Flott hotell med fantastisk uteområde. Veldig fint for de som liker å ligge ved bassenget. Mulighet for gratis lån av kajakk og sykkel. Sistnevnte er et stort pluss for å komme seg til flere flotte barer og restauranter som ligger på stranda nær Ao Nam. Hotellet sin mat er nokså dyr og lite imponerende, derfor endte vi opp med å spise lunsj og middag andre steder. Det samme gjelder for masasjen, som er 3x pris på hotellet. Men hotellet er likevel verd pengene, da standard og service er toppers.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Les espaces sont spacieux et le personnel très attentif. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La piscine est agréable et c est un plus d’avoir une piscine dédiée aux adultes.

Beautiful location. Lovely pools. Our room was right off the adult pool, so nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed how quiet it was. If you wanted to go to Ao Nang beach they had a shuttle. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

very nice staff! Even from the first phone call my partner made to this hotel everything and everyone was so gorgeous , friendly , specially reception and the guy who's in charge of water sports due to them, the pools, room and the amazing private beach I have to say it's one of the best hotels in Thailand. We loved the water sports and the pool OMG the temperature was amazing - the best we had in all of thailand . The room we got was amazing a wonderful tub and big clean wonderful room with view to the ocean. The only downside of this hotel is location (very far from everything else, not even 7/11 nearby and hotel restaurants not cheap) and I have to say also the breakfast was also a bit disappointing, not what I expected from 5* luxury hotel like that. But I can't complain I enjoyed my time there very much and I recommend this hotel for couples and who ever that want to relax and enjoy nice beach and pools.

Bra service, fina rum. Kanske behöver renoveras snart eller göra en deep clean, men inget som gjorde vistelsen dålig. Gymmet var lite litet å dåligt utröstat. Maten var okej, hade kunnat få in lite fler rätter på menyn då det blir lite enformigt under längre vistelse. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga, lite brister i språket då de ibland uppfattade helt fel.

During our stay, the staffs were absolute stars! They are extremely kind and friendly, and they do everything they can to help you :) The hotel, room and the pool were all really lovely like paradise, very clean and modern as well :) The location is a bit remote from everything so if you're someone who wants to go out all the time, you might need some extra money for taxi trips. But if you want to chill and relax, this is an absolute gem! Would defo stay there again and highly recommend to anyone :)

O restaurante do hotel merece destaque: os pratos são saborosos, bem preparados e com preços justos para o padrão da hospedagem. Os drinks também são muito agradáveis, complementando de forma especial os momentos de lazer no resort. The resort is very pretty, very clean, very comfortable. But it is in the middle of nowhere. If you have a car, this will not be an issue. We were only there three nights, and had never needed a car anywhere else in Thailand. You can’t get anywhere without one. They’ll call you a cab, and it will cost 2-4x what Grab costs you to get back to the hotel. They have a shuttle to take you to Ap Nang and Ao Nang ONLY, and it has very limited predetermined departure and return times. The hotel food is, unfortunately, not great aside from breakfast. There’s a place called God-Le restaurant just down the street that is idyllic and delicious. The beach at the resort is mucky and unusable at low tide. If they provided a better shuttle service, this would be a much better hotel. If it was closer to…anything…it would be a better hotel. If you’re just looking to sit by the pool and not see Thailand, or if you have a rental, it’s great.

We had an amazing stay at The Shellsea in Krabi! The resort was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and resourceful, making our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the pool bar—the staff there was so sweet and friendly, making it a great place to relax and unwind. We also loved how convenient it was to just walk down to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The pools were always at a comfortable temperature, which made swimming even more enjoyable. Another standout aspect was the laundry service, which was incredibly fast—we were so grateful for that convenience. A special shoutout to the concierge team, especially the young lady who helped us book a private long-tail boat tour of the islands on short notice. It was such a memorable experience, and we truly appreciated how seamless she made the process. Overall, The Chelsea exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and well-run place to stay in Krabi!

The staff were amazing especially Bee on reception she was outstanding, going out of her way for us to organise and help us, so friendly and beautiful, she is to be recommended and recognised for her service to the Seashells hotel. Also Rena was the travel organiser she was extremely helpful in organising days trips and taxis for us. She gave us lots of advice and was very competitive with her prices, we had an amazing boat trip to all the islands. We will be back for sure. The accommodation was beautiful, views amazing and all staff lovely. Great location, beautiful views, pool was amazing. Overall amazing place to stay.

