Virkelig lækre værelser med en fantastisk udsigt. Dog ikke retvisende, at der i beskrivelsen af family suite står at der er en sovesofa som er en dobbeltseng, hvilket ikke er tilfældet, da sengen kun kan blive Max 150 cm lang, dermed er det kun mindre børn som kan sove der. Man skal ligeledes være opmærksom på at poolen kun må benyttes af børn under 16 år specifikke tidspunkter, hvilket heller ikke står skrevet i nogen former for beskrivelse af hotellet.

Wer in die Elphi will, sollte dort übernachten. Genial ist auch die Bar "Blick" - mit Aussicht auf den Hafen oder Speicherstadt und über die Dächer von Hamburg. Gerne wieder!

Alles super. Toll empfangen worden, jedoch der SPA Bereich ist die Kommunikation sehr schwach. Fehler passieren, jedoch keine Entschuldigung. Erst wurde mir ein Termin auf 15 Uhr bestätigt, am nächsten Tag um 16 Uhr. Laut Aussage der SPA Dame ist die email bereits am Vortag geschrieben worden. Ich hatte am Empfang nachgefragt, ob es derzeit technische Probleme gibt, man sagte mir, nein. Ich konnte alles vorlegen, aber die Art und Weise wie kommuniziert wurde, und alles zu vertuschen geht absolut nicht!

Wir sind an dem Geburtstag meines Mannes für eine Nacht verreist, ich hätte es sehr schön gefunden wenn man ihm beim Einchecken gratuliert hätte, zumal auch er seinen Ausweis zeigen musste. Auf dem Zimmer gab es Kostenloses Wasser, unsere Flasche wurde leider nicht ausgetauscht, sondern stand noch angebrochen vom Vorgänger da. Der Zahnputzbecher war noch schmutzig und auf dem Teppich war ein schwarzer Fleck. Das Spa war sehr schön, leider wurden die gebrauchten Handtücher nicht von den Gästen wieder weggeräumt und vom Personal auch nicht. Die Massage ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Dadurch das dass Hotel in der Elbphilharmonie gelegen ist, sehr schöne Lage. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick nach Innen und somit eigentlich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, wenn man es so ausdrücken mag. Auch haben wir Gegenstände vom vorherigen Bewohner des Zimmers noch unterm Bett gefunden was nicht schön war. Außerhalb des Zimmers ,war es in dem Hotel durch die Lage und den Ausblick sehr schön. Alles eher hochpreisig.

Für die Sauberkeit würde ich überhaupt keinen Stern geben. Auf der Toilettenbrille war noch Urin vom Vorgast gewesen. Der Boden wurde nicht richtig abgesaugt. Kissen waren nicht genügend vorhanden. Bad Utensilien so wie Wattestäbchen oder Zahnbürste waren garnicht vorhanden. Badhandtücher sind abgenutzt. Aber die Lage und die Aussicht sind Wunderbar. Wir hätten eigentlich 5 Sterne gegeben aber das mit dem Urin hat leider alles kaputt gemacht.

Schönes Hotel und Top Lage für Hamburg Besuch. Leider merkt man hier und da auch, dass das Hotel einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Kaputter Föhn. Schmutzige Bettlaken. Flecken an der Decke über dem Bett. Für den Preis sollte einfach alles passen.

Das Westin ist von den Zimmern her ein typisches Kettenhotel der gehobenen Klasse. Einzig die Fensterfront und der spektakuläre Ausblick unterscheiden sich. Das besondere Design der Elbphilharmonie findet sich in den Zimmern nicht wieder, man verlässt sich also auf die Lage und den spektakulären Standort, anstatt selber ein Design Statement zu setzen. Speziell dieses Classic Zimmer hatte noch nicht einmal einen Ausblick, man schaute gegen die Dachkonstruktion. Lobby und Bar („Blick“) sind aber absolut hervorzuheben.

Very nice hotel in Hamburg's best quarter. Had a nice room with beautiful city view. Room was smaller than the ones I know from Asia, but that might be, because the hotel is part of the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. Usual (high) Westin comfort. Westin heavenly bed, which is the best hotel bed I ever slept in! Even more expensive hotels like Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria can´t compete with the Westin heavenly bed!

I got a corner room upgrade. Had amazing views. Floor to ceiling glass all over. Even the bathroom has great views. Was a great experience to stay in an iconic piece of architecture.

Flotte værelser, men desværre svingende vandtryk på det varme vand. Desuden larmede ventilationen på værelset meget. Man forventer umiddelbart mere ved sådan en prisklasse. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke over middel.

Location, location location if you are a regular at the Elbphilharmonie then this is heaven for you, you just need few steps to be inside the concert hall, the views from the room are stunning , the Spa is really good, breakfast is amazing and all the staff there are fabulous, the only drawback in the hotel is the express service or speed service button on the phone sadly no one answers the line in a hotel which is a Marriott I never experienced this before and the reason is always we are busy, it happened so many times wether you want to order in for room dining or if you need help with your luggage, every time I have to go down to ask for assistance and that was not convenient at all, I mean there should be a designated person for this line just to reply and if they are busy just to assure you that we will get back to you instead of keep on trying for more than half an hour or 45 minutes.

Everything was just perfect from the assistant that helped us with our bags, the concierge , the restaurant staff . The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . Many thanks for the excellent service .

Went for a weekend and booked a studio apartment - absolutely insane room. Wonderful view, spacious, light, clean. The reception manager was extremely kind, and so was the wonderfully smiling and helpful man, who greeted me at the entrance by the parking cellar, and also carried my bags up to my room. Im very satisfied with the experience and will be back - many times!

Nice hotel, although the room wasnt ready when we arrived (at 16:00!) Staff told us that they would call us when it was ready, but they never did so we had to go back to the checkin counter to check once again. No appologies or compensation was offered. In this price range you would expect the room to be ready before 17:00.

The reception desk blocked the payment twice on my two cards and the accountant department didn’t do anything to correct the mistake through I was asking for help because I needed the frozen funds. 2. Again, at the reception the staff didn’t give me the bill with the net payment, considering the frozen funds and the intermediate payments the hotel took from me during my stay. 3. The cleaning personnel didn’t do the job correctly until I tipped them. Nothing was changed even after my complaint. 4. The spa receptionist made not one, not two but three mistakes in making my appointments. Thus I had had to rearrange my schedule just because their mistake I was blamed for by them. I was not “clear enough” when I was making my appointments in person standing in front of the receptionist. 5. The breakfast was merely enough for 4 star hotel. In Zurich I had breakfast better in three star hotels.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich toll, für jeden was dabei. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sauber und ordentlich, tolle Lage für die Tour-Klassiker, vieles zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Toll auch, 2 Doppelbetten im Zimmer.

Der spargel hart, geschmacklich nicht gewürzt. Das fleisch top Qualität, aber 2 kleine und wirklich kleine stücke fleisch, dazu zuchini und ein ring aus kartoffelpürree. Einkaufswert 4,50. Verkauf 55. Haben uns dann etwas besorgt. War billiger.

I loved our stay in a classic room with 2 double beds. Excellent room for the price. The staff was helpful, especially the receptionists. The breakfast experience was not the best. it was okay, but that’s it. Ordering some of their special toast for breakfast also took a long time to get. However, I value the room and service over good breakfast. Next time we’ll gladly pick this hotel again, just without the breakfast.
