Esperienza incredibile in questa struttura mi hanno fatto subito il check-in. Staff è giovane e competente. Stanza incredibile con tutti i comfort, palestra enorme e ben attrezzata e terrazza con piscina incredibile dove potersi rilassare tutti gli ambienti sono arredati con gusto.

The Social Hub is a cool, trendy boutique spot that feels like an elevated hostel experience. There is a strong, youthful, community vibe that I loved. The rooftop pools and restaurant/bar were also a fabulous feature. Bonus was laundry and coffee shop on the premises. Staff were pleasant and professional. The day I checked in, two of the three elevators weren’t working, which made it hard to get to my 7th floor room. And the coffee shop was unexpectedly closed down, as was the rooftop pool (apparently due to a private event). On another morning, cab service never showed not only for me but also other travelers who needed to get to the airport on time. All hiccups were resolved and my overall stay was good. I would certainly recommend the spot to travelers who might like an offbeat place to retreat.

Incredible Stay. Great hotel, Super Friendly and helpful staff, very kind put us in a great room with a great view. The restuarant SiSi on the 15th floor rooftop was also great. Good views from the gym on and just so much more. Recently a fan of the The Social Hub Hotels, so i will be looking to stay in more locations!

Had a 3 night short stay. Book-in was easy and fast - online before arrival. Friendly polite staff members on arrival. Modern vibe. Wi fi was good and available everywhere. USB points in room with two pin plugs. Double room on 11th floor was clean and very spacious, with lovely views. Quiet over the weekend - although there was some construction which started on the Monday morning below on one side of the room. Bathroom was clean and towels restocked daily. Hairdryer was great, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner was an added bonus as good quality. Mini fridge was stocked and they had really nice treats at reasonable prices. Only thing was housekeeping did not restock tea or coffee. Amazing rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool (shallow so more like a relaxing dip). Great views and outside seating area. Funky, clean aesthetics. Note we did not eat breakfast or dinner. Awesome water bottle refill at reception. Staff were helpful during the morning and afternoon. Clean and quiet during our stay in October and not too busy surrounding areas. Pharmacy, veg store and mini markets near by. Bus stop and trams on main street a couple of minutes walk away. Beach was about 20 minute pleasant walk and to main restaurants in Sant Marti. We walked to the nearest metro and main shopping Mall - about 30 mins. Would definitely stay there again as we enjoyed the peaceful of the area.

I loved this hotel! The concept is brilliant and I’ll definitely be looking for Social Hubs when I travel. Being in Spain and getting FREE water at the hotel was a huge plus. Free laundry was very convenient! It’s a cool and relaxed vibe. The 3rd floor outdoor pool and patio was nice! I’d love to come back when the rooftop pool opens!

O quarto é muito confortável e impecavelmente limpo. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com comodidades muito práticas — como a lavanderia 24/7, cujas máquinas podem ser reservadas pelo aplicativo, facilitando o uso e avisando o término de cada ciclo. The room was nice and modern, staff were friendly. There were lots of cool places around th building to hang out. Love the fact there’s a laundry room for longer stays. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. Fantastic views, good food and great cocktails. The staff were super friendly. Location is really central but you can get around easily via the tram and metro.

The hotel stuff is super nice. The location, if you are not into being in the center of “party” is really good. I’m not giving 5 stars because out of a 8 days stay the roof pool was closed for events and then construction most of the days. They do have other pool but in a lower floor and the orientation of it only gives sun in the morning. Would have been nice to get some heads up, or discount either for this stay or a next stay since I will definitely come back.

Rooms are very clean cleaned every day with new towels everyone is very helpful food is good central to all sorts of travel a ++

A lovely hotel with a very relaxed and informal feel to it. Very good condition and with excellent facilities. The room allocated was spacious, clean (very day cleaned) and very comfortable. The breakfasts provided were excellent. All of the staff I encountered were first class, very professional but friendly and helpful. The pool area on the 3rd floor was very nice and the gym on the 2nd floor was well equipped. There were easy transport links into the city centre. There were also plenty of eating options within 5/10 mins walk. The beach was only 10/15 minutes walk away. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona.

