Centrally located. Need to park off site but within reasonable walking distance. Lovely breakfast buffet.

The apartment was fully kitted out( no iron/ ironing board). It was very spacious and comfortable. There were steps to climb to get to the lift which can be difficult if carrying large cases. i would highly recommend this apartment- it’s in a great central location and very nicely decorated too.

An excellent boutique style hotel. The personal and friendly service from all the staff was exceptional. We needed a little help and nothing was too much trouble. Lounge with free tea and coffee available all day is a great touch. They even had jars full of sweets. Rooms are immaculate with huge showers. Location is fabulous. Close to a square full of cafes - with the port and shops within walking distance. I could not recommend this place any more. A real gem of a find.

We’ve generally loved to stay here, only when I booked the hotel with parking availability on Expedia says it has but they don’t.

Easy parking just 4 minutes from the property. Great dining options around. Staff was accommodating and very professional.

An enjoyable stay, however, whilst it says 'Parking on site', this is not strictly true. Parking is in a public car park approximately 5 minutes walk away so I advise dropping off your luggage first if you have some.

The hotel is very centrally located. There is a couple of public parking lots within 2-3 minutes walk. We drove to the Parking Granados en el centro de Málaga, took out our luggage and they parked the car. When we left the retrieved that car for us. Cost was 25 Euros/night. We walked all around town. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and spoke English. We ate next door at the Black Label Urban Grill. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. I would stay at this hotel again ad can recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Malaga.

Parking was a few blocks away and street quite noisy but otherwise convenient location

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff who looked after all of our needs even prior to our arrival. Parking is nearby and is very easy to find and safe (4min walk).There was only one point of dissatisfaction, which was explained at reception, and the feedback was gladly accepted. Thank you for the enjoyable accommodation.

Small hotel fully renovated, nice staff and good location. Lot of constructions going on in the area. No parking available in the property. The closest one is 300m away

Room was spacious and clean and hotel was well located in the historical center. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Apartment was awesome property was clean service was excellent. We had clean towels everyday and apartment was fully equipped. Loved the tea and biscuits in the reception. Would definitely book here again. Staff very friendly and accommodating

the receptionist was friendly and very professional. the location is great to walk around the city. the apartment was good equipped with all the essentials. - we found that the apartment wasn’t very clean. We got everyday fresh towels and products which was great but regarding the cleanliness in general it wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival: the cutlery was still dirty from the previous guests, the floor was still dirty (seemed like it was just mopped without vacuuming it), we still found lip stains on some glasses etc.

The room was nice and candy was amply provided. Twice we called the reception asking some questions about the wifi and jacuzzi, and they were not very forthcoming in their responses, unfortunately. The rooms were not the cleanest.

Clean room, nice decor, mostly helpful staff, cool central area, almost non-existant wi-fi. The Wi-fi in the bedroom was non-existant so that was very frustrating. Also, if 2 people are using the Wi-fi at the same time in the living room, it's a slow connection. Shoutout to Erika for amazing customer service and to Ignacio for helping get our luggage sent up to our room and back down when we checked-in/out as there were stairs to get to the lift to get to our floor. There was a stagnant smell in the bathroom but we simply closed the door after each use. It gets loud at night so good luck if you're a light sleeper. But overall, I'd give our stay a 3.5/5 (we are picky, bougie travelers).

Fantastic location! Wonderful hotel close to all the tourist hotspots as well as being a safe neighbourhood. The room was spacious, clean and really well equipped. Room was cleaned everyday, a real bonus. The bed was so comfortable that I slept really well every night which is so unlike me. The double glazing kept noise down at night and our balcony overlooking the street was a great place to watch the world go by. I would highly recommend this gem - a great find and somewhere I would definitely stay again when I next visit Malaga.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was a decent size (no hallway) but facing the street and very noisy. The water in the shower was running hot and cold at the same time. The breakfast room was fine and there was a good selection and quality of food, however it only opens at 8:00 am (problematic on a travel day). The common area was really nice with complimentary snacks and tea. But then the public bathroom on the ground floor had a foul smell. The reception staff was hit and miss but the two ladies in the breakfast room were fantastic. This hotel aspires to be a higher end hotel and while it does have potential for it some elements of the guest experience need attention. We would probably try a different hotel next time.

Very well located and comfortable property. Close to all that Malaga has to offer. Just note that the ground floor room’s bathroom is not private. It’s effectively in the bedroom with a semi see through screen to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. So there is little to no privacy.

My boyfriend and I ended up booking this hotel at the last minute because another hotel in Malaga messed up our booking. I was so pleasantly suprised with how pretty the room was. The room had a lovely bathtub, however the water wouldnt get or stay hot wnough to fill the tub up. There was also a weird light in the room that kept flashing in the middle of the night.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. We had a junior suite and it was lovely. The only negative thing is that the wifi doesn’t work very well. But otherwise a very beautiful hotel :-)

Grundsätzlich ein nettes Hotel, allerdings hatten wir eine Zimmer ohne Fenster, was inakzeptabel für ein sog. 4-Sterne Hotel ist. Eine wichtige Information, die bei der Beschreibung des Zimmers/Hotels fehlte - hätten wir diese gehabt, hätten wir das Hotel ganz sicher nicht gebucht.

