Extremely rude staff and Managment doesn’t care. We trying to informed the management about how rude their staff are and they didn’t even bother to respond to us. They simply said “someone will get back to you”. No one did. Avoid this location as it doesn’t represent Waldorf.

Pool and pool restaurant was closed but I was not informed prior to booking The Waldorf manager said he was crediting 50% and that I would receive a credit from you Please can you confirm when I will get this credit

Nice place. Restaurant renovation ongoing which cuts out a draw. Great rooms, nice people. A little pricey.
