Bordoy Casa Ládico - Hotel Boutique Adults Only

We booked this hotel the day after my son’s memorial, during a time of deep grief. I wondered whether travelling so soon was the right decision, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. The hotel is around 10 minutes from the airport, and Bella at reception was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth and genuine personality immediately helped us feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. She showed us around and explained everything, including the honesty bar. The hotel is adults-only, elegant, spacious, immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our room had gowns, slippers, a beach bag with pool towels, tea and coffee, and a fridge with water, soft drinks and beer, all complimentary on our first night. The bathroom was stunning and the bath was huge! My husband is 6ft 2 and, for the first time since we’ve been married, we could both fit comfortably into a bath that wasn’t a jacuzzi. It was such a precious opportunity to relax together. The pool was beautiful, peaceful, private and the warmest hotel pool I have experienced anywhere. Breakfast was outstanding, and the team happily prepared smoked salmon as we don’t eat pork. Cakes, crackers and hot drinks were also available throughout the day. The location was also fantastic for exploring Mahón. The harbour was only around a 15–20 minute walk away, with beautiful restaurants and plenty of places to eat and explore.There was even an art gallery display on our street one evening, which added to the atmosphere

It's a beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Mahon close to all the main sites, the harbour and shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and really beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having freshly cooked breakfast brought to you was a treat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Everything about this hotel is delightful. The layout the ambience the size of the rooms and the staff. I was disturbed by some fellow noisy guests and was moved to a different room. I enjoyed the stay so much I booked additional nights.
