The hotel receptionists looked annoyed while checking in guests (not welcoming at all). We stayed 3 nights, every morning the house keepers were extremely loud while cleaning. The beds are old and not comfortable especially for the price. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Property is very old and outdated. HVAC not working, the room fluctuated between 26 and 29 degrees. The windows have been sealed shut. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk they were completely indifferent and offered no solution. Management was made aware and again offered no solution. I will never considering staying at this or their associated properties again.

Quarto relativamente bom e limpo! O problema é o café da manhã. Opções horríveis, ambiente sujo e cozinha também suja, que certamente seria fechada se houvesse uma fiscalização pela vigilância sanitária. Funcionárias do café estão mais preocupados em olhar o celular do que a repor os poucos alimentos disponíveis e limpar as mesas e chão.

Quarta bom, com carpete, limpo, banheiro bom e renovado. Equipe prestativa, serviço de limpeza todos os dias porém eram feitos na parte da tarde, troca de toalhas feitas diariamente também. Único ponto que melhoraria seria o café da manhã, poderia ter mais opções e o espaço não acomoda todos quando está cheio mas de resto, muito bom
