The bathrooms needed some deep cleaning. We had 2 rooms and one shower had mold in it. Everything else was okay though. Good breakfast and nice gym area.

Didn’t like the limited parking away from the entrance of the hotel for safety and convenience reasons. Didn’t like the big stain in the carpet in our room. However, everything else was great. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, spacious rooms convenient to IHOP and Starbucks.

My son and I liked our room and our stay at the Home 2 Suites . Room was clean which is very important to me and the pool was clean as well. Great place to stay and I highly recommend. We are staying again on our return trip home to Dallas.

When we arrived their systems were down. The front desk were very polite and apologetic. When they came back up we got our room. Then noticed our room was not fully cleaned especially the bathroom. I asked a house keeper for assistance and she said that room had not been cleaned yet and offered another room. We were then moved to another room on another floor. While the staff was very polite, the sink faucets are not attached to the vanity, one elevator was down, there is mildew in the bathrooms, and the bed we slept in dips in the center. I’ve never had a problem with a Hilton before so maybe it was an off day. It is definitely better than a Motel 6

Our hotel room was dirty!!- the bed sheets were turned inside out (who knows if they were clean), one pillow case had dirty hand prints on it, sink had slimy stuff still in it, the tub had hairs in it, the shower walls had dirty had prints on the walls, no towels, dishes still in the dish washer and the shower spigot would pull all the way so you hardly got any water out of the shower head. I’d take a return if my money but they didn’t offer.

In spite of the fact that the girl at the front desk telling us that they “made our beds really good” (something I’d assume happens daily and doesn’t need to be mentioned) and hearing about her domestic issues, the bathroom was disgusting. Mold in the shower that you’d have to be legally blind to miss, and peeling dirty wallpaper, it was so bad I debated even taking a shower, and I was in Afghanistan and Iraq. From 100 feet the interior of the hotel looks ok. But everything is dirty. I used the bathroom in the lobby and went to use a tissue to blow my nose - the top of the tissue was dry, but as I started to pull it up, the entire box was soaking wet. This place needs serious work. And to the girl at the front desk, maybe don’t talk about your personal issues while on the clock. It’s a little unsettling. But I hope it all works out for the best.

Conveniently located off the interstate and friendly staff. Signs said they were doing renovations which seemed to be the excuse for why it was so dirty. Hallways full of debris, dirty, hair, etc. Didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed recently either. Usually love a Home 2 Suites but was disappointed by this one.

Where do I begin? Oh gosh! I stayed in a King bedroom suite with a kitchen, and the room was filthy from the previous guests. The bed was wrinkled and had crumbs on it, so I had to change the sheets and pillowcases myself. The floors looked filthy, which was concerning because I have toddlers who crawl and touch the floor. The kitchen was missing utensils, dishes, and glasses. The bathroom was terrible, with a dirty toilet ring, a disgusting shower, and a clogged sink. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, and we didn't even shower—just endured the night to leave in the morning. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The hotel had a weed stench, and when I asked the staff for fresh blankets and pillowcases, I was told there was only one blanket available. It was a terrible stay, and I regret putting my family through this. There was a lot of noise outside, with cars and motorcycles revving their engines, making it seem like a party.

Disappointing and not worth the money. 1 night stay £163 ($200). Sofa bed was not clean, white stains on bathroom walls, stains on carpet which did not feel clean. Blind broken. One of the sheets we were given to make up the sofa bed was dirty. Extractor Fan in bathroom did not work, neither did air-con. However, good amenities in room with fridge and microwave, and bed was comfortable. Lady at front desk was nice.

We booked a suite with a king and kitchen. The room was really big. Plenty of space. Full size refrigerator was nice. A few minor issues just due to standard wear and tear. Front desk staff was friendly. Convenient off the highway. Descent amount of food choices around as well. Would stay there again.

