Very modern and clean hotel/apartment. Fully equipped. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Bed mattress was so comfortable. Just wish they had evening dining and a bar/lounge.

Amazing stay. One of the finest hotels I have stayed in so far. Very very spacious room. Washer and dryer included. Very handy on a 3 week trip. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Got a free upgrade as well. I would recommend this to everyone.

We booked Ascott for our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed in a 1 BR executive and it was extraordinary. Very spacious with a kitchenette, living and dining area, large BR and large bathroom and two Todo washlet rooms. There was ample closet and drawer space, so we could fully unpack and not live out of our suitcases. The bed was super comfortable, nice linens and pillows. We also appreciated all the amenities in the room - including full size bath products, coffee and water replenished each day. We had no real view from our room, but the location was convenient for getting around to all parts of the city as it has a direct connection to the Otemachi train station. And it was SO peaceful and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it! No bar in the hotel if that is important to you.

Great location if you like a commercial seen as most of the area has businesses. There are some other fab hotels in the area, including The Four Seasons; pricy to stay but a great place to grab drinks and a bite. Ascot does a wonderful job with sustainability support and has GREAT accommodations and room amenities. However, their breakfast is underwhelming and not worth the 4500 yen per person. The connected train station has plenty of coffee shops, quick bites and of course 7-Eleven to help you fill your stomach on your way out to your Tokyo experiences. Also, their check in and check out process was super slow compared to more efficient and expedient service at other hotels like Keio and Candeo. They are busy trying to get folks to sign up for their ASR loyalty program which distracts from an optimized check in….IMO. Rooms great. Location next to train so convenient. And Japanese service always gets an “A” for effort.

J’avais réservé plusieurs nuits, au début du voyage à ce même hôtel, j’avais tellement aimé que j’ai réservé au même pour la fin du voyage! La laveuse sécheuse dans la chambre est un gros must !!! J’ai même eu un surclassement avec le studio salon quoi demander de plus. Grand gym, très proche de la gare central très bien situé quartier des affaires donc plus luxueux et restaurants hauts de gammes ! Certainement un hôtel que je vais revenir lors de mon séjour!!!!

To have the air conditioning (cool or heat) on, there is a bright light on the thermostat. This is annoying for sleeping. The bed is comfortable. The shower has excellent water pressure.

19 day stay in a 2 bedroom apartment plus a seperate studio on the 23rd level…..the only view we had was of the rooftop of the building next door. Although the master bedroom had a view of the building across the road. As it was a considerable length of time management should have provided us rooms on a much higher level.

I travel a lot to Japan and Tokyo inparticular. The original room Ascott offered had a view of the roof air conditionrs. At $1,000 per night this was absolutley unaccepatable. When asked to make a room change they rebooked us to a higher floor and up charged us $125.00 per night for the same room style. Not sure if this is and Expedia problem or the hotel Ascott not liking Experdia. Either way - I won't go back or rebook an Ascott Hotel.

Absolutely stunning views of Imperial Palace and Gardens plus Shinjuku and beyond. We could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. Large soaking tub was lovely. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Loved everything! Friendly staff.

There are some other fab hotels in the area, including The Four Seasons; pricy to stay but a great place to grab drinks and a bite. Ascot does a wonderful job with sustainability support and has GREAT accommodations and room amenities. However, their breakfast is underwhelming and not worth the 4500 yen per person. The connected train station has plenty of coffee shops, quick bites and of course 7-Eleven to help you fill your stomach on your way out to your Tokyo experiences. Also, their check in and check out process was super slow compared to more efficient and expedient service at other hotels like Keio and Candeo. Even after studying all the reviews and YouTube videos, Ascott Marunouchi Hotel exceeded our expectations. Front desk staff spoke fluent English! My only suggestion before staying there would be to map walkable dining options (Particularly breakfast) Be realistic. Where are you going to eat? Might want to stop at a grocery store and make use of the full kitchen -even for a short stay. After full days of exhausting sightseeing, the walk from Tokyo Station felt really long. Awesome hotel. The property is located at the commercial centre so the restaurants nearby are closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. I have booked a studio room.- the view is excellent and can see Mt Fuji. The room is cleapn and the condition is very good. One thing can be improved is the service of the staff. I dont have a feeling that they are welcoming you to stay at the hotel.

Connected to the massive Tokyo underground network of shops, restaurants, and Subway/JR train lines through Exit C6b on the B1 level on the opposite elevator shaft of the Otemachi Park Station. Studio suite with ample space and amenities streamlined for business and couples desiring a luxurious but not fussy place. Staff is quite helpful. (Just a warning for the washer/dryer combo located within the unit - it does neither particularly well.)

It is very conveniently located, on top of a five line Metro station. You just walk into the station instead of going out to the street. A bit hard to find the entrance if you arrive by taxi. You also have to realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor!

We booked Ascott for our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed in a 1 BR executive and it was extraordinary. Very spacious with a kitchenette, living and dining area, large BR and large bathroom and two Todo washlet rooms. There was ample closet and drawer space, so we could fully unpack and not live out of our suitcases. The bed was super comfortable, nice linens and pillows. We also appreciated all the amenities in the room - including full size bath products, coffee and water replenished each day. We had no real view from our room, but the location was convenient for getting around to all parts of the city as it has a direct connection to the Otemachi train station. And it was SO peaceful and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it! No bar in the hotel if that is important to you.

Ascott is an excellent hotel, very clean, and accommodations are like new. There is limited food availability, only offering breakfast and lunch. No room service. However, you can order food to be delivered, but you will need to figure that out by yourself. One of the TV’s in the room did not work. I discovered this late in the evening and did not report it as I did not want an engineer coming into my room late at night. To have the air conditioning (cool or heat) on, there is a bright light on the thermostat. This is annoying for sleeping. The bed is comfortable. The shower has excellent water pressure.