They market themselves as a luxury hotel, but they clearly lack attention to detail. I experienced a frustrating 50-minute wait for the hotel shuttle at their Ao Nang sister hotel. The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 4:00 PM, but it never did. Despite the sister hotel calling them three times, they kept insisting the shuttle was on its way. Exhausted from waiting, we eventually called a Grab, only to find the shuttle parked right in front of the hotel when we arrived. When I complained to the front desk, they pretended to be unaware of the situation. Additionally, upon arrival, I informed them that I had two reservations and wanted to merge them to avoid switching rooms. They assured me there would be no problem, but when the first reservation expired, so did my room keys. I requested someone to come and resolve the issue, but they insisted I go to the lobby once again.

The hotel itself is beautiful but it’s really far from everything and the restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and is only ok. The shuttle only goes in and out three times a day. The staff are very nice. If the restaurant was really good, or about a third of the price, and I wanted a very quiet holiday I would stay there again.

The room, pool, staff and restaurant were fine. The main issue is that there is nothing to do as the hotel is remote and no facilities. The beach is not usable. There are no beds or umbrellas and it is full of crabs. They need to get the beach working, they need to provide activities such as Thai food cooking, waterspouts etc

The resort is very pretty, very clean, very comfortable. But it is in the middle of nowhere. If you have a car, this will not be an issue. We were only there three nights, and had never needed a car anywhere else in Thailand. You can’t get anywhere without one. They’ll call you a cab, and it will cost 2-4x what Grab costs you to get back to the hotel. They have a shuttle to take you to Ap Nang and Ao Nang ONLY, and it has very limited predetermined departure and return times. The hotel food is, unfortunately, not great aside from breakfast. There’s a place called God-Le restaurant just down the street that is idyllic and delicious. The beach at the resort is mucky and unusable at low tide. If they provided a better shuttle service, this would be a much better hotel. If it was closer to…anything…it would be a better hotel. If you’re just looking to sit by the pool and not see Thailand, or if you have a rental, it’s great.

Seul point à savoir, l’hôtel est isolé, ce qui fait son charme mais il faut donc impérativement un moyen de locomotion pour bouger. La location d’un scooter est une excellente option.

Beautiful location. Lovely pools. Our room was right off the adult pool, so nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed how quiet it was. If you wanted to go to Ao Nang beach they had a shuttle. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

The property is very nice but there are hardly any dining options. It's a very limited menu in the one restaurant they have and the same is available for room service. For a property that is 20 minutes away from the main tourist area, there really should be more food available. There are also no restaurants nearby. One other small issue was that the kids club restroom has no soap which is very strange.

very nice staff! Even from the first phone call my partner made to this hotel everything and everyone was so gorgeous , friendly , specially reception and the guy who's in charge of water sports due to them, the pools, room and the amazing private beach I have to say it's one of the best hotels in Thailand. We loved the water sports and the pool OMG the temperature was amazing - the best we had in all of thailand . The room we got was amazing a wonderful tub and big clean wonderful room with view to the ocean. The only downside of this hotel is location (very far from everything else, not even 7/11 nearby and hotel restaurants not cheap) and I have to say also the breakfast was also a bit disappointing, not what I expected from 5* luxury hotel like that. But I can't complain I enjoyed my time there very much and I recommend this hotel for couples and who ever that want to relax and enjoy nice beach and pools.

Bra service, fina rum. Kanske behöver renoveras snart eller göra en deep clean, men inget som gjorde vistelsen dålig. Gymmet var lite litet å dåligt utröstat. Maten var okej, hade kunnat få in lite fler rätter på menyn då det blir lite enformigt under längre vistelse. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga, lite brister i språket då de ibland uppfattade helt fel.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, the surroundings beautiful, and the rooms clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent—especially the amazing coffee made to order.

it's ok, it looks like it was a great spot when it was newly open. The place has a lot of potential but it definitely needs better maintenance. The food could be much better but it's definitely an okay option to stay in Krabi. The location is ideal for those looking to relax, and you can book your excursions with the Hotel concierge.