Staff at checkin was very nice! Room however was in need of repairs. Both room shades (electric) did not work and were stuck in the down/closed position- good for some I guess. Shower-by the time I got out I could have taken a bath!! Water above your ankles. Upon Checkin I, could be mistaken but pretty sure I am not, Breakfast will be 0630-1030. I thought great that is an hour longer than the last Hilton we stayed at. Get down there 1000 as we are getting coffee and talking about what they have for breakfast….they pull the metal curtain closed. I look at the receptionist that is 2 ft away and she turns away. I looked at the website because most post the hours of service but not this specific location. That lead to a (sarcastic) Great visit the the local IHOP.

It was good but the refrigerator and freezer did not work along with the coffee pot. The air conditioning was not blowing cool or staying on but we were only there one night. Other than that it was a nice room the beds and pillows need to be replaced.

Being a family of six, it is really hard to find a reasonably priced hotel room we all can stay together in. We were really impressed with the size and cost of the double queen bed suite with a hide away bed! Kids and parents were happy. We will be staying again!!

The property is clean and quiet. The staff members are bery professional and ready to assist you with your needs. The manager is phenomenal and as is the front desk receptionist. The gentleman who covers the night shift is as equally professional and ready to assist you with your needs. Overall 100% I would recommend this place.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations of friendliness and professionalism, The ladies at the front desk were polite and very helpful. The head maintenance man Marvin was also very courteous and helpful to me. I will be staying at this hotel again.

I tried to check in at 11:15 pm and had a reservation and the front door was locked with no signage pointing me in the right direction. I found a side door that was also locked. I then called the front desk for help though I had visibility to it through the window and saw no one there and was worried. Then I saw a woman walk out answer my call and before I could respond I watched her hang up and walk back to the room she was in. I called back immediately and watched her roll her eyes and throw her head back. As soon as she picked up the phone she made eye contact with me and I was waving for her to let me in. When she came to let me in she asked why I didn’t have my room key and I told her I was trying to check in. Then she seemed to get a little friendlier and I ended up getting to my room. Wasn’t amazing but wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in. I’m just glad I was able to check in after a long travel day. I won’t be returning here as the initial experience was not so great but I hope they do better in the future.

It was a good location right off the highway. When I showed up to check in, no staff was to be seen for over 5 minutes. When an employee did finally show up, didn't seem to concerned for me waiting. There were also no luggage carts available and didn't really seem to care that there were none. Blanket and pillows and linen for pullout bed were all rolled up looking like they had never been changed. Once again the same lady at the desk was unapologetic and just took them all and said there were no pillows instead of offering new pillow case covers. I guess my point is, the lady working the front desk is terrible at customer service and doesn't seem to care about the customers very much.

I didn’t like my room didn’t have any bath towels . Paid for a suite and couldn’t even shower !! Went to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do . I had a terrible experience plus I had a lady in the room we washed our face with our hands

I made a reservation through hotels.com two days ago and when I arrived late in the evening, they said they had no rooms left- they were sold out and blamed the “third party” app. All the other decent hotels were sold out in Meridian, so we are staying at a pretty gross place next door. Not happy!!

This is now my second time within the past six months staying here and will be back - the place is conveniet near the highway, bed is comfortable, shower is hot and wonderful, it is quiet, the breakfast is delicious along with coffee and the staff is beyond wonderful!!!

Close to a park so I can run daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient. Anytime we visit Meridian Mississippi we will stay there.

Everything was wonderful. Our only complaint was we wanted waffles and the hostess would not add to the empty container with 1.5 hours to go during breakfast hours. Otherwise the food offerings were good. Definitely would book with Home 2 Suites again! Encountered front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff which were all very pleasant! Way to go management!

The elevator didn’t work and we had so much stuff to carry up the stairs; we asked for help but it never came. There was no body wash. One of the TVs didn’t work. bathroom was not clean enough. Didn't like the sandwiches as the bread was too stale. Definitely didn’t want to stay another night; please refund my money.
