No existe el Spa son dos jacuzzis, no hay masajista, ni zona de masajes viene una masajista de fuera a una habitación enana y cuando hay más de un masaje te dicen que te lo hacen en tu habitación cuando no cabe una cama de Masaje en ninguna habitación. La atención de la recepción decente pero no tiene ni piscina ni nada…no vale la pena y para cuatro estrellas con las ofertas que hay….. hay mucho mejores Hay una recepcionista rubia, con una pinta de horror y unas formas que ni para el mercado central de abastos…que es un horror!!! ha llegado a sacarme de quicio y eso es difícil. Llegó un momento que sin agua caliente la de acondicionado no funcionaba no había mantas no se abren las ventanas no había hielo en el Hotel etc. etc. etc. dije que casi casi quería llamar a la policía.

A lovely renovated hotel/spa. Top-notch decor, fixtures and finishings. Very comfortable, great location. Excellent full breakfast with gracious table service. I would have expected to pay a lot more for it. Only downsides: - The reception person at afternoon check-in was not very hospitable, wrong person for the job. (The person at morning checkout was much nicer.) - My room, though classified as a “Superior Room”, had a door to the adjacent room, presumably to make it a suite. Fortunately the guests there were relatively quiet as I could hear everything.

Hotel molto carino ed elegante in centro a Mahon. Colazione ricchissima con materie prime di alta qualitá. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. L'unica pecca è la difficoltá di parcheggio vista la posizione, in alta stagione è preferibile usare scooters o motociclette.

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Enkel incheckning och fint rum. Bra frukost med personlig service, förvänta dig dock inte en full English eller frukostbuffé. Dricksvatten fanns att tillgå vid tillträde till rummet men därefter ingen påfyllning. Parkering erbjuds i garage som ligger cirka fem minuters promenad bort då trafiken är trång i kvarteret.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights! We all had an amazing time, breakfast was lovely and the hotel was situated within walking distance of the harbour, shops and museum. The spa was brilliant and the treatments too! We will definitely come back to this hotel again - the staff were very warm, friendly and helpful!

Great location in town. Check in poor and not told to look for the room number on the floor! Unusual hey!! Hotel car park took a 15 min drive and was easily missed on the one way narrow street, with the entrance on a haipin right turn. Not told about that either! Car park exit sign was non existent, so don' t be surprised if you end up in the basement floor on your first escape attempt.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Beautiful individual rooms - all very clean - all very different. Staff were brilliant - breakfast was fabulous. I only wished I had stayed longer. Can’t imagine finding any where better in Mahon.

I have been to boutique hotel sant roc &spa at the end of July. I have stayed there only one night to have a quick look at Mahon before leaving Minorca. The hotel is extremely central and is located just at few steps with everything you need. The service is just amazing, all the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful; they just helped me with all my enquiries. The room was located in a separate building, not far from the main entrance of the hotel, and it was spotless clean. It had all the comforts, including an hair diffuser, which for a curly hair person is quite difficult to find. It was quiet and no any noises disturbed during my stay. The only thing, was the size of the room, quite small regardless I was on my own. For the quality and the price paid, rooms should be bigger. Over all my stay was amazing though.

Good location. 10 min walk away from bus station. Across from many small restaurants and shops. It was a cute and comfortable hotel. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The best part was the customer service. The two women that checked me in were so welcoming and able to answer all my questions!

Attenzione in questo hotel non si possono aprire le finestre. Mai vista una cosa del genere, entriamo in camera, c'è cattivo odore, cerco di aprire la finestra, non c'è la maniglia. Penso ci sarà un apertura elettrica. Cerco inutilmente. Chiamo il ricevimento e dico come si apre la finestra? Risposta non si può aprire Dico siete impazziti ad agosto a Minorca non si può aprire la finestra? Risposta mi spiace è pericoloso. Al primo piano? Bah mi arrabbio dico che in Italia è fuori legge non avere aria in camera c'è cattivo odore. Finalmente arriva una tipa con una maniglia apre a weisestrass smonta la maniglia e va via. Mentre va via dico ma come non c'è aria comunque e se voglio chiudere come si fa? Mi faccia cambiare camera. Risposta: in nessun'altra camera può aprire la finestra. Great location in town. Check in poor and not told to look for the room number on the floor! Unusual hey!! Hotel car park took a 15 min drive and was easily missed on the one way narrow street, with the entrance on a haipin right turn. Not told about that either! Car park exit sign was non existent, so don' t be surprised if you end up in the basement floor on your first escape attempt.

We had a flight cancellation and booked the Sant Roc for our extra night stay. They were extremely attentive and made a bad situation become a good experience. Will definitely book this hotel next time we plan to come to Menorca again!

I have been to boutique hotel sant roc &spa at the end of July. I have stayed there only one night to have a quick look at Mahon before leaving Minorca. The hotel is extremely central and is located just at few steps with everything you need. The service is just amazing, all the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful; they just helped me with all my enquiries. The room was located in a separate building, not far from the main entrance of the hotel, and it was spotless clean. It had all the comforts, including an hair diffuser, which for a curly hair person is quite difficult to find. It was quiet and no any noises disturbed during my stay. The only thing, was the size of the room, quite small regardless I was on my own. For the quality and the price paid, rooms should be bigger. Over all my stay was amazing though.

Hotel is in the centre of old Mahon and within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and port. Only downside was size of room as we were staying for 12 days. We asked for tea and coffee facilities and these were provided promptly. Would recommend for shorter stays

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights! We all had an amazing time, breakfast was lovely and the hotel was situated within walking distance of the harbour, shops and museum. The spa was brilliant and the treatments too! We will definitely come back to this hotel again - the staff were very warm, friendly and helpful!

Good location. 10 min walk away from bus station. Across from many small restaurants and shops. It was a cute and comfortable hotel. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The best part was the customer service. The two women that checked me in were so welcoming and able to answer all my questions!

A lovely renovated hotel/spa. Top-notch decor, fixtures and finishings. Very comfortable, great location. Excellent full breakfast with gracious table service. I would have expected to pay a lot more for it. Only downsides: - The reception person at afternoon check-in was not very hospitable, wrong person for the job. (The person at morning checkout was much nicer.) - My room, though classified as a “Superior Room”, had a door to the adjacent room, presumably to make it a suite. Fortunately the guests there were relatively quiet as I could hear everything.

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Enkel incheckning och fint rum. Bra frukost med personlig service, förvänta dig dock inte en full English eller frukostbuffé. Dricksvatten fanns att tillgå vid tillträde till rummet men därefter ingen påfyllning. Parkering erbjuds i garage som ligger cirka fem minuters promenad bort då trafiken är trång i kvarteret.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Beautiful individual rooms - all very clean - all very different. Staff were brilliant - breakfast was fabulous. I only wished I had stayed longer. Can’t imagine finding any where better in Mahon.

The hotel itself is nice, and very well located in the middle of town. However be aware the nearest car park is about a 1km away up/down over 300 steps. The biggest negative for us was the SPA was not open, and we had no prior communication of this beforehand, even though i emailed them twice before we got there to ask them about it. There was no apology at the desk, just "its closed". Have tried to contact them again once back, and so have Hotels.com but they have had no reponse either.
