i really liked the hotel itself, the pool area was wonderful, and the gym huge. its located close to the marina/centre walkable in 10-15 mins. OXXO next door too. what i didnt like was that the floor in my room was filthy, making your feet constantly dirty, and the noise and music so loud from 10pm through the night. on site there is bands playing so you cannot sit on the balcony or watch tv and there was zero soundproofing against outside noise. impossible to have good sleep despite being on floor 4 which was a real shame.

Overall a very good hotel. Only issue we experienced was big leakage in the roof of recreation room with pool table when it rained on our last day. There was no immediate response from staff to suck the water flooding on the floor.

Great experience! Friendly and helpful service, nice amenities, comfortable room, peaceful despite the busy area, and incredibly convenient and close to all of Cabo's best beaches, dining, activities, and nightlife. The spa was awesome too. The only thing I'd say is the included breakfast wasn't really worth it; the service was a bit disorganized and offerings were just ok... Such a great time overall and would go back again soon!

Let me start with the Pros: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, medano beach, marina area and downtown Los Cabos. The restaurant at the hotel has really good food, The work out/ gym is nice, not big but has all the stuff we need to work out daily. The cons: The main reason I picked this hotel because of the pickleball courts but very disappointed the way the added plastic cover to the floor, so the ball bounced super weird. Staff was not very friendly when we checked in, We got there early around 10am and the hotel was really empty but they didn’t have our room ready until 2pm. I think they did this to prevent us from eating the free breakfast???, we were tired and hungry and had to roam around for 4 hours. The bathroom doesn’t look very clean. The toilet has stain or not being cleaned well. The shower was the worst part, super slow water, I was dreading when it’s shower time. If I come back to Cabos, probably will find another hotel

First time staying at a hotel in Cabo off the beach. Medano is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 20 minutes from the Marina and Downtown. In addition, there are several restaurants within a two minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed this walkable location much better than being trapped in an all-inclusive. The hotel facilities are fantastic; affiliated and non-afflicted restaurants on or right next door; pickle ball court; putting green; free self-laundry on site; and the included breakfast was very good. The staff was very good as well. Shout out to SAMANTHA at the KAMA bar who made fantastic margaritas the waiter MARCOS. Both did a great job for us. We look forward to returning; the days of all-inclusive beach resorts are now in the past.

Room was a little bit dusty specially floors maybe due to construction around hotel.. bathroom showing signs of humidity and paint peeling, shower towels were on the yellowish side,pool did not look clean and clear and beds were not comfortable and hard. Staff very friendly.

Hit and miss maid service. Sometimes we got water and sometimes not. Sometimes we got a face towel, hand towel and/or bath mat and sometimes not. The beds are small queens and not particularly comfortable. Free room upgrade given on checkin but they wanted to charge for a late (extra hour) checkout. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Wonderful one day stay. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Matias, (such a pleasant man), to the check in with Jorge, our stay was perfect! The staff at this hotel are all so nice. Our room was spotless and very spacious. Look forward to returning another time.

The property is good, I would only suggest two things, clean the drains in the showers from hair and have extra powdered milk for coffees in the room, as you have to open a new filter packet just to get the powdered milk, I think this is a waste.

The front staff are very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here and if I visit again will stay at the same hotel. Room is very clean and has everything you need. Theres many shops nearby, bank behind the property and rental car. It has a really great location.

If they told you here that you cant use the wifi for Netflix or Youtube, you would probably look for another hotel. When it connects at all, often it doesn't, its so slow you have trouble just scrolling Instagram. It was a very big annoyance our entire stay, which was way too long. I would have left after the first night, but the payment was non-refundable, so it made for an unpleasant 5-night stay. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is in a good spot, close to lots of stuff, but with that also comes lots of street noise.

Location was great, easy to walk to Medano Beach and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! A bit of a wait, so you can’t be in a hurry. Large rooms, modern decor and room was very clean. Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool! Only issue was the noise from a nearby nightclub. It did not stop until 5:00 in the morning. I will bring earplugs next time, I tried my AirPods but heard all my notifications through out the night. Staff was super friendly and look forward to my next visit!

I like staying at this hotel. It is well located to the places I go to. The staff is friendly and it is clean. The only problem is the street noise. The local fire and police station is two blocks away. The music from the local bars often continues well past 2am. It is loud. If you don’t mind getting any sleep until early in the morning, this is the place for you. I have stayed here for many years.

Amenities and staff are great. Just too much noise in the area. Loud music from clubs around can be heard until 2AM on the weekends. We had to book another stay to get away from the noise.

Hotel was very nice and quiet except late at night. You can still hear the music from the bars. Make sure you bring earplugs! The showerhead had very low water pressure which caused us to take a longer shower than usual. The free daily breakfast is made to order and it was nice to have choices, but the food was not as good as I would have expected. I enjoyed the location was close to everything and walking distance from the beach.

