God lokasjon, kort vei til sentrum. bra frokost. Dårlig WIFI skulle ha teams møter under oppholdet dette gikk ikke pga manglende dekning på wifi. sengene er ikke spesielt gode og heller ikke sengetøyet puter etc.

Fint hotel, moderne og grei service. Men ikke dra dit for spaet, det var mer en barnehage hvor det bare var mange barn og veldig mye støy. Selv om det var skiltet stillesone. Men utenom spaet kan det anbefales. Fin plassering og kort vei til gamlebyen.

Meget fin penthouse lejlighed med 2 badeværelser og stue/soveværelse. Det eneste minus overhovedet i opholdet var at pool området åbenbart skulle også fungerer som offentlig svømnings undervisning. Det er ret mange perioder alt efter hvornår i hverdagene. Det havde været fint hvis receptionen havde orienteret os om den planche på polsk som viste dette så vi kunne have lagt vores spature i de tidsrum hvor der var plads. Vi ankom til en spa afdeling med svømmeundervisningen, forældre med spædbørn og omklædning som var meget støjende og overfyldt.

En utmärkt frukost med ett brett utbud samt vissa rätter som de gjorde åt dig vid beställning ex egg benidict, omelett mm. Bra gångavstånd till det fantastiska centrumet med otaliga restauranger. Bra parkering på innergården. Trångt i poolen.

Fint hotell. Men litt skuffende at boblebad var ute av drift i tre dager, samt at det var vedlikehold på damp badstu siste dag. Mye aktivitet i bassenget, mellom annet svømmeopplæring for barn og trening. Frokost var bra, og fine rom. Kanskje ikke 4 stjerner, men greit for pengene.

Fint hotell med god størrelse på rommene. Stille, rolig og god frokost. Deilig å kunne slappe av i velværeavdelinga etter mye vandring i byen. Badstu (vanlig og steam) og boblebad gjorde susen! Ellers var dusjhodet på rommet litt løst og snudde seg derfor ofte i feil retning, men det gikk greit. Jeg syns også sengene var litt harde. Ellers er jeg litt usikker på renholdet av bassenget i velværeavdelinga. Det var noen svarte merker som kan ligne på mugg langs vannkanten noen steder.

Renhold helt ok, fikk sengetøy med flekk og hull i trekket. Veldig lytt. Hørte alt som skjedde i gaten og hva naborommet holdt på med. Resepsjonistene kunne ikke svare på noen av våre spørsmål i forhold til serverdigheter eller om det var noe tips til hva vi kunne finne på.

Lovely hotel, rooms and facilities all spotlessly clean. Breakfast expensive compared with what is available a short walk away. Old town is beautiful with lots of good quality, reasonable bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Almond, just a 15 minutes walk into the main hub. Everything was so well organised. Our standard room was very spacious which was particularly helpful having a wheelchair with us. It was lovely to have a double aspect window with 2 balconies, it also had good air con, a mini bar and a large sized shower cubicle in the well equipped bathroom. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room and the hotel itself. The prosecco breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold foods and was in a very nice breakfast room. There is a lovely restaurant/bar and a spa for anyone who wants that option. We also appreciated the good sized glass lifts, with no queues to use them. Everywhere was immaculately clean, the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily, excellent housekeeping. The staff were all helpful, friendly and courteous. Very good value too.

Hade kunnat vara en fin hotell om det inte vore silverfiskar i badrummet. Spa byggdes om och även om det gick att använda var det borrning hela tiden och byggarna. Skulle vara bra om infon stod nånstans om detta.

The hotel itself was fine, but I don’t think it truly deserves to be called a 4-star property. The bed was quite small, just 140x200 cm, which felt disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was also a large pillar right in the middle of our room, which made the space feel cramped and awkward. One of the receptionists I spoke with over the phone could have been a bit more pleasant, but it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was just average—definitely not up to the standard I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. For the price I paid, I expected the hotel to be in better condition and offer a higher level of service. I don’t believe we will return there again.

Very friendly reception and dinning area staff, great spa area when it's all open and available. Good breakfast but the buffet area is a bit congested when it's busy. Having stayed before in single occupancy rooms with very narrow uncomfortable beds we were very greatful to the gentleman on reception for allocating larger double beds for our stay making the whole experience much more enjoyable, thank you. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Kult hotell, hyggelig betjening. Litt utfordrende å få i gang den gratise wifi’en. Man måtte registrere seg via nett, og jeg forsøkte å koble meg opp med iPad uten sim. Fikk det til etterhvert! Sleit også med aircondition som ikke var veldig effektiv..

Ble oppgradert til superior room, det var hyggelig. Fikk et flott rom med stor balkong og utsikt til en flott kirke. Fine og rene rom. God seng. Litt tynn dyne når det er minusgrader ute. Måtte sove med ullundertøy på. Ventilasjonsanlegget virket, men det bråkte for mye til å ha på mens man var i rommet. Flott badebasseng med sauna og boblebad med gratis inngang. Kjempegod SPA behandling til en god pris. Anbefales. Hyggelig personell. Frokosten hadde et veldig godt utvalg, og så veldig innbydende ut.

