Tolle Unterkunft, super mit der kleinen Küche im Zimmer, die alles hatte, was man braucht, gefüllte Minibar, toll dass WC und Dusche getrennt waren. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Super Anbindung zur Autobahn, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr freundlich Mitarbeiter und schöne moderne Zimmer. Es ist eine kleine Küche mit Backofen, Kochfeld und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Duschen und WC in getrennt im Zimmer untergebracht. Ein großer Kleiderschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Für 8,50 kann man in der Tiefgarage oder auf reservierten Plätzen parken.

Die Handtücher hatten bereits sehr viel erlebt. Es wurde lange nicht grundgeputzt! - Lampenschirme sehr staubig, -Toilettenbrille -in den Rillen sehr viel schmutz. - Fön war echt klebrig - der Boden war nicht richtig gewischt. - Es hat nach Lösungsmittel überall gerochen.

Kochgeschirr war bei Ankuft unsauber, Geschirr und Besteck für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend (unterschiedliche Tassengrößen, nur ein Trinkglas), Seifenspender in WC war leer, die Ausstattung (insbesondere Küchenmobiliar hatte ramponierte, teilweise nicht umleite Kanten und Sockelleisten. Dafür wurde uns als Kompensationsleistung die Parkgebühr zurück erstattet.

Ideal for families with kids because of the large units and the pool. Units are well equipped. Superficial cleanliness is great but don't look under beds. Property is a half hour walk from the city center. Buses are also available, albeit not easy to use

Sono arrivato alle 17,45 e l'appartamento non era ancora stato preparato. Alle 18,30 siamo riusciti a sistemarci. Peccato che nella fretta il personale aveva dimenticato di fornirci di asciugamani. Avvisato il responsabile, siamo andati a cena. Al ritorno dopo tre ore nessuno aveva ancora provveduto a procurarci gli asciugamani ed ho dovuto andarmeli a prendere io stesso. In sintesi vi chiedo se è serio credere allo splendido 9,2 di cui si fregia la struttura. L'aspetto peggiore non sta nei gravi disservizi elencati, ma nell'atteggiamento di serena strafottenza con il quale il presunto responsabile ha gestito la situazione. Confesso che non mi fido più delle vostre valutazioni.

We enjoyed staying at the ApartHotel. It actually did feel like staying in an apartment. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is that “queen bed” meant sleeping on two twin beds pushed together. Every time I wanted to spoon my spouse I ended up sinking into the crevice between the beds; no good. Other than that, good stay.

Draußen waren -8°C und die Heizung (Klimaanlage) ging nicht. Ein Hinweis bei der Rezeption am Morgen brachte leider nichts und auch für einen Heizlüfter oder ähnliches wurde nicht gesorgt. Stattdessen erfuhr ich, dass das Problem bereits seit Wochen bekannt ist und scheinbar nicht nur das eine Zimmer betrifft. Man könnte hier also Vorsatz unterstellen. Nachts wurde es zudem extrem laut. Vermutlich drehten die Generatoren der Klimaanlage auf dem Dach hoch. Es war ein wenig so, als würde man versuchen neben einer Waschmaschine zu schlafen, die durchgehend im Schleuderprogramm läuft. Ich war vorher ein totaler Fan von diesem Hotel und habe es unter meinen Kollegen weiterempfohlen aber diese zwei Nächte waren leider sehr abschreckend...

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Herr und die Dame am Empfang waren super freundlich. Schade war nur, wir hatten extra ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, welche vorne "feste Füße" hatte und hinten Rollen. Das bedeutet, dass bei jeder Bewegung die Betten außeinander gegangen sind und wir sehr oft damit beschäftigt waren, die Betten zusammen zu schieben, weil man immer und immer wieder in das "Loch" gerutscht ist.

Unglaublich! Mega! Wir sind sehr viel in Deutschland unterwegs und selten so ein bequemes, sauberes und smartes Hotel gesehen wie das Apart Hotel FirstBoarding Bayreuth. Man hat direkt einen Bäcker und Lidl gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Teller, Gläser, ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe… . Vielen Dank und bis bald.

Leider kein Zimmerservice (Cleaning), das ist für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind grundsätzlich freundlich, etwas irritiert war ich, als meine Bitte nach einem Taxiruf beantwortet wurde: "Das machen die Gäste eigentlich immer selbst. Ich mach es ausnahmsweise." Sorry, das geht gar nicht! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. In 20 min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt.

Ich hatte geschäftlich in Bayreuth zu tun und war nur für eine Nacht zum Schlafen dort. Der Check-In und der Check-Out waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Von der Ausstattung des Zimmers bin ich positiv angetan.

Stanza abbastanza pulita e comunque in buone condizioni (a parte il bagno non proprio profumato), ho chiesto un cambio degli asciugamani al secondo giorno e l'ho ottenuto. Personale cortese e disponibile. Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma di in apparthotel senza ristorazione ma con cucina. In confronto a molti altri provati direi dignitoso e in ordine. Comodo al centro (ca 15-20 min a piedi), prezzo modico. Se dovessi passare per Bayreuth ci tornerei.

Gut ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile. Keine Kaffeemaschine aber Herd & Spülmaschine. Gutes Bett, recht kleines Bad aber ausreichend große Dusche. Gut, separates WC! E-Laden möglich - immerhin, aber geschickter wäre es mit QR Code und Standzeitgebühr für “Dauerlader” statt einer Karte die nur tagsüber verfügbar ist. Insgesamt würden wir für mehrere Nächte sicher wieder kommen!

The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better

Tolle Unterkunft, super mit der kleinen Küche im Zimmer, die alles hatte, was man braucht, gefüllte Minibar, toll dass WC und Dusche getrennt waren. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Super Anbindung zur Autobahn, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Unglaublich! Mega! Wir sind sehr viel in Deutschland unterwegs und selten so ein bequemes, sauberes und smartes Hotel gesehen wie das Apart Hotel FirstBoarding Bayreuth. Man hat direkt einen Bäcker und Lidl gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Teller, Gläser, ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe… . We loved our stay at the hotel! The suite was spacious and it was very convenient to have a kitchenette. I was most impressed by the service. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Luka was very friendly and polite. When, due to road closures, Bolt and taxis were unavailable, Jonas *offered* to drive us to the Festspielhaus! If it had not been for him, we would have missed the performance! Thank you, Jonas! The hotel is across the street from Lidl, which is very convenient for when one needs to stock the mini-fridge. It is also right next to a walk/bike path that leads to the Tierpark Röhrensee, which is lovely! It is about half a mile from the Wagner and Liszt museums, and another few blocks to downtown, with all the shops, baroque opera house, and restaurants.
