Arena Ipanema Hotel

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück sind eher basic. Leider war mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, und der Verkehr war sehr laut zu hören. Die Lage ist jedoch gut, der Strand ist in nur 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war nicht wirklich beeindruckend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass mir ein späterer Check-out um eine Stunde ermöglicht wurde.

Großartiges und neues fünf Sterne Haus, welches den Namen verdient. Äußerst umsichtiges Personal.. Sehr stiösichere, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Umfangreiches First Class Frühstück.

The hotel is average, nothing more. Room felt small, bathroom hot and steamy with little space to hang towels, wet clothing and no balcony space. Whilst it met our basic needs after 3 days I grew fed up with the lack of space and dim lighting. You could hear some noise early mornings which woke us prematurely a few times. Breakfast was chaotic. The dining staff went above and beyond to help but they need new facilities; both coffee machines broke twice, the fresh orange machine once, the cereal dispenser required the staff to adjust it’s broken handle three times in one morning to work. The dining space cannot cater to the amount of diners at 9am. It was mayhem & quite frankly survival. To top it off for 3 days one life was out of service resulting in us using the fire exit. Passable but not ideal or a holiday experience.

Gostamos muito, mas achamos que o hotel Arena do Leme é melhor!
