Ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht, mooie zwembaden, gratis parkeren op het terrein en goed eten bij het restaurant. De kamer zat in gebouw waar je erg veel trappen voor op en af moest, was niet heel handig met de koffers.

Nous venions pour nous faire un week-end de repos en couple en espérant « farnienter » au bord de la piscine.. hélas, 2 piscines mais sans transat (une 10 aines pour les 2 piscines 😳 et quasiment aucun parasol.. les enfants n’ayant pas pied dans la piscine qui leur est réservé viennent dans la piscine « calme » et on ne peut pas les blâmer pour ça.. Heureusement, chambre surclassée avec jolie vue mer, personnel très gentil et pro et petit-déjeuner au top niveau. Mais le niveau n’est pas du tout celui d’un 4 étoiles. Bref, déçus et hôtel au final cher pour les prestations offertes.. Désolée de le dire mais l’endroit mérite un peu d’investissement

L'hôtel est au calme, les chambres sont rénovées et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent Dommage que pour un 4*, il n'y ait pas assez de transats autour de la piscine "adultes" où les serveurs du bar laissent les enfants sauter et crier... alors qu'une autre piscine est disponible... Egalement à remarquer un manque de parasols qui seraient les bienvenus par forte chaleur... et enfin je l'ai signalé mais nous avons été réveillé par votre surpresseur reproduisant le bruit d'une perceuse dès qu'un client tire de l'eau, situé juste en dessous de la chambre 11M.... vraiment pas top pour un week end de repos... J'ai une agence de voyage et malheureusement je ne pourrais pas conseiller votre établissement....

Cet hôtel est tout simplement parfait. C'est grand et on se croirait dans un ressort. Il y a deux piscines chauffées. Une avec un bar et l'autre plus tranquille, que nous avons préférée, car le décors est magnifique et fleurs et Palmiers. Le petit déjeuner inclus était vraiment excellent. Et ils ont aussi 4 bornes de recharges Eotum. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

The attentiveness, service and quality of service was excellent - and very clean - genuinely lovely staff and delicious cuisine. We had a panorama view room which definitely made our stay - the views from our balcony were stunning. Peaceful, relaxing and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Il a fallu plusieurs relances pour enfin obtenir un changement de chambre – heureusement, la nouvelle était bien plus agréable. La borne de recharge pour voiture électrique est un vrai plus. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est très basique, et le Wi-Fi est catastrophique : quasiment inutilisable pendant tout le séjour. Cela fait la 2eme fois que je viens et le service est toujours au top. Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une chambre superbe. La literie est très bonne. Le restaurant est excellent et le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Le personnel est vraiment bien. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn\'t know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed". I found this insulting and coloured what is otherwise a really nice hotel and comfortable room.

The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn\'t know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed". I found this insulting and coloured what is otherwise a really nice hotel and comfortable room.

Séjour parfait, arrivée faciliter par l’équipe de l’hôtel. Baggage porté dans la chambre avant même que nous puissions les récupérer, un accueil chaleureux. Un cadre agréable et bien placé merci pour tout. Le seul bémol à mon goût c’est le restaurant, le soir le service que nous avons pu avoir était loin d’être sérieux, le repas en lui même est bon mais un peu cher par rapport à la quantitée à mon sens. A beautiful location set in peaceful gardens with two choices of pools. The attentiveness, service and quality of service was excellent - and very clean - genuinely lovely staff and delicious cuisine. We had a panorama view room which definitely made our stay - the views from our balcony were stunning. Peaceful, relaxing and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Cela fait la 2eme fois que je viens et le service est toujours au top. Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une chambre superbe. La literie est très bonne. Le restaurant est excellent et le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Le personnel est vraiment bien. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

À notre arrivée le soir venu il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude pour prendre notre douche . Le petit déjeuner n’était pas extraordinaire…!!! Sur la qualité et le choix . Le personnel quand à lui était serviable .
