Hotelmanager nahm sich aufgrund meiner Beschwerde auch Zeit und mir wurde angeboten, den Aufpreis für die Halbpension zurück zu erstatten, jedoch würde das etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Grundsätzlich ist es ein super Hotel, jedoch sollten solche Dinge vorab kommuniziert werden, da mir dieser Umgang mit Halbpension fremd ist. Large modern and well maintained resort with two big swimming pools, two restaurants, and lobby bar with great oceans views. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of continental and other cuisine options and also catered to many dietary retirements. All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful resort with excellent staff. Stunning views. Clay craft breakfast was amazing and RBar is stunning with wonderful staff and cocktail options. Particular thanks to Angga who gave us excellent service at Rbar.

Highly recommend. Fantastic restaurants, bars, breakfast, spa, pools, view. The wonderful staff went out of their way every time to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is 'out of the way' but still close enough to experience Bali.

Review solely for the food—arriving at dinner time and the Indonesian restaurant looked appealing and airy. The menu wasn’t enticing. The lady server also the one at the restaurant entrance recommended randeng which is my fav but in retrospect, opted for something hot would not lead to food poisoning. Both dishes were bland. Service from the kitchen was nice but food wasn’t prepped hot. I also ordered Apple strudel at the room but it wasn’t the real dessert at all. Came for culinary experience but the result was definitely below par, minus even. I will not stay here again. The staff seemed attentive but when I have asked them questions both at the restaurant and the lobby, they didn’t have the capacity to converse in English. Seemed brushed off my concern when mentioned about the food poisoning. He just dismissed me and followed with a comment card. It wasn’t pleasant. I don’t think the hospitality level is up to par. I was disappointed w this Marriott hotel.
