英国酒店

The hotel was perfect we were amazed by how big and clean it was. The location was beautiful, the parking is safe and has alot of room. We were 9 and we felt we could fit even 3 more person in it without any issues, I recommend.

Noisy place, not to clean

Très bel emplacement avec un accès facile. Belle chambre moderne, propre et lit très confortable.

The hotel room and property were very clean when we arrived. We stayed for a week as we were visiting our new grandchild in Gatineau. Never once did someone come in to clean the room, change the towels or top up the coffee pods and supplies. We did get more coffee one day because we requested it. Usually there is an information book in the rooms to tell guests about local stores, restaurants and places of interest….there was nothing. No information about the wifi code or on how to connect the television. There was no welcome bottle of water and no Kleenex. We wanted to stay an extra night and it was very difficult to do so as there is no reception. Thankfully our contact person Chelsea was very helpful and solved the problem for us. Although we liked our room and the location is excellent I think these issues need to be addressed. I look forward to your response

J’ai quand même été un peu déçu, l’emplacement de l’hotel est super, les resto proche, la marina à quelques minutes de marche, les attractions à une distance raisonnable. Pour la chambre, l’accès donne un très bon sentiment de sécurité, le stationnement intérieur avec ascenseur sont parfait, L’air climatisé très efficace et silencieux, la cuisine, même si je ne m’en ai pas vraiment servi est super, les meubles de salon sofa, fauteuil, télé sont parfait, la salle de bain assez spacieuse, le bain/douche est bien, la terrasse parait intéressante, la vue sur la rivière est super mais assez désagréable à cause de la ventilation du resto qui fait beaucoup de bruit (et c’est normal, c’est un resto). Le lit était plutôt inconfortable, le matelas est très mince et la base de lit en bois de mauvaise qualité qui craque et grince au moindre mouvement.
