Beautiful location and, big and charming rooms and friendly staff. I got a room next to a pool wuth construction. Got a new room. But with worse views. There was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub in the room. FYI, the resort is north facing so there is not much sun

We truly had 4 fantastic days at Pu Luong Retreats - situated in amazing beautiful nature. Stunning surroundings view Fromm hotel and rooms over the mountains and rise fields. The staff and service was fantastic - outstanding service minded. We highly recommend this hotel. ❤️😀. Best, Tine & Carsten

The views from the rooms and pool exceed all expectations. The property staff were friendly and helpful, arranging tours and taxis for us as required. Decent buffet breakfast and open for drinks and meals in the evening. Lovely environment.