Only good thing was the breakfast. It’s a below average hotel marketed to seem glamorous. Roof pool closed. Save your money!

Die Ausstattung und das Konzept sind super. Der Empfang war genauso cool, auch das Personal im Restaurant war toll. Allerdings war das Bad sehr schmutzig (Flusen auf dem Boden, Staub…). Da es schon spät war, mussten wir daher das gesamte Zimmer wechseln. Dort war das Bad leider noch schlimmer, überall Flusen und Flecke. Die Tassen an der Kaffeemaschine waren leider schmutzig, im Bett war alles voller verschiedener Haare. Auf Beschwerde wurde mit wenig Verständnis, aber mit neuem Bettbezug reagiert, welcher genauso viel Haare beherbergte. Da bereits kühl und ablehnend reagiert wurde, haben wir uns weitere Beschwerden erspart, da es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war. Schade, denn der Rest des Hotels war tatsächlich sehr, sehr cool.

Très belle ville de Barcelone. L'hôtel est bien situé. Une jolie vue de la ville dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner complet. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir et le check in en ligne était un peu difficile: Nous n'avions pas le numéro de réservation de l'hôtel. Heureusement que le personnel présent nous a aidé. La propreté de la chambre à revoir: Long cheveux présent dans la douche et moquette par aspirée à notre avis. Néanmoins nous gardons un bon souvenir.

Great property. Cleanliness is maintained properly and the staff is very friendly. They suggested me some great touristy spots to visit and also gave me dine out options. Highly recommend.

It was a poor stay overall. The room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. We even got toilet paper with blood stains on it. After reporting this and asking for a new roll, it actually was forgotten so we had to ask again. Also the bathroom drain smelled really bad the entire stay. Brunch was a big disappointment. We had to ask for everything as there was basically no service. The fries were undercooked, the poached egg bowl was full of water. The plates were not cleared, neither were we asked if we liked our meal. We had to get up and pay at the bar. When we had a cocktail on the rooftop bar, the bartender sat with his back towards the guest (literally at the bar), doing his emails. We had to get up and pay at the bar as nobody cleared the table as with brunch. There is a serious issue with cleanliness, guest service and service recovery here. I would not stay again at any of the Social hubs, neither recommended this place.

Tolles Hotel, sehr stylisch. Super freundliches Personal. Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Überall Flusen, im Bad, im Zimmer, auf dem Bett. Es wird nicht gesaugt. Schade. Betten eher unbequem. Ansonsten alles top.

There was no adjustment to the air conditioning. The choice should be the customer as to whether they want to be eco friendly. I want to be comfortable when I spend thousands on a vacation in Barcelona. I was hot every night even after requesting the lower the temperature. The bed was hard and the pillows where cheap polyester and clumpy. The shower was flooded until I cleaned out the trap as there was no preventive maintenance. The drain was so full of hair and grease. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the staff was friendly but I would absolutely not stay here again. The room was just so uncomfortable in everyway. A good night sleep is all I want when I look for a hotel and this was not possible.

The shower had did not work and he was very dirty. The bed was very small. The room is very small.

This is a new trendy hotel which has the most amazing rooftop bar. The views are stunning. The room is big and comfortable. Nice large bathroom. There is a nespresso machine with 4 free capsules and 2 bottles of water. There is a minibar and prices are reasonable. Expect to pay premium prices for food and drink here and the hotel is isolated (not close to anything really). But it is value for money. I would stay again.

The rooms are consistently clean, modern, and comfortable. You sleep well here. No complaints on the basics. But service is where things quietly fall apart. The staff often feel distracted, almost forgetting that hospitality is part of the job. Small details start to irritate during longer stays: water only provided the first days, no tea refills, and a surprising amount of paperwork at check-in. Being asked for personal details like place of birth feels unnecessary and oddly intrusive. None of this is dramatic, just small frictions that add up, and unfortunately, the service seems to decline a little with each visit. Still, the location, price, and vibrant energy make it worth staying. Just don’t expect polished hotel service, think more «campus living with nice rooms»

Great bed and lovely room with fabulous views. It was nice you could open the door for air, but being on the11th floor the half piece of protective glass left me a little squeamish. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Cooked breakfast was top notch. Rooftop bar cocktails were devine A******

