Great recreational area for kids with a pool and a basketball court. OUtdoor bbq area was nice too. Hotel offers grocery runs for the guests, which I thought was a very nice touch. Beware of those floodlights shining up on the building and maybe right in front of your bedroom if you are on the ground floor. Your bedroom will light up like a stadium.

The staff was amazing. They were ok with my family gathering after a funeral to let the kids swim while the adults just talked. The bed was comfortable, the room was perfect and not cramped, and the breakfast is the best I have ever had!!! Will be staying again when I come back home to visit.

I was so disappointed. The bathroom in my room was covered in hair and very clearly had not been cleaned. While the front desk worked to clean and told me they had taken pictures and informed the manager, after traveling 4 hours, this is not what I wanted to see. This is not the cheapest hotel in this area so it was very disappointing.

It was nice and quiet and easy places to go eat if needed and to entertainment. You can tell the building has lots of visitors and has some wear and tear. The housekeeping could have been as we found food in the pullout bed and the bathroom could have used more attention.

We enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn Casper. The room was clean and spacious, and it’s always great to have a kitchen when we travel. There was only one sharp knife in the kitchen, and we had to hunt to find it (someone had put it next to the plates), but everything else was great

Amazing! We were in town to be with family in the hospital. The staff treated us like family and friends and went above and beyond to make sure we were Comfortable and had everything we needed. She made a difficult time bareable. Thank you!

Chose this hotel because of rating and hot tub. At check in we were charged an additional $7 fee for booking through a third party. And after charging this additional fee and after giving us our room keys then we were told the hot tub was out of order. At 9pm I called the front desk due to 4 boys running the hallway screaming at the top of their lungs. They would not stop even after my husband asked them to and saw their was no parent with them. The front desk hung up on me and did nothing. Other than those two things the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.

When I arrived, there was a group of loud guys in the lobby. This made listening to the receptionist difficult. I mentioned this and the young man shifted and spoke louder so I could hear. Check-in went without a hitch. We stayed only overnight as we were traveling.

This hotel was ice cold, like shockingly cold. The bathrooms in the rooms don't have heat sources or vents and when I arrived the tile was so cold it hurt my feet so I couldn't shower. I blasted the heat at 80 degrees and the room wasn't even close to warm until 6 hours later, almost midnight. Opening the door gives a blast of cold air from the hallway. I put my hand up to a vent in the hallway and cold air was dumping out of it. I called the front desk to ask if there were rooms that had better heat or heat sources in the bathrooms and was told no, and she hung up before I finished asking questions. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. My husband stayed here a week before I did and when I called him he said oh yeah, the freezing cold hotel, why did you stay there? Oh well.