Property is clean but room are rather small

Great location, extremely friendly staff and beautiful property. You can’t really ask for anything else. Spacious apartments with laundry facilities, perfect for when you visit the beach and for families.

Great hotel. Amazing staff

Nice tidy rooms and the receptionist was nice. The breakfast had a little choice and the man at the breakfast was extremely unfriendly. Only one table was occupied and when we tried to sit at the table, the employee started to speak in a very unfriendly manner in Spanish. I told him that i can't understand him but he keept speaking to me in spanish. When one lady employee came and other guests walked in he started to speak with them in english and be nice. I guess it was the manager or so. One more bad think it has to do with the parking. On that street is impossible to hold on and you can't go to the parking house without checking in. The way to the parking is full of construction work and difficult to reach if you have more stuff with you.

This is a brilliant hotel at so many levels . Breakfast is very good but service varies depending on who is on. We arrived on 19th (wed) the receptionist was superb and breakfast great . From the following Monday however the breakfast service was acceptable but no better. Irrespective I would highly recommend this hotel and apartments.

Great hotel, nice, clean rooms, great location. Very happy with everything. As we checked out very early, we were given a breakfast-box to bring along. (The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. We will be back, for sure. Morten

Upon my arrival, I was assigned a room that was considerably smaller than what I had anticipated, I was also questioned on the double bed I had booked, with a rather sinister look by the receptionist, which made me uncomfortable, the room unfortunately lacked any windows to allow for fresh air circulation. The only opening in the room was an internal window facing the fourth-floor landing, providing a rather unappealing view of the lift shaft, if curtain was open the public would look in and could see the bed, and I could see them too! This particular setup contributed to a rather claustrophobic atmosphere, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to persistent noise echoes from the ground level and a noticeable lack of fresh air. , I was quite disheartened by the demeanor of the reception staff when I expressed my concerns. Their responses felt dismissive and unhelpful, leading me to feel as though my presence was not valued. This lack of professionalism was particularly discouraging for someone seeking a pleasant and welcoming experienced. I was initially told that there were no available upgrades. However, I later discovered that an apartment option was listed on your website. Unfortunately, after unpacking and settling in, I was unable to reconsider the extra payment for a room change.As a Gold member of hotel.com, I had higher expectations for my experience, given my loyalty to the platform. There is 5 star service then there is Erica ,, coming from a guy with 35 years in the service industry , I know what I’m talking about From the get go , the warmest welcome was only out shined by her genuine passion for having our stay , our comfort level and overall experiences pushed to the max ! Our stay was fabulous. The staff at the hotel were accommodating and wonderful to us. The breakfasts were delicious and the location couldn’t be beat. What a wonderful stay we had! We will definitely come back.

Locating to start wasn’t easy,it’s on a narrow road taxis can’t stop on so you go past & have to walk back… initial welcome was pleasant, small hotel, nice staff, thought breakfast was included, only to find on departure, was asked to pay for breakfast (by most unpleasant member of all staff) I would’ve been tempted to explore elsewhere for breakfast, it’s convenient though..location for old town is ideal, abundance of bars & restaurants in all directions. 1mile walk to the beach/Marina area. Weekends are busy, town wakes up at 10pm onwards…

Once the street is repaired, the location will be even more convenient. I was aware when booking that the road was not accessible to traffic, but it's only a brief stroll to the corner where you can hail a taxi or catch a bus. The hotel is situated in an excellent area, and you can explore the historic district within a short walking distance.

Clean and very nice apartment-style hotel room. The apartment and hotel were top tier. However, the area around the hotel was loud and full of young adults going to bars until the early hours of the morning. Walking around alone felt unsafe honestly.

Hotel Palacete de Alamos is very well located in Malaga, being within easy walking distance of most attractions and facilities (except the beach which is a good 25 minutes walk away). The hotel is small and unique and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good except for the construction noise outside of the building. Front desk staff is great answering questions and providing suggestions for restaurants. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located, short walking distances from everything in town.

Located in very center Lottie loud and crowded but you cannot beat location !!!

The breakfast starts at 8am that is pretty late as most of day trips start at the meeting point around 8am to 8:30am so 7:30 breakfast would be much better.

Beautiful hotel,really clean in an excellent location. Friendly reception staff. Plentiful choice at breakfast but a very rude member is staff serving. He really had an attitude and when we asked for eggs which he pointed to a small plate of scrambled eggs, then was later serving other guests omelettes. Apart from that i would stay at the hotel again.