In general, this is a very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. However, I booked a suite with two beds, and upon arrival was provided a standard room with one bed. Check in process starts at 3PM sharp. Everyone lines up and there was only one person available at registration. It was 4PM when I finally got my room. I then discovered it was the wrong room and had to wait another 30 minutes in line to discuss the error. I was told I would need to wait another hour until the manager came in. After an hour I was told the manager had not come to the front desk and I should wait in the room and they would call me. In another hour I went back downstairs and was told the manager would not be coming in. I was told the hotel was full and no other accommodations could be made. I spoke with others who also did not get the rooms they reserved. The next day I requested that I get a refund for the difference in price between what I had reserved and paid for, and what I had been given. I was told they have no way to do that. I would only recommend this hotel if you were reserving a standard room with one bed and have plenty of patience for waiting around. Also beware that the morning breakfast could be time consuming. I received part of my meal and gave up waiting for the rest after 45 minutes of completing the first part.

Check in process starts at 3PM sharp. Everyone lines up and there was only one person available at registration. It was 4PM when I finally got my room. I then discovered it was the wrong room and had to wait another 30 minutes in line to discuss the error. I was told I would need to wait another hour until the manager came in. After an hour I was told the manager had not come to the front desk and I should wait in the room and they would call me. In another hour I went back downstairs and was told the manager would not be coming in. I was told the hotel was full and no other accommodations could be made. I spoke with others who also did not get the rooms they reserved. The next day I requested that I get a refund for the difference in price between what I had reserved and paid for, and what I had been given. I was told they have no way to do that. I would only recommend this hotel if you were reserving a standard room with one bed and have plenty of patience for waiting around. Also beware that the morning breakfast could be time consuming. I received part of my meal and gave up waiting for the rest after 45 minutes of completing the first part.

Everything is in walking distance .. and they have great staff ( from 6/25/24-6/29/24.. the girls working in the bar (morning shift )are amazing …. Great experience! Friendly and helpful service, nice amenities, comfortable room, peaceful despite the busy area, and incredibly convenient and close to all of Cabo's best beaches, dining, activities, and nightlife. The spa was awesome too. The only thing I'd say is the included breakfast wasn't really worth it; the service was a bit disorganized and offerings were just ok... Such a great time overall and would go back again soon!

Our stay at Médano Hotel and Spa in Cabo Mexico was marred by some challenges. Despite reaching out via email prior to our visit, we received no response. Additionally, we were assigned a room behind the pool bar and despite our requests, we were not relocated during our 6-day stay. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate during our stay also went unanswered. While there is certainly room for improvement, we still managed to enjoy our stay overall. 😊

Great property, rooms are well equipped, modern and well maintained. Great location for a less than ten minute walk to Medano beach and is surrounded by great restaurants. A short 10 minute walk also to the Marina. Ocean view from some of the rooms here. Pool is a nice area. Breakfast restaurant in the open courtyard is nice and quirky. Front desk staff, cleaning and maintenance staff are really great. A really nice and relaxing stay, regardless of the inevitable construction work in this ever developing resort. Overall, a great stay, very comfortable and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again.

Location was great, easy to walk to Medano Beach and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! A bit of a wait, so you can’t be in a hurry. Large rooms, modern decor and room was very clean. Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool! Only issue was the noise from a nearby nightclub. It did not stop until 5:00 in the morning. I will bring earplugs next time, I tried my AirPods but heard all my notifications through out the night. Staff was super friendly and look forward to my next visit!

Second time staying here and will definitely return. Great location, walkable to Medondo beach, and many restaurants and attractions in the area. Property is very clean and staff is very attentive. They made to order breakfast that is included was excellent.

Room was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Medano Beach and the Marina. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Pool area is small but pleasant and pool was clean. Not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks poolside, which is not great. Street noise sometimes a problem as there is a fire station close by.

I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints, only that it's become more popular and the rates are up! I prefer the Mdeano area over the Marina and this hotel in particular because it's easy to get anywhere from here. Car rental to Todo Santos or Los Barillas is right down the street, great tacos and corner bars nearby, and the beach a 5 minute walk up the hill.

First time staying at a hotel in Cabo off the beach. Medano is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 20 minutes from the Marina and Downtown. In addition, there are several restaurants within a two minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed this walkable location much better than being trapped in an all-inclusive. The hotel facilities are fantastic; affiliated and non-afflicted restaurants on or right next door; pickle ball court; putting green; free self-laundry on site; and the included breakfast was very good. The staff was very good as well. Shout out to SAMANTHA at the KAMA bar who made fantastic margaritas the waiter MARCOS. Both did a great job for us. We look forward to returning; the days of all-inclusive beach resorts are now in the past.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The property isn’t right on the beach with the fancier resorts, which I liked. The on-property restaurant, Kamú, was good and had American-type food options. The pool was small but nice, and my room was spacious and clean. I was able to easily walk to Médano Beach, downtown, and the marina, and there are many restaurants near the hotel. The only negative thing was the weak WiFi, but that won’t stop me from staying here again.

The housekeeping was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was great with many delicious choices, fresh fruits, and local cuisine. The head waiter, Carlos, was very friendly and made sure my coffee cup was always filled with a delicious brew. I will definitely visit again!

Hotel was very nice and quiet except late at night. You can still hear the music from the bars. Make sure you bring earplugs! The showerhead had very low water pressure which caused us to take a longer shower than usual. The free daily breakfast is made to order and it was nice to have choices, but the food was not as good as I would have expected. I enjoyed the location was close to everything and walking distance from the beach.
