Yes they even looked after our bags when ee went for Breakfast on Saturday morning before our train left for home

The fireplace in the room did not work. A call to maintentance resulted in a promise to fix it but nothinng changed. The floor squeeked very loudly waking both my wife and I every time we got up in the night.

Contact less check in was very easy. Received detailed text with all necessary information and suggestions of things to do in the area prior to arrival. Room was clean and linens and sheets were nice quality.
