We stayed at this property to be close to the hospital. At the last minute, we needed to stay an extra night and the property manager went out of his way to organise another room for us to move into. Very easy check-in, close to public transport and amazing pool / outdoor area. Not far from city. Would stay again! Excellent!

This accommodation was surprisingly quiet for the area. The one bedroom executive apartment was spacious enough and we enjoyed the fact that it had its own cooking facilities. The underground parking was a huge plus side because it meant we could park the car and do everything else we needed to by walking. We chose this accommodation because it was a two minute walk to our evening venue and five minutes to our dining restaurant. The only thing we found to be a bit strange was that there was no reception and entry point so we had to contact the host once we arrived and he suddenly appeared to explain the process from there. However, it all made sense after that and our stay was very comfortable. We would recommend this accommodation to others.

Great place to stay, didn’t see much of the manager but was always accommodating when contacted. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Melbourne, close to the CBD, zoo, trams right out the front. The only downside was the spa was out of order for most of the time we were there (these things can’t be helped). 10/10 from us.

Extremely safe. Everything provided for my stay. Outstanding position. Loved the private gardens. Gym, sauna, spa & pool area just beautiful. Complete with bbqs and cozy wood fire for those cold months. Gratitude for check in as private apartments. Went above & beyond helping me with parking & taking me to apartment due to being a senior who had visited the local hospital. Loved the inclusiveness of toilets within the building, unisex & disabled. My apartment was glorious with a view & comfy bed. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Room service is only available as part of the cost for guests staying longer than 7 days. To not have towels refreshed in a 5 day stay was unusual. The pool was closed for a day, and is usually too busy to use anyway. The rules were very strict, we were okay with this but it should be made available before booking. Broken windows in each of the two apartments that were booked, they were made safe, and weren’t an issue, except that the already noisy street was even more audible. Close to being a better than average place, just needs some shaping up or TLC

A really responsive and friendly host. The place was very convenient and spacious, however we had to deal with a lot of small cockroaches during our stay. The duvet was also quite thin so we were quite cold at night even with the heater on. Other than that everything else was lovely.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff who looks after the place is patient and quick to respond. Trams are near and there's a woolworths near by to pick up simple groceries. Only thing is that there isn't any cleaning/house keeping services for the 8D7N nights I was there.

The apartment could use a deep clean as some things werent very clean (rangehood, cupboards, shower) but communication was great, they were very helpful and was in a in great location close enough to all transport without being busy like the city.

Property was smaller than expected, and smaller than a room we had booked here last time. It was decent for 2 adults, if the 4 of us had of stayed it would have been cramped. Tram stop in walking distance which was amazing and very convenient. Lygon street in walking distance also. Will definitely stay here again. Staff also super friendly and fantastic communication

Nice apartment a 10min walk from the free tram zone (Queen Victoria Market). We got upgraded to a larger 2 bedroom apartment, having only booked a one bed. Swimming pool is a nice perk and having the washer/dryer is very useful. As housekeeping is only once per week, it would be useful if some more cleaning supplies could be provided.

Really nice apartment block, pool area lovely. Do get a lot of sirens and helicopter from hospital. Some Furniture could do with upgrading but overall a lovely stay in a convenient area. Kindly let us have the room for longer too on last day, thank you

Stayed in a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment for 5 nights as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious and clean. Sufficient supplies in the kitchen for making breakfast each day. Great having washer and dryer too. Only downside was there was only one small couch so difficult for us to sit together to watch tv. The apartment was opposite the hospital so occasionally heard the helicopter landing but didn’t bother us with the doors closed. Great location with free tram a block away. Gorvett was very prompt with any questions we had. Would stay again.

The property is easy to get to and has good public transport nearby. There’s also a taxi rank at the hospital across the road. The apartment is lovely. They had put out plenty of coffee sachets, teabags and sugar. They’d even put a little container of milk in the fridge. I arrived late at night so was really grateful for that. There were also some toiletries and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment is very secure. Before my stay I did find it very difficult to get a response from the accommodation. I was arriving late at night and knew that there would be no-one there at that time to let me in. I had to message several times before I got a response which caused me some anxiety. I also had some queries about payment that never got answered. Overall I would recommend the apartments. I had a really nice stay

Fabulous host & location - it was quiet - great view & well located with beautiful facilities - the car was safe & we walked 4 mins into the free tram zone - thoroughly enjoyed the stay, will definitely be back - our host Gorvett was absolutely the best - ever!

