The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I liked the fact that we had a balcony and they served muffins and coffee in the main lobby for breakfast. We really appreciated the elevator to the second floor. Hotel is great for seniors.

Really wheelchair accessible. Some properties advertise it but are not really easily accessible. This property was great and staff even came outside and asked if we needed assistance loading up the cat

Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Having an elevator on site always make the stay better for us seniors. They also have a free guest laundromat with 2 new washer and dryers. They also provided the detergent and dryer sheets. There lots of dining options a short driving distance from the hotel.

This is a well-equipped hotel room. Unfortunately the room we were in needed the carpets cleaned by professionals and were filthy. I didn't even want to walk on them with my socks on. That is the only problem I had with the old place

We checked in around 3 , but quickly left to go out around and do some things. When getting back to the room later that evening. We had found the bathroom door frame was covered in blood. The front desk attendant was lovely to deal with. She came and cleaned the door. However we had our dog with us and we were unable to be accommodated to another room. This left us feeling very uncomfortable about the cleanleness of the room going forward.. certainly put a damper on the stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room wasn’t cleaned after first night. No towels for second night. No garbage taken out of the room. No beds made. Morning of checkout woke up to a soaking wet floor. Main door to room leaked. Carpet was soaked. Wasn’t informed about breakfast.

Heating cooling in-room unit about as noisy as a jet engine when starting up. Upstairs guests were heavy footing and every step reverberated into our room. Outside, when vehicles started up … one @ 2.30 AM … well, could have been IN the room. When it was quiet, it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and cleanliness of room very good.

If your room is on the ground level, you have two entrances: 1) interior door via main entrance to hallway AND! 2) exterior private door with your parking space right there for easy back and forth to your car! Very cool :)

It’s not like we didn’t like the place. It is beside a gas station, and a storage facility and trucking place beside and behind. There is nothing wrong with the property. It was perfect for us as we didn’t want to be in St. John’s to start our touring down the Avalon peninsula. If you are looking for a view, not for you. If you are looking for a good location and easy access to travel, it is very good.

This property is easy to commute from to downtown St. John's being on the Trans Canada Hwy. and approximately 14 k's from city center Staff were friendly and very helpful with some of the questions I had with respect to locations in downtown St. John's.

It was a great hotel, however, they mentioned they had breakfast but there was only muffins and coffeee. This ad was a little bit misleading. Overall, the hotel was good, staff was kind and housekeeping was fantastic.

ROOM 206 just had 1 queen bed. Small room. The curtains dont close so no privacy at night from outside viewers. Room is fully bright at 5.15 AM while we were trying to sleep. Use to have a great free breakfast. All they offer now is coffee and mini muffins in lobby area.