Front desk poorly managed. Few staff have eye contact with you but they keep on doing their own things with their heads down. We did the check in ourselves after waiting for waiting for a while.When we did the check in at the panel, found out the staffs that ignoring us are eating chocolate bar just right next to it. Make sense to have auto check in as their service can be completely replace. Only one asian staff taking her job seriously. Morning shift look sleepier than us with all the yawning and stretching. Check out was great! They looked at their screen, head down and said bye have a good day. Pity though as the hotel is well maintained

The hotel is okay, but the hallways have an overwhelming awful smell and the bar closes at 9pm. The hotel charged my card €300 without talking to me. I spilt a small soft drink on the bedsheets, they're saying I spilt an entire bottle of red wine, charged without speaking to me and when questioned confirmed a manager would contact me and haven't. Unacceptable behaviour for a hotel to extort guests who make simple, cleanable, fixable mistakes and lie about the conditions to charge fees.

The staff was rude and discriminative. They made us wait for 2 hours to check us in to prove their moot point and checked in new other guests in front of us. After checking us in the staff with their grin faced made a comment that if we wanted to check in couple hours early then we needed to book for additional night in future. Avoid buying anything from their cafe and restaurant area because it has food flies over everywhere.

We stayed here for 4 nights. In the first night, we had a problem with our air conditioning and called the staffs at reception for help, after a long time someone answered and said they would come to help us, no one came to help us. I found the staff aloof and a bit curt at times and my bins in the bathroom were not emptied. It’s a nice hotel but service is non existent

Excellent vibe and plenty of social space. Service was top drawer, check-in quick and easy, and staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money. Beach is a short walk away and lots of activity. Great choice.

3nights in Barcelona. Cabs and Uber struggled to find the Social Hub. We noticed other guests also had issues. I’m not certain what the hotel can do about this.

I highly recommend this resort for those who are travelling solo or with friends. Very convenient for those seeking public transportation. The resort is about 20-25min away from the beach. Expect yourself to be walking some distance to the nearest transportation.

Man fuehlt sich unter Freunden- jugendliches Ambiente fuer alle Altersgruppen. Nicht zentral , aber gut mit Oeffis erreichbar. Ruhig

Seems recent hotel. Comfortable bed. Quirt room. Fast check-in/out. Quiet neighborhood with some restaurants around.

Hôtel pratique et agréable à deux pas du tram & du métro. Deux centre commerciaux proche. 15 minutes en metro du centre historique. 20 minutes à pied de la plage. La piscine laisse à désirer mais la proximité avec la plage permets de ne pas l’utiliser.

Good property, great staff but issues with rooftop restaurant. Music is loud and there were issues with heating. Beef meal poor due to excexcessive salt.

Stay was great. Hotel is fantastic facilities are modern and great. Breakfast was good and had fresh cooked options. Bar and pool was great. Room was clean and perfect. Would recommend and stay again

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt und voller Staub. Ausserdem kam der Roomservice 2 Mal nicht und wir hatten kein Wasser zum trinken sowie auch keine neuen Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Wenn man unten an der Bar nach Wasser fragte kostet es 3 Euro. Das Frühstück war sehr einfallslos und es wurde auch nicht gleich wieder aufgestockt. Brot war auch 2 Tage alt. Hotelgäste wurden von der Rooftopbar weggeschickt weil ein CO-Working Event war. Insgesamt war es eine schlechte Erfahrung.

Cleaning lady just first day cleaned our room when we went on breakfast, which was very good and in time. Other days - never visited or didn’t left water in the fridge, never did vacuum cleaning on the floor. Breakfast is poor and served in very strange way. Schedule is strange, on weekends they start from 8 or something (probably because staff needs to sleep). Avocado toast is terrible hard and quality is bad. Better to go for some good meal outside. Overpriced. Lack of service.

We loved it here! The staff was very professional and kind. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant! Pavel was so nice, and made us some excellent cocktails. Adam, the chef made some great recommendations, and all the food was so good! Alberto and the others were all so friendly. Highly recommend The Social Hub!
