The room was spotless and lovely..modern and stylish. I had everything I needed - a very comfortable bed, a huge tv and tea and coffee making facilities. Also a breakfast/starter kit. I unfortunately I did not realise that there is no lift and I have mobility issues..this was hard for me. I am not sure this was made clear somewhere.

A couple of draw backs, the noise from bands playing until late was annoying and the balcony was more of a shared verandah and not separated from the adjoining room, as they were smokers we couldn’t sit outside without breathing their smoke. Also there was only one table and 2 chairs and an old bench seat for the two rooms.

It was centrally located. No lift or fire doors.Room very nice. Bathroom great. Room drafty requiring us to put masking tape on sash windows. Very noisy because of downstairs electric sliding doors beneath us kerping us awake into early hours of morning.

Centre of town. We booked two nights for a Friday wedding in town and should have booked three. They went out of the way to find us a third night at other venue as they were now booked out. The next day they had a cancellation for a room on the third night and offered it to us. It was their spa room and they gave it to us for the regular rate. Very happy with this place. Don’t confuse it with the Daylesford Hotel over the road. Very different.

When trying to check in we stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes with multiple staff walking passed us, I then reread the check in instructions and they told us to head to the bistro and so we did, a lady came up and said “yes?” Rudely then directed us back to the lobby and still no one helped us. Finally we got checked in by two really nice guys at the bar. At night there were people drinking and screaming outside of our room downstairs until 12am to the point that neither of us could sleep even with earplugs in and we had to be up at 5am to drive to Mildura today which we had to stop and sleep on the side of the road because our night was so bad.

Hotel rooms are very nice - stylish and comfortable, so would stay there again. Pub downstairs not so much and trust the other reviews on the food - *do not* eat there. Food was overpriced and inedibly bad, layout was confusing and wall of sports betting not so nice.

Fantastic big room that was clean and fresh, and the decor attractive. The bed was so comfy, with multiple pillows to use. The breakfast pack was a bonus. So nice to stay somewhere that allows for more than one cup of tea and coffee each during the stay.
