This hotel was clean and modern. Minutes from the metro with a straight route downtown with no transfers. Amenities were good, dining, gym but the best thing was the 24 hour airport transport. I had a 6:00 am flight. Ten minutes from the airport and the ride was waiting for us at 3:45 am. This place had it all! Will stay there again!

Fortunately, I was only there for 1 night. I paid around $400 and was given a small, handicapped person's room (I did not ask for it and I'm a healthy tall person. It was facing the very, very loud street out front. The toilet set kept coming off the toilet, the pool was closed for maintenance, and the breakfast buffet was a joke - I showed up at 9:00 am (it ran until 10:30 am) and 2 of the 3 cut fruit bowels were empty, most of the breakfast breads were picked over, and the eggs were not real eggs. This place is 1-2 stars at best, not 4 and I wouldn't pay over $125 for it if you are looking at it.

It was OK for the few number of nights I stayed. The female front desk clerk wasn’t very nice when I checked in… There were a lot of black hairs all over the bathroom (I don’t have black hair). The doors are always slamming up and down the hallway…But it is close to the metro… and it had nice windows, real glasses, a hairdryer and a refrigerator.

Estupendo servicio a nivel front desk, chicas amables, eficientes, muy bien. Lobby bien y limpio. Sin embargo al subir de solo abrirse la puerta del ascensor un olor impresionante a cigarrillo. La habitación aparentemente bien, no permeó el olor nauseabundo del pasillo, pero el piso sucio, con cabellos por todos lados y el baño ni se diga, igualmente lleno de pelos en piso, lavabo aparte de mal olor. Old outdated rooms. They gave us a "Classic room" and really was classic. Small, hardly space arround the bed. No coffeemaker or water cooker, as you usually have in a Sercotel and expect nowadays for the tariff they charge.

Quarto grande, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso com banheira e ótimos produtos de higiene disponíveis (sabonete líquido, shampoo e creme corporal). Pente, escova e pasta de dente a disposição que achei um diferencial. Roupas de cama de ótima qualidade. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente e a climatização central do quarto mantendo temperatura agradável. Tem frigobar, cofre e guarda roupa com bom espaço. Ótima localização perto do Aeroporto e a 5 min de caminhada até estação do metrô/ônibus que liga a região central em viagem de 20 min. Muitas opções de restaurante e fast food na região do hotel além de um supermercado. Não optei por pagar pelo café da manhã e tomei na padaria Granier perto do Hotel que é ótima.Certamente voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel quando retornar para Madrid.

The hotel was barely two blocks from the Metro line. Very convenient to getting to the center of town or any place else we wanted. There is no longer an airport shuttle but it was a very quick, inexpensive Uber ride from the airport. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. What it lacked in variety it made up for in quality and quantity. The staff is always helpful.

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and considerate, but when I explained to the woman who worked the night shift that my air conditioning was not working (and it was 97’ on July 5) she was not helpful and I had a terrible stay because of it. The same considerate gentleman checked me out the following morning early and offered complimentary breakfast.

It's a good and simple place to stay if you are looking to stay around the IFEMA. You can call a taxi which will take you to the IFEMA in 5-10 minutes. It is also 5-10 minutes taxi to the Atletico Madrid's stadium if you are looking to catch a game. Around the hotel there are convenient stores, some small diners, a Burger King, and a super market which is 5 minutes walk away. The subway station is also 5 minutes walk away which will take you to Gran Via in around 20-30 minutes.
