It’s nothing like the photos, it looks old and not well maintained. Even though is a cheap option I felt a little deceived from the photos. Kuta is not the nicest place in general too.

The hotel is great and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel has amazing facilities - gym, pool, and the breakfast was awesome. There are good dining options nearby. The rooms were great and there are great options for transport services

This a decent place to stay if you're looking for a short stay. Clean property, they have limited underground parking. As for the breakfast wish they had more choices. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Location is good but nothing to do much around. You'd either need a scooter or a ride to explore things around. When asked for better view room well in advance as we were there for our anniversary, we got a 5th floor but facing to the hotel floors. Hence natural light was barely getting in. Other lighting in the room was not great either. They call it a superior room, but it's really an inferior. Not so big and bedding is average. When booked via expedia, a welcome drink was offered which we never received. When asked the staff about it, they had no idea about it. Roof top pool is great, around 1.4mtrs deep and has some great views of the ocean. Overall not so great, didn't feel like it's a 4 star except for the pool, and rooftop view.

Prima verblijf gehad, maar niet heel bijzonder. Het is een groot, mooi hotel maar in de omgeving niks te beleven. Als je er op uit wilt moet alles met een grab, en daarnaast weinig eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. De kamer was erg donker omdat deze grenst aan de binnenkant van het hotel, geeft een wat benauwd gevoel. Zwembad is prima maar nodig aan onderhoud toe. Daarnaast zijn er geen parasollen waardoor het erg warm is.

Als je er op uit wilt moet alles met een grab, en daarnaast weinig eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. De kamer was erg donker omdat deze grenst aan de binnenkant van het hotel, geeft een wat benauwd gevoel. Zwembad is prima maar nodig aan onderhoud toe. Daarnaast zijn er geen parasollen waardoor het erg warm is.

Staff was very nice. The hotel has a very bad smell, in the hallways, elevator, garage. We had to change room twice because of this. Also dirty plates and old food outside of the rooms. Needs a real upgrade to be a 4 star hotel. I had more expectations.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in Bali. Thankfully, we booked it for a night before leaving, but the room was not clean, bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner, front desk and the staff were not kind at all. The room had a very bad smell to begin with. Absolutely no value for money

I recently stayed at Infinity8 in Jimbaran and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that not only lacked a view but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. After expressing our concerns, we were able to request a new room; however, we were surprised to find that we had to pay a significant additional charge for the upgrade. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the rooms being cleaned daily, there was consistently sand on the floors—even right after cleaning. Additionally, there were remnants of soap left on the bathroom tiles, which was quite off-putting. While the service from the staff was generally acceptable, communication was often a challenge due to their limited English proficiency. This made requesting assistance or expressing concerns somewhat frustrating. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was quite poor, and the quality did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my stay at Infinity8 was not what I had hoped for. With better attention to room conditions, cleanliness, and service quality, this hotel could significantly improve the experience for its guests. I would recommend considering other options in Jimbaran until these issues are addressed.

Room wasn’t as clean specially the floor, bathroom area had mold. My room didn’t any have toiletries , just very basic. Staff was helpful and attentive. Restaurant food was delicious. It’s close to Garuda Wisnu Cultural park which is a plus.

Loud and Annoying. Stayed on the second floor facing the reception. Light comes in from the reception so you are never in the dark. Didn’t have one good nights sleep. Room service did not answer once in three days. The restaurant can not make a cappuccino.

The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.

Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm. This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!! Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay. Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then. All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking

Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm. This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!! Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay. Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then. All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking

I recently stayed at Infinity8 in Jimbaran and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.

When asked for better view room well in advance as we were there for our anniversary, we got a 5th floor but facing to the hotel floors. Hence natural light was barely getting in. Other lighting in the room was not great either. They call it a superior room, but it's really an inferior. Not so big and bedding is average. When booked via expedia, a welcome drink was offered which we never received. When asked the staff about it, they had no idea about it. Room wasn’t as clean specially the floor, bathroom area had mold. My room didn’t any have toiletries , just very basic. Staff was helpful and attentive. Restaurant food was delicious. It’s close to Garuda Wisnu Cultural park which is a plus.

Prima verblijf gehad, maar niet heel bijzonder. Het is een groot, mooi hotel maar in de omgeving niks te beleven. Als je er op uit wilt moet alles met een grab, en daarnaast weinig eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. De kamer was erg donker omdat deze grenst aan de binnenkant van het hotel, geeft een wat benauwd gevoel. Zwembad is prima maar nodig aan onderhoud toe. Daarnaast zijn er geen parasollen waardoor het erg warm is.

Loud and Annoying. Stayed on the second floor facing the reception. Light comes in from the reception so you are never in the dark. Didn’t have one good nights sleep. Room service did not answer once in three days. The restaurant can not make a cappuccino.

I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨

Staff was very nice. The hotel has a very bad smell, in the hallways, elevator, garage. We had to change room twice because of this. Also dirty plates and old food outside of the rooms. Needs a real upgrade to be a 4 star hotel. I had more expectations.
