Ideal Location and lovely hotel and bar - breakfast was wonderful

Liked the central area, funny little lift when we were tired, friendly and helpful people on the desk all day and night, comfy beds, black out curtains and double glazing so we could get a good night sleep. wifi for our young person all great. A sitting room and outdoor area to relax would be great. Very central and photographed location which never felt overwhelming. Thank you for a lovely stay in Gdansk.

Small but lovely and cosy room (and hotel as well), with everything you need for a short stay! Bathroom and bedroom were both very clean, the bed was comfortable. If you keep the window closed, it’s quiet, but if you want to keep your window open at night, it’s better to use the ear plugs - which are provided in the room, so that’s a big plus :) The receptionists were nice and helpful.

... and everything else you might want to see or do in Gdansk. Hotel arranged taxi transfers (90zlt each way) from the airport. Check in was quick and room was ready. I did comment that it was a fair walk to the Christmas market,, who needs a 2 minute walk to get your first mulled wine. The market is on the doorstep, the Forum shopping mall is 10 minute walk and has a good array of shops and a fantastic food court. Stayed 3 nights, the room was big enough, the bed was comfortable, there were ear plugs?? But there was no noise and it was the weekend. Breakfast was excellent, lovely selection and delicious. Lovely restaurant but never used it for dinner. Staff were friendly, could do with more information/maps in English at reception. Would highly recommend this hotel and would return in the summer.

Well situated, small single room but lovely and cosy, had everything I needed with kettle and fridge. Signage could be better - the entrance to the hotel is around the left of the building - I initially went in the front of the building which is the adjoining restaurant (and saw others do the same later in the week) but the staff there were nice enough to direct me. Some noise is to be expected as it's right in the centre of the action but earplugs are provided and worked fine. Overall a lovely stay!

Room 43 on the top floor. View in the direction of the shopping mall and Xmas market. Some noise from the market, acceptable. They provide earplugs in the room. Old building. They have elevator but stairs is a good workout. Short walk to "everything.". Great service, and discount for the stay at their restaurant Rękawiczka. RIBS HOG BBQ JACK DANIELS was really good.

Can’t praise the hotel and restaurant enough. Great value and hotel although small is central located in the old town . Had amazing meals in the hotel/restaurant with a hotel stay discount . Poland seems to be one if the few places left to get value for your money . A must stay here for sure .

Very nice cosy hotel, perfect location near centre (at main street) but also next to the big parking area. Rooms are good, somewhat poor noise insulation, not a big issue at all and ear plugs were included in room if one woould prefer.

Super centralt i den skønne gamle bydel. Restauranten brugte jeg både til morgenmad og aftensmad og som hotelgæst med 15% rabat på allerede billige priser

This room smelled really bad and the couch looked like it had not been cleaned in YEARS!!! This room was not cleaned! Will never stay here again!

Fint rom, god frokost Men måtte spørre i resepsjonen om å få vasket rommet og få rene håndklær. Aircondition verket ikke, ble fikset etter 3 dager

Vi stannade flera nätter och över nyår. Trevlig personal och de bjöd alla gäster på varsin flaska bubbel på nyårsdagen, så uppskattat! Rummet var dock smutsigt vid ankomst och det var mögel i badrummet.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich. Das Frühstücks ist reichhaltig, alles was das Herz begehrt und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Wer in den Hoteleigenen Restaurant etwas essen möchte, bekommt 15% Rabatt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten ein recht grosses Badezimmer. Leider war die Ablagefläche sehr klein. Ein Regal würde noch in das Bad passen. Dieses Hotel würde ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We were in a large deluxe room on the top floor facing front which I’d requested, so it was nice to have our requested acknowledged. Noise level was fine, no need for ear plugs! Bed was extremely comfortable. I would say that this room was more adequate than luxurious or deluxe. It felt slightly sparse in decoration & the bathroom probably needed an upgrade. The public areas felt much more quality than the bedroom we were in looking at photos of other rooms they looked as thought they were decorated nicer than room we were in. Towels, pillows & toiletries etc were adequate nothing special for what we paid. Breakfast was plentiful, coffee excellent & staff were friendly & helpful on all interactions. Great location & pretty building, felt Christmassy!