Very nice hotel but it’s not really a family hotel you have to remain quite at all times but yet there was someone on level 10 with music loud as I could hear it & some people were in the pool area with music also pumping, there is only aloud 2 people in the pool per room so either me or my partner had to take our 2 year old son (couldn’t go together) my sisters partner who has adhd was moving too much in the elevator so the elevator sparked a fuse & stopped so my whole family got denied access to the bbq area (which is also the pool area) My room was dirty & the washing machine also stained some of my clothes with black stuff (I know that can’t be helped) I also tried to wash it multiple times to get the black stuff off it, I also didn’t see one cleaner the whole time I was there & I was there for 5 nights, I feel like your getting watched 24/7 because there is a couple little things that happened & my sister was getting an email about her partner doing such & such, my brother in law spilt a little bit of his drink on the floor & we was getting an email about that, but when I had gone down to the ground floor there was sticking stuff of some sort from one end of the elevator too the main door (I bet they didn’t get an email complaining from the owner of the building) he would have happily cleaned it up if he had realised he spilt it. The manager of the hotel was awesome the big boss is very unprofessional & I definitely felt uncomfortable after all that happened.

The property is easy to get to and has good public transport nearby. There’s also a taxi rank at the hospital across the road. The apartment is lovely. They had put out plenty of coffee sachets, teabags and sugar. They’d even put a little container of milk in the fridge. I arrived late at night so was really grateful for that. There were also some toiletries and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment is very secure. Before my stay I did find it very difficult to get a response from the accommodation. I was arriving late at night and knew that there would be no-one there at that time to let me in. I had to message several times before I got a response which caused me some anxiety. I also had some queries about payment that never got answered. Overall I would recommend the apartments. I had a really nice stay

Wonderful and clean apartment. A breeze to check in and check out. We stayed for 3 nights here with our two teenage sons. There is stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, washer and dryer. There are also cooking spices available such as black pepper and salt which we used for making steak. There are also cling wrap and aluminium foil in the drawer. Pots and pans, cutlery, plates and bowls and anything u need to cook a meal are available. So we made wonderful meals using fresh meat and vegetables n cheeses bought from nearby Queen Victoria Market. Tram stations are just 5 mins walk. This is like a second home for retreat purposes. Looking forward to going there again.

This accommodation was surprisingly quiet for the area. The one bedroom executive apartment was spacious enough and we enjoyed the fact that it had its own cooking facilities. The underground parking was a huge plus side because it meant we could park the car and do everything else we needed to by walking. We chose this accommodation because it was a two minute walk to our evening venue and five minutes to our dining restaurant. The only thing we found to be a bit strange was that there was no reception and entry point so we had to contact the host once we arrived and he suddenly appeared to explain the process from there. However, it all made sense after that and our stay was very comfortable. We would recommend this accommodation to others.

The property was perfect for our 2 couples with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking which we did a few times. When we needed anything Mr Lee was always quick to respond & provided the items we needed. The location was close to supermarket & 10 minute walk to the free zone for the tram. Overall i would recommend this aoartment.

We loved our stay! We booked very last minute but that was no problem for our lovely host. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely styled. Super convenient location in North Melbourne, easy walk to great restaurants and close to transport.

Stayed in a 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment for 5 nights as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious and clean. Sufficient supplies in the kitchen for making breakfast each day. Great having washer and dryer too. Only downside was there was only one small couch so difficult for us to sit together to watch tv. The apartment was opposite the hospital so occasionally heard the helicopter landing but didn’t bother us with the doors closed. Great location with free tram a block away. Gorvett was very prompt with any questions we had. Would stay again.

Complete with bbqs and cozy wood fire for those cold months. Gratitude for check in as private apartments. Went above & beyond helping me with parking & taking me to apartment due to being a senior who had visited the local hospital. Loved the inclusiveness of toilets within the building, unisex & disabled. My apartment was glorious with a view & comfy bed. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.
