Ivanna at front desk was very helpful from the moment I walked in the hotel doors. She’s a prime example of being hospitable. A bright beautiful smile always welling to help me with dining options, transportation, or anything. The Pakistan guy in the food and beverage department was amazing as well. I received 2 bottles of Cava and discounts on food during my stay. Only downfall this property doesn’t have a gym.

This wasn’t quite the 5 star property I expected but, it was still good! The pros: the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, it’s very conveniently located, and the breakfast was pretty decent. The cons: the rooftop pool is pretty small, the room decor was a bit random, and in general, the hotel lacked the polish of a true 5 star. Very good, not quite great.

very clean and modern hotel with a great location. Very walkable to Las Rambles and the Gothic Quarter. The staff was really friendly even loaning us umbrellas for our morning walk with a little bit of rain. Restaurant and bar on site and they had evening entertainment with music while we were there as well. I would definately stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, very clean, chic and with many amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful.The location couldn't be better with lots of places to eat, drink and shop at walking distance and close to main avenues and attractions. Over all, excellent hotel.

Very clean, modern hotel, lovley room, although couldn't open the window, all staff/ team were very pleasant and friendly, bar was comfortable but not laid out for larger groups however I understand larger groups are rare in a hotel, we diddnt have breakfast so cannot comment on the food or service very fast and easy check in.

We loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly to us. Our room was always clean and the property was well maintained. The only thing we didn’t like was that when we showered the water would come out and make a mess of water in the bathroom area. We would place towels and made sure the shower door was closed well but it still would come out. Other than that though it was great!

Super placering og fint hotel med meget serviceminded personale. Et par forbedringspunkter: - Det er meget frustrerende og nærmest klaustrofobisk at man ikke kan åbne vinduet, og ja, vinduet, dvs. der er kun ét vindue. Det betyder at der kommer ikke særlig meget lys ind og det gør det ikke bedre at det så ikke kan åbnes - det skal de virkelig få kigget på. - Hoveddøren er meget utæt, dvs. du kan høre alt hvad der sker ude på gangen. De burde installere nogle mere lydtætte døre. - Da hele værelset af designet med træ i en meget nordisk stil, så kommer der en del knirken fra træet når man har aircon på. Forestiller mig at det er fordi træet trækker sig. Det larmer faktisk overraskende meget, så jeg vil foreslå at sove med ørepropper. Ellers en god oplevelse.

Very nice hotel, staff were helpful and friendly, location is convenient. The only problem for me was the bathroom. The door is fiddly, the shower sprays all over the floor and water flows from the tap with such force that soaked my t-shirt and jeans a few times. Apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Accommodation is contemporary and clean. Close to major sites 10 minute walk to casa mila/casa batllo. Sagrada famillia and pac guell 30 minutes walk but recommend inexpensive taxi ride. very close to great restaurants especially tapas place called Cerveceria Catalana. FYI: There are no doors or wall to separate bathroom/ shower to rest of the room. Our room had cove for dressing and small closet and drawers. Our room was on the first floor and was somewhat noisy in the evening. Overall highly recommend Ocean Drive Hotel.

This was the most FANTASTIC hotel we have visited in a long time!! We were treated first class from every employee we came in contact with! Miguel was first contact and took great care of us getting us into restaurants that were booked up for days!!! Carla and Sophie assisted us as well for great restaurants to visit that were within walking distance! And Ariel kept the evening drinks/cake coming every night when we got back to the hotel.

The hotel is very well located and has a particularly friendly staff serving breakfast. However, it was frustrating to not only not get the room upgrade, but on the last day, when asking for a late check-out, they wanted to charge us 50 euros for staying two extra hours. Commercially, for a customer who didn't get the upgrade, the least one expects is some consideration.

3 days in Barcelona, very good location a few steps from the Batllo house and closer to the others. Between L3 and L4 lines of subway, easy to visit Barcelona. Hotel very nice. Clean and large room. One single mattress for a large bed would have been suitable for a better comfort. Bar on poolside appreciated for a drink.

Very comfortable hotel, conveniently placed and with mostly attentive staff. Messed up slightly with some special requests I made for my wedding anniversary trip, but all got resolved eventually. Breakfast involved the strangest interpretation of eggs Benedict. A fried English muffin???? Salmon???? And presented as a sort of sandwich?? If I were being hyper critical, this hotel talks 5 star but walks 4 star. Still, I'd stay again.

Clean/comfortable/great service! Everything we needed (towels/water/coffee/tp/fixing our thermostat) was taken care of within 5 minutes! The rooftop pool/lounge area is small, but it was just before busy season so we didn’t have a problem with space. For weather reference, the pool opened on 10-May (our 2nd day). Never had breakfast so can’t speak to it, but ordered late night room service once and it was decent - worth it for something easy/quick.

Excellent location. We enjoyed walking to all major Barcelona attractions, including Park Güell. Staff went above and beyond without asking. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely visit again.
