amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

Nous sommes arrivé vers 18h40 et partions dès 9h00 le lendemain. A notre arrivée nous nous sommes garé devant l'hôtel et avons attendu quelques minutes mais personne n'est venu nous accueillir, pas de bagagiste, ensuite nous avons eu un bon accueil par le jeune homme, malheureusement nous apprenons que le parking de l'hôtel se trouve plus loin dans une autre rue, sans voituriez également. nous avons profité 40mn de la piscine et vue l'heure et prêt de 5heures de routes sous la neige nous avons préféré prendre un room service et diner dans notre chambre, bien que la carte du room service ressemble plus à un snack qu'à une carte de 5*. à l'arrivée de nos plateau le jeune homme ne savait même pas ou les poser car ils sont venus sans une table de room service que l'on peu voire dans tous les hôtels. il n'y a même pas 2 chaises dans la chambre, vous pouvez diner chacun votre tour sur le bureau enclavé !!! la literie était beaucoup trop souple, donc un mal de dos au réveil. la douche dans une baignoire sous pente(ma taille 1m78 seulement) ne nous permet pas sans être baissé de se doucher correctement et cela en inondant la salle de bain qui se trouve dans la chambre sans cloison. Bref très loin des standards d'un 5* pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier, pas de conciergerie, pas de restaurant étoilé à notre départ la jeune femme nous a facturé une 2e fois la chambre alors qu'elle avait déjà été payé, ma femme a du insisté pour se faire rembourser. Bref plus assez de caractère pour ...

Liebliche Unterkunft, schönes Ambiente, Lage herrlich unter Rebbergen, schönes Hotel. Wenn man wert auf den Namen „ Spa“ legt, wird man rasch enttäuscht. Der Spa ist sehr klein, die wenigen Liegestühle, waren alle belegt und wir konnten uns nicht mal hinsetzen. 2 Saunas und ein kleiner, jedoch sehr schöner Pool. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker, es hat jedoch nur 2 Hauptgänge zur Auswahl und das war an den beiden Abenden als wir dort waren, dasselbe. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Strassbourg oder Colmar. Das Städtchen selber hat nur sehr spärliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This hotel is ok. There is no restaurant and the parking is down the street a ways which isn't the most convenient- they should have valet. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Superbe découverte dans cette magnifique région! Et comme nous y étions pour visiter les marchés de Noël, l'hôtel était magnifiquement décoré! Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, et le spa magnifique! Le rapport/qualité prix est très bien! Nous avons pas pu y manger le soir car le restaurant était fermé, mais l'hôtel nous a spontanément proposé d'autres adresses, et ont même fait la réservation à notre place!

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, vous payer le prix d'un 5 étoiles pour un médiocre 4 étoiles. l'acces aux chambres se fait par un escalier (pas d'ascenseur) et personne ne vous a proposé de vous déposer les valises. Les chambres sont trop petite et pour vous dire on n'arrive même pas a étre 2 personnes ensemble dans la salle de bains, elle fait a peine 3m2. Le spa il y de la place pour peut etre 8 personnes, autant il est tres beau mais tres vite a saturation. Null au prix fort

A estadia de nossa familia ( 2 quartos ) foi excelente. A unica ressalva que gostaria de expor é o problema de ar condicionado que ocorreu num dos quartos. (Foi solucionado apos 3 dias). Sugerimos manutencao no sistema de ar condicionado com mais frequencia para que um Hotel deste alto nivel nao passe mais por isso com seus hospedes.
A estadia de nossa familia ( 2 quartos ) foi excelente. A unica ressalva que gostaria de expor é o problema de ar condicionado que ocorreu num dos quartos. (Foi solucionado apos 3 dias). Nous sommes arrivé vers 18h40 et partions dès 9h00 le lendemain. A notre arrivée nous nous sommes garé devant l'hôtel et avons attendu quelques minutes mais personne n'est venu nous accueillir, pas de bagagiste, ensuite nous avons eu un bon accueil par le jeune homme, malheureusement nous apprenons que le parking de l'hôtel se trouve plus loin dans une autre rue, sans voituriez également. nous avons profité 40mn de la piscine et vue l'heure et prêt de 5heures de routes sous la neige nous avons préféré prendre un room service et diner dans notre chambre, bien que la carte du room service ressemble plus à un snack qu'à une carte de 5*. à l'arrivée de nos plateau le jeune homme ne savait même pas ou les poser car ils sont venus sans une table de room service que l'on peu voire dans tous les hôtels. il n'y a même pas 2 chaises dans la chambre, vous pouvez diner chacun votre tour sur le bureau enclavé !!! la literie était beaucoup trop souple, donc un mal de dos au réveil. la douche dans une baignoire sous pente(ma taille 1m78 seulement) ne nous permet pas sans être baissé de se doucher correctement et cela en inondant la salle de bain qui se trouve dans la chambre sans cloison. Bref très loin des standards d'un 5* pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier, pas de conciergerie, pas de restaurant étoilé à notre départ la jeune femme nous a facturé une 2e fois la chambre alors qu'elle avait déjà été payé, ma femme a du insisté pour se faire rembourser. Absolutely everything about this hotel and stay was perfect - the spa was gorgeous, the staff were incredible and the room was brilliant. EXCEPT that they charged me twice! I told them at checkout that I had already paid through Expedia, but they insisted on charging me again saying the first one was a holding charge. A few days later, both payments have been taken and completed. If I hadn’t double checked I might never have noticed!!

We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. So they made us get another room for 300 Eur - we feel like we were taken advantage of because we arrived late and did not have any other options given the late hour.

Superbe découverte dans cette magnifique région! Et comme nous y étions pour visiter les marchés de Noël, l'hôtel était magnifiquement décoré! Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, et le spa magnifique! Le rapport/qualité prix est très bien! Nous avons pas pu y manger le soir car le restaurant était fermé, mais l'hôtel nous a spontanément proposé d'autres adresses, et ont même fait la réservation à notre place!

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

Der Spa ist sehr klein, die wenigen Liegestühle, waren alle belegt und wir konnten uns nicht mal hinsetzen. 2 Saunas und ein kleiner, jedoch sehr schöner Pool. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker, es hat jedoch nur 2 Hauptgänge zur Auswahl und das war an den beiden Abenden als wir dort waren, dasselbe. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Strassbourg oder Colmar. Das Städtchen selber hat nur sehr spärliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This hotel is ok. There is no restaurant and the parking is down the street a ways which isn't the most convenient- they should have valet. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff is excellent.
