Pillows were horrible to sleep on. Noise from the next door room kept me from sleeping, when I complained about it at 2am to the front desk the noise stopped! Also, in the shower the next morning I slipped, lucky I am still young enough to get up, however there's no phone for emergency in the bathroom. I did hurt myself, I will add.i don't think I will be staying here again.unfortunately.

Amazing hotel, breakfast was lovely, staff are friendly, spa treatments were excellent only thing I would improve is the pool which should be heated. Thanks for a great stay x

Chnmoy did great job in room cleaning. Reception and restaurant staff were amazing. Chef did up delicious glass noodles twice. Thank you
