The room was not properly cleaned. I stay at HIltons in different places about 8 times a year, or more and this was the worse in regards to cleaning and maintenance. The exercise room was dirty as well. The treadmill old and slippery, not well mantained at all.

Best hotel in the Surco section of Lima. The staff are professional and friendly. Very clean, new rooms. Great gym. Right in Chacarilla so easy access to everything in the area - lots of great restaurants. Also just a few blocks away from El Pentagonito where you can get an outdoor workout in - especially on Sundays when they close the roads for bicycling, jogging, dance, etc. For covid testing, there are labs right around the corner for quick, same day testing prior to travel.

Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Habitación disponible, pero no permitieron mi acceso 3 h antes del check-in (12h - 15h) sin cobro. Check-in malo. Habitación con ventana pintada en gris, imposible ver afuera. Drenaje de la ducha obstruida, agua servida del baño no bajaba. Solicité limpieza a un empleado. Fue perceptible que estuvieron en la habitación, pero no arreglaron el problema. No me gustaría volver.

Muito ruim. Realizaram um evento no restaurante no café da manhã. As pessoas do evento tomaram conta do restaurante e tornou a experiência bem desagradável. Barulho, bagunça e demora na reposição da comida. Adicionalmente a gerente de plantão era mal educada e não queria emitir recibo da estadia. Tive que mostrar a ela que já haviam emitido em outras ocasiões, mas mesmo assim não foi nada atenciosa nem educada. Muito desapontado com esta ultima experiencia. Sempre que vou a Lima fico no Hotel, mas irei avaliar para as próximas vezes.

I will never return to Lima and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn even though the location is very essential to Surco, they had no English speaking staff no English TV no ability to watch movies or stream anything English it was really a bad experience to be there as an American

hotel located in a very safe and quiet area close to many good places to eat and supermarket. bed very comfortable. I think the room rate is overpriced because of the upscale neighborhood. In Miraflores you will find hotels from the same category and more things to do.
