We booked this hotel because of the “4 Star” rating. We had also read good reviews. I was in shock at how dirty our room was. The carpet was cut short and did not meet the walls. The space between the wall and the carpet was full of dead bugs. The carpet that was there was covered in stains. The room and elevator area smelled. The pool was small and nothing too write home about. We booked a “spa pedicure “ as well as two massages. The “spa” pedicure consisted of sitting in a regular waiting room chair in the lobby of the spa— with a plastic bin to soak our feet in. The nail technician literally brought her own nail clippers and file in a little bag with her from home. (How clean were they???) And to top it off — they had a total of ten nail polish colors— not even ONE shade of pink. When we went for the massages— we were astonished to find upholstered massage tables with dirty fabric. (No sheets?) We were each given a small blanket to lay our bodies on— but our heads and face areas were only on the upholstered area. To top it off— one of the tables literally had sunflower seed shells on it! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst hotel we stayed in over our month long trip throughout the Philippines.

Nice hotel, very clean. The staff were great, the breakfast was also very good. Proximity to the airport is very good too. I will stay there again in the future.
