The hotel is situated a short walk from the port and cathedral. Plenty of restaurants close by and the hotel does have its own restaurant. Very pleasant team from first arrival and through the stay to departure. We were able to take our room earlier than expected but we were not in high season. Breakfast is continental with the typical choices. The roof top terrace is sunny from early morning through to late afternoon and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed our short stay at the BO hotel

The BO hotel is right in the heart of the historic city so it’s a great location. The only downside is the nightlife goes on until 2am. The staff is wonderful and the rooftop lounge area and hot tub provides a great place to relax after exploring the city. There are many choices of restaurants in a short walk. We would absolutely stay there again.

Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too.

Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma

The staff at this property were exceptional. They helped you with any queries. We loved the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. Great central location with walkable distance to all sights and lovely restaurants nearby. Would recommend to anyone.

This Hotel was truly exceptional - from the staff to the room and cleanliness to another level - if we come back to Palma we will certainly stay here again - the top terrace was just superb at the end of a long walking stint in the town - lovely comfy sunbeds and a great view with a jacuzzi thrown in too

In Palma werden wir ummer wieder das BO bevorzugen. Es liegt sehr zentral, ist total sauber und die Freundlichkeit im Hotel ist überragend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

the room is pretty but the water is a problem. There is very little pressure in the sink and the temperature in the shower and sink isn't consistent. A pet peeve of mine is the quilts. They are beautiful, all hotels have them. You need to be staying at the North Pole with the windows open to sleep under them. Why can't the hotels make the beds with a light blanket. I'm sure it cost them a fortune to have the air conditioning low enough for customers to sleep under the quilt.

Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night.

Junior suite corner with balcony was fantastic. Perfect location in historic center. Big room, felt new and clean. Would def stay again. Shower is attractive glass less design annoying because bathroom floor does get wet.

Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel. The staff were great throughout, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was a nice place to sit and have drinks although we did not eat. The location is perfect, in a lovely street with lots of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Modern rooms and bathrooms. The only downfall is that we could hear a lot from the street and from other parts of the hotel in the nights but it didn't bother us really.

The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old city and very close to the the cathedral and port. Staff was truly amazing.

I have an early departing flight. The staff was super helpful to book a taxi and also packed a beautiful breakfast for me.

The BO hotel is right in the heart of the historic city so it’s a great location. The only downside is the nightlife goes on until 2am. The staff is wonderful and the rooftop lounge area and hot tub provides a great place to relax after exploring the city. There are many choices of restaurants in a short walk. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma

Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night.

Tudo excelente. Localização impecável. Quarto excelente. A recepção do hotel precisa ser repaginada, pois não corresponde a qualidade do hotel ( sugestão e não desmerece o hotel). Ficaria lá novamente. Bom café da manhã, com produtos de excelente qualidade.

Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

We stayed in the sky room, which is the only room on the 4th floor and has a huge private terrace which looks across the rooftops to Palma Cathedral. Daybeds, sofa, chairs, tables and a spa tub were all there for our exclusive use! The room itself is huge with a massive comfy bed, separate loo and a large shower which is situated in the corner of the room. Good aircon too and Molton Brown toiletries supplied. The man on check in couldn’t have been nicer and because the room was ready, he let us check in 2 1/2 hours early! He invited us to have a free drink in the restaurant while he photocopied our passports etc. On checkout they let us use the roof terrace (which is open to all guests and has a jacuzzi) for the rest of the day. The staff here really were great. Situation wise, it’s in a great position for exploring the old town being close to the waterfront, the cathedral and being in the old town itself. Really wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again- it was fab!!

All of the staff members treated us very well. They made reservations for us for dinner on the restaurant in hotel and another. Our rooms were freshly cleaned everyday. Cafè Ritzi was one of my favorite meals of my time in Palma.