Excellent location, right on the Main Street. We had a room near the back, so it was fairly quiet. The lack of air conditioning is a problem- we were really hot at night (even with the window open). Staff were very friendly and the free cake slices and community chess board were lovely touches. The modern design is great and the beds were fairly comfy.

Great location and the view from our 3 rd floor window was amazing. Room was small but adequate, modern, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. But the noise from the alley was AWFUL. There is no AC and the fan they left was insufficient. Leaving the windows open was impossible due to all-night bars and then bar cleanup that involved disposing of glass in the recycling. Too bad but would not stay there again.

Zeer mooi gelegen, midden in de oude stad. Mooie en schone kamer. Matrassen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Leuk café erbij.

It was very clean and nice, comfortable beds and a ok breakfast, only bad thing was that it was very loud at night since it was right on the main street.

Sängarna var dåliga. Lyhört. Inget varmvatten på över ett dygn. Bra läge, bra frukost och trevlig personal.

Hotelet ligge fantastisk til i enden av gågaten i gamlebyen. Hyggelig betjening, veldig bra frokost. Savnet kun aircondition på rommet.

Phenomenal service, very friendly, quick, and super helpful. Very, very clean bathroom and room, though not quite set up for four (two are teenage siblings--one 17-year-old boy and one 16-year-old girl--that absolutely will not share a bed together). Excellent location, right in the heart of a square where one of the Christmas markets is (one of our reasons for visiting Gdansk). Incredibly happy! Thank you!

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. I paid for a bigger room and the TV didn’t work so had to be moved 10pm at night to a smaller room. One big bed instead of separate beds, that I made sure to pay extra for. (I’m a 30 yo woman sharing a bed with my mother after being moved). Also, compared to a stunning walk- in shower, we had a tiny shower that just was so different in size. (hence paying for a bigger room). Didn’t even have a side table so I can plug my phone in like a normal person and had to balance it on the bedframe because again, sharing a bed with my mom. Oh also, the tv was terrible in the new room for two nights of the three. Their response to this was, we’d have a compensated dinner for our troubles; which we agreed to instead of arguing for a discount. We were told at the start of dinner the drinks would be compensated and we’d just just to pay for one of the two steaks (they expected us to order pizza. We agreed to the 50% on steaks; we have dinner and after the fact they only said they’d give us 50% off the steaks and not even compensate our drinks or anything. We had a cocktail each and my mom ordered a tea.So it wasn’t a lot. Eventually, it was sorted and we still paid 100 złoty for their mistake? I just think it was super unprofessional and a super disappointing experience from someone who travels a lot, I’ve never experienced this. All other staff was fantastic but so much miscommunication and back and forth, we would have opted to not have the dinner

It’s the second time we’ve stayed at the Liberum Hotel and it was fabulous as usual The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink was exceptional, breakfast was a treat, with something for everyone The hotel is situated at the top of the Main Street, which is an excellent base for sightseeing.

There was a mix up in the room reservation, i needed 2 single beds and what was reserved was only 1 double bed. Simon was very accommodating and helped arrange the beds — and he did this himself. Thanks!

Liberum ligger precis i Old town. Personalet var fantastiska, rummet kan være lidt større da vi var 3 men alligevel ok og badeværelset er stort(*)Morgenmad var alletiders . Mine venner og jeg var meget tilfredse med opholdet!! Rekommenderar gerne til andre venner ❤️

Unterkunft hat mind. eine 4 Sterne Bewertung verdient. Service, Bedienpersonal und insbesondere das zzgl. gebuchte Frühstück ist einfach nur erstklassig.

L’hôtel propose un déjeuner fantastique avec une offre de qualité et une diversité des choix avec même des changements d’un jour à l’autre. Le plus un petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11h qui permet de prendre des forces avant de démarrer la journée

Location was convenient but noisy due to the night club "Carpe Diem" around the corner. Stayed Friday and Saturday so was to be expected. Earbuds supplied by the hotel. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Stayed two nights, any more would be intolerable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was awful, very poor service (2 of us had to wait 15 minutes for our food whilst the other two already had theirs and the food wasn\'t much better. One of the 4 dishes was inedible, far too salty, the other dishes were below average. The kids "pizza with fruit" was OK but that was literally the only thing that was OK.