The hotel is the opposite side of a main road to the old town. There is an underpass which also serves as access to Zabi Kruk tram stop on services 8 and 9. The underpass is not accessible. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Neptune fountain/Town hall from the hotel. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and currently it is quiet as the road outside is closed due to bridge work. The hotel and its staff are very good and it has a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and has many options but the breakfast room is very busy around 0900 (the room is on the first floor whereas the restaurant is on the ground). A couple of small niggles (some mentioned on other reviews), there are only two pillows to a double bed and they are very thin. More can be obtained from Reception. There is limited shower gel in the bathroom and no separate shampoo. Also whilst there are tea and coffee making facilities, the tea option is limited to one black tea bag. Finally to note that there is a small convenience store just around the corner open from 6am to 11pm and is open on a Sunday as well. I would recommend a stay at the Almond.

Very friendly reception and dinning area staff, great spa area when it's all open and available. Good breakfast but the buffet area is a bit congested when it's busy. Having stayed before in single occupancy rooms with very narrow uncomfortable beds we were very greatful to the gentleman on reception for allocating larger double beds for our stay making the whole experience much more enjoyable, thank you. Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Rent, mysigt och fräscht hotell. Ligger strax utanför stadskärnan, ca 5 minuters promenad. Lugnt och skönt område. Litet mysigt spa. Fantastisk frukost. Sköna sängar men täcken och kuddar kändes billiga och var av låg kvalité. Majoriteten av personen var väldigt nonchalant och ointresserad. Dålig information vid incheckning. Receptionister som inte lyfter blicken vare sig i lobbyn eller spat när man kommer in. Servisen i restaurangen var ouppmärksam gällande att plocka disk från borden. Om personalen utvecklat sitt bemötande och servicekänsla hade hotellet fått sig ytterligare ett lyft.

I liked the staff at checking in particular Pawel who was very helpful in advising us on useful apps to use in Gdansk.. The cleaning staff was also very forthcoming and the pool was enjoyable. The only negative was the swimming teacher on Thursday, who was quite rude and felt he owned the pool. That is a pity because all the other staff members were lovely.

Jag och min sambo hade en fantastisk weekend i Gdansk och bekvämligheten och läget på hotellet gjorde mycket för att bidra till detta. Rena fina rum och ett perfekt spa. Mycket goda drinkar och fin mat i restaurangen/baren som låg i anslutning till hotellet! På ett hotell som detta hade jag dock önskat mer servicekänsla hos personalen. I receptionen tittade de exempelvis oftast ner istället för att hälsa på en.

Fantastic hotel, so comfortable and relaxing, spa area was fantasic, great temperatures innthe pool/hot tub etc. Superb breakfast and we worked out it took us about 6 mins to walk to the old town.

The hotel is the opposite side of a main road to the old town. There is an underpass which also serves as access to Zabi Kruk tram stop on services 8 and 9. The underpass is not accessible. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Neptune fountain/Town hall from the hotel. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and currently it is quiet as the road outside is closed due to bridge work. The hotel and its staff are very good and it has a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and has many options but the breakfast room is very busy around 0900 (the room is on the first floor whereas the restaurant is on the ground). A couple of small niggles (some mentioned on other reviews), there are only two pillows to a double bed and they are very thin. More can be obtained from Reception. There is limited shower gel in the bathroom and no separate shampoo. Also whilst there are tea and coffee making facilities, the tea option is limited to one black tea bag. Finally to note that there is a small convenience store just around the corner open from 6am to 11pm and is open on a Sunday as well. I would recommend a stay at the Almond.

Vi återkommer varje år i december och har alltid varit supernöjda. Frukosten är kanon och lite extra lyx med bubblet. Vi testade även restaurangen en kväll maten var ok men servicen bedrövligt med en duo som hade alldeles för hög volym. Det blir inga fler besök på kvälls restaurangen.

Lovely stay. Very good staff and very clean hotel. I could hear the the man in the next room snore xx which kept me awake! Also, breakfast on day 2 was chaos as there were no tables!

The breakfast was delicious a great choice. Lovely breakfast room. Lovely amber touches throughout. The restaurant was really nice we had 2 delicious lunches and 1 dinner great service and compliments to the chef excellent food. The spa was lovely - lovely staff and we enjoyed our massages and chilling in the sauna. thank you everyone.

En utmärkt frukost med ett brett utbud samt vissa rätter som de gjorde åt dig vid beställning ex egg benidict, omelett mm. Bra gångavstånd till det fantastiska centrumet med otaliga restauranger. Bra parkering på innergården. Trångt i poolen.

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly and helpful! Situated just outside old town, great to get away from the busy streets. Only criticism would be the main restaurant, in the evening, has very little choice for kids to pick from.
