Problem i had was the amenities I booked were not the amenities received. I booked king size bed, mini fridge, separate seating area, iron and ironing board. Not only did I not receive any of those with deluxe double room, they don't have any of those amenities on property.. also i paid extra for those amenities. Also gate locks at 11pm and does not open until 6am so any morning excursions you have to jump gate

Excellent little place for Trincomalee. Five minutes walk to the beach front and plenty of shops and places to eat. Friendly staff and nice clean, comfortable rooms.
