Check in was glitchy. Attendant confused how to check us in with Hotel.com reservations. It was her issue not Hotel.com issue. She eventually figured it out. Maybe she was new? Stayed 3 nights, facility and rooms were very clean. Beds comfy. Booked 2 rooms, one room had large cracked window, which was concerning. Overall good stay.

The WiFi did not work. The electrical outlets didn't work...our charging squares would not stay plugged in. They just fell out. The usb connectors only drained our devices instead of charging them. Of all the hotels I booked on this trip, this Hampton Inn in Pulaski was the worst, not to mention the most expensive.

Loved the bathroom except for the barn door, it banged against the wall when opening and closing and woke me during the night every time my spouse used the restroom. Also the mattress and pillows were too soft to me. Every time my spouse moved in the bed,it woke me.

The property is fine. My problem is with the booking and confirmation. I had two room booked and confirmed on the Expedia app. When I arrived, they only had one room confirmed and the hotel was sold out. Luckily the front desk manager was able to quickly get a room cleaned and ready.

The front desk gentlemen was great. I was suppose to have 2 rooms for our party of 7. I don't know what happened on the hotels.com side, but only 1 room came through from them. The front desk accomodated us, even though the place was almost at capacity.

It was good, very good breakfast bar. The only thing I would change is, all rooms would be equipped with a handicap height bathroom stool. Any senior would applaud that without the necessity of getting a full handicap accessible room.
