Being able to check in early as we arrived in Melbourne earlier than anticipated. Awesome. Getting an additional towel and fold out bed done was great. Limited car parking if you didn't get a spot. Be aware of permit parking and times. Acouple of cleanliness things in bathroom that I wasn't happy about. T.V remote was missing the battery cover.

Parking was awkward with too many large vehicles making parking difficult. I did want to thank staff for recovering clothing that had been left behind and were available for pick-up when we returned. Good customer service!

I have enjoyed my previous stays at the property very much. This stay was not as good. The quality of house keeping has slipped enormously. The mugs and cutlery were dirty (and obviously so) and there was no butter (to have on our toast) on the second day of our stay. There are also maintenance issues. The coffee maker is self evidently broken and does not work. The lighting above the outside stairs (from the first to the ground levels) does not work. Descending those stairs in the dark is difficult and dangerous (and is a significant OH&S matter). It is a shame these issues have emerged, as otherwise the property is very good.

In a convenient location. No screens for the windows. Bathroom light switch was pulled away from the tile on the wall potentially exposing the electrical contacts. There was no receptionists so had to walk or take public transport to deal with access cards and payment

Good location and ample parking. The room was a good size, comfortable bed but I noticed the bathroom floor had no floor waste drain and splashed water couldn't get out other than through a tiny hole in the corner of the floor.

Was very disappointed considering how much i paid for the night. It was dirty, smelly and dingy. The king size bed was 2 beds pushed together so there was a divet and was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable. From the moment I entered the room, multiple serious issues were obvious. The in-room safety deposit box was already locked and unusable. The bathroom sink would not drain because the stopper was stuck closed, causing dirty water to sit in the basin. The coffee machine still contained a used capsule from a previous guest, clearly not cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, there were multiple long hairs on the bed. These are not minor inconveniences. They are basic hygiene and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet. What makes this more frustrating is that the hotel requires a $300 credit card authorisation and strict ID verification upon arrival. If such strict policies are enforced, guests should reasonably expect rooms to be properly cleaned and inspected. This stay has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and quality control.

There little things were fabulous (bread,milk & juice in the fridge), however the entire apartment had a very overwhelming smell of stale cigarette. Now I am a recent ex smoker, and it was so overpowering. I had to open the windows and leave the door open for most of our stay. The property was clean, but there were stains on the carpet and walls, could do with a repaint and upgrade. Also booked for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) but only 2 beds were made up, the sofa bed was not. Overall, the place is in the perfect location, close to everything in St Kilda. Check in was a super easy process and the room was ok, but certainly room for improvement.

The room was great it was large, the bed was soft and cozy, the shower was big but there was so much water leakage that the bath mat got drenched, there was rubbish left from a previous guest in the drawer under the TV as well as in the bedroom drawers, I threw it all in the bin. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a Continental breakfast which was nice. I felt secure and safe in this property. I would stay again. Just a little more care needs to be taken by staff to check all drawers for items left by previous guests. This should be a automatic

Hi there, The cleanliness was not up to scratch. There were coffee drips around the coffee machine which meant the bench hadn’t been wiped properly - the mirrors in bathroom were so smeared I had to wipe it over and we only got allocated 2 towels even know I paid for 4 guests.

Very comfortable and quiet for the heart of town. A hidden gem that will become our go to for our future visits. Only issue is that the key needs to be collected from another building 1.4 km away. Not an issue if you know.

The bad: Collecting keys from different location that had limited signage at footpath level. Bed is made up of two singles pushed together with lumpy middle.

The room was great. Added bonus of simple breakfast items (cereal and toast). Staff very courteous. But very noisy with little insulation between rooms and every time someone near you had a shower the water pipes were noisy. This became a problem when the person next to you was going in and out of the door with the door slamming, having a shower until 2.30am. Not much sleep that night.

FALSELY ADVERTISED. Arrived Saturday 1pm and nobody around. Find booking, find phone number and THEN found out YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL TO PICK UP THE KEYS!! Find other hotel, find parking, queue in other hotel to get the keys and long list of instructions which include " Don\'t get your car stuck in the parking without your key because there\'s nobody working at the hotel so it could take hours to get you out". God forbid there is a fire at this property and the first car out of the gates gets stuck. All of this information is hidden in the small print that one should not be obligated to read every time you book accomodation. The apart-hotel itself was clean and convenient to everything in the area. It also had a really nice kitchen area with everything you could ask for during a short stay. It is just a pity that the owners are not letting people know about the the lengths they will need to go to just to get into their room.

This checkin location is 1.5 KM away from the property. They have mentioned guests have to checkin to different place as th 4 or 5 point. But once you booked the property that is the first point in the email. This is unethical business.

No reception office at the hotel have to travel to another hotel to use the reception there then come back to the hotel of staying so very inconvenient if you are on can , taxi , Uber or public transport, waste of money , time and energy … can do better with communication and arrangements here forth!

These guys are shooting themselves in the foot with checkin located at another hotel on the other side of St Kilda. The room was fantastic with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Melbourne, but why they don't have onsite checkin during the peak hours (3pm - 7pm) has got to be costing them more in bad reviews than what they are saving on labor costs.

The keycard I had to pick up at another reception stopped working randomly at the first day, so I had to go back and get another one. The second keycard stopped working as well, so they sent a technician to provide me with a third card. This was very annoying - as well as that the phone in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t reach out to reception. The towels in the room weren’t cleaned properly, there was single hairs on them. Overall unfortunately not a great experience.

Everything was great however check in was at a sister property about a 5m drive from the property. Had we know this prior I would have possibly booked elsewhere. For check out we were told to use a drop box but then we still needed to come by the sister property to check out. Not very practical. Room was clean and had great amenities.
