No reason to stay anywhere else. Brooks Base has everything. Tons of shopping, dining, easy access to Riverwalk. Embassy Suites has very a friendly staff, free breakfast, free dinner cocktails! This is the biggest no brainer ever!

Spacious room, free breakfast/parking, and got two complimentary drinks a day. What more could I ask for?

The pool was great and so was the staff. The only thing that was missing was the ice machine was broken.

Everyone exhibited exceptional courtesy, and the atmosphere was delightful. The musical entertainment was outstanding, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the poolside view was impressive.

Very nice property. The fountain in the lobby was very relaxing to sit by. Excellent breakfast buffet! The manager's reception items are modest but appreciated. Great size room and both AC and USB outlets are plentiful.

We enjoy staying here, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Enjoyed our complimentary drinks at the bar and they have a great selection at breakfast.

The rooms were nice, clean and roomy. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. It was very tasty too. I wish you could take a cooler to pool or snacks which is not allowed. They have a snack area that sell snacks so I understand. They also have free afternoon snacks and drinks free at a certain time. Overall it was excellent and definitely go back.

The Staff was okay it was Expensive and they hardly had any Breakfast they always ran out of food the place was filthy it was okay on the outside of building

We always find an Embassy for our trips and over the years we’ve seen a slight decline. However, this property didn’t disappoint. The only complaint I have from our stay is that the toilet could have been cleaned better, there was urine spots between the tank and toilet seat.

Great kind staff. Breakfast 5 star. Room could of been cleaner. Expectations are high because everything else was awesome.

Bathroom floors and crevices were not clean and water in the shower did not drain while showering.

Upon my arrival, the front desk staff was friendly. I reminded them about the requested accommodations to not be in a room near families as it's my birthday weekend away from kids. When I went up to my room, I noticed hair in the shower, dog hair in the sink and a stain on the sheets. There was also dust on the furniture that bothered my allergies, but it wasn't my main concern. I went downstairs and let them know and also showed pictures, and they said housekeeping came up. When the housekeeper came up, she had a dry towel in her hand. She literally just wiped the areas with a dry towel in the bathroom, no cleaning spray or anything (I have pictures of the room). Then when she looked at the bed, she took a picture and left to get another sheet. When she got back, she proceeded to take everything off the bed. I sat on a chair outside of the room to be able to watch and I saw that when she took everything, the comforter dragged on the floor from the bedroom to the couch. I asked if she can change the comforter because it was touching the floor, and she looked at me as if I was crazy. She replaced the sheet and then picked up the somewhat balled up comforter and bedding and left the room. She can back 5 minutes later with a comforter and balled up bedding, 9/10 the same one and proceeded to make my bed. The person at the front desk told me he would have the manager call me, so I'm awaiting the call back. The room wasn't particularly cheap to have to go through that...

Property is nice. Nice area many good restaurants around there. The AC was a problem. Thermostat was not working. Extremely cold and I tried to reset the temperature but unable too. Some handyman came by and he was also not able too. He left and did not fix anything. I had to turn off the AC for the rest of the night..

We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and the beds were comfortable, I was not able to sleep all night the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with a backache and tired. The hotel and room were very nice, the gentleman at the front desk was also very nice.

I have stayed here several times with no complaints. This time noisy and loud. The floor above me was extremely loud until about 3 am.

Room Thermostat was broken on cool. Room was at 66 degrees. Turned it off but room got up to only 70 degrees. Notified front desk, next night we got up to 71 degrees.

Customer service was amazing ! I had some questions throughout my stay and they were answered every time! The breakfast was outstanding !! Room was clean and hotel staff very welcoming and friendly with nothing but respect and great attitudes !

Check in eas easy just the receptions attitude not friendly not very inviting the hotel was ok i loved the service in the kitchen very happy very inviting but just the receptionist attitude or the way she spoke to me was not inviting me to come back .

The staff Joyce and bartender Corey were extremely rude! For the first time ever my stay at embassy suites was a HORRIBLE experience!!

Our stay would have been great if house keeping wouldn't have opened our room door when we were sleeping at 9:30am. We had the do not disturb sign on our door. At 10 they knocked again; at 11 they knocked again and I let them know we were still in the room, at 11:30 the same person knocked again... Our family did not appreciate that one bit.

What an amazing property! The outstanding customer service by Joyce and Grace made for an enjoyable experience all around. Our room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, cleaned and restocked daily upon requests. Breakfast, made to order buffet was very good with alot of options. We also ate dinner in the restaurant, it was also very good, with fresh, hot food! We would definitely stay here again! Also, an added bonus was many restaurant options nearby and close drive to downtown.

Larissa and Front Desk along with breakfast staff were exceptional. We are staying here with my mom in the hospital. Mary downstairs was supper helpful and compassionate to my dad in this most difficult time. My mom passed away on Monday and Mary was the first one to console my dad in the morning. Larissa has gone above and beyond to help us with room extension and reservations. I cannot express my appreciation enough regarding the staff here

The hotel was simple and modern and clean. The receptionists were cold and unwelcoming, when I asked whether our room was by an elevator the receptionist made a face like I bothered her for asking that simple question. I made my reservations on the hotels.com app it and said it was for a king sized bed suite however when we finally arrived to the room which was at the very end of the hotel level floor, it was a room with two full sized beds. I called to the front receptionist to confirm if maybe they gave us the wrong room but she said it was reserved as two bedroom suite, but yet on my receipt it stated for a kind size bedroom. Again the receptionist lady gave me rude attitude and told me that it wasn’t her problem and for me to call the 3 party app that I used to make the reservation with. It was on a Saturday afternoon after 6pm, so how am I supposed to call an app customer service line to speak with someone just to verify if I was in the wrong in the situation or did they get it wrong. It left my trip in a bitter and uncomfortable situation where I had to just deal with it cause we had an event to attend that evening. Overall i won’t be booking at this hotel again. Horribly rude hospitality vibes is not okay.

I was calling front desk and no answer I get there waited for 15 minutes for someone to check me in and then the room was terrible the bed also the door broken I been I customer for many years it’s time to star looking for something else

Clean area in a growing part of SA.

I liked how it is not close to a lot of stuff so it is a more secluded location which is what I was wanting. It is a bit further from downtown then expected.

Great customer service, rooms were great! Nice neighborhood also, you have stores all near by.

You walk to BJ Restaurant and The Outback Steakhouse. There is also a Dutch Bros nearby

The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was much better in variety and quality than what I've experienced at similarly-classified (3-star) hotels. The warm foods were in chafing dishes that were regularly replenished, and there was an omelette station that was fantastic. Easy check-in/check-out (although I still haven't received my itemized invoice). The decor was modern in style and felt more luxe for a 3-star hotel. Location was next to a construction site (although it was quiet since we were there on a weekend), and property is on a busy road but set far back from our, so we didn't hear any traffic noise.

Great last minute find. Luke at the front desk was a breath of fresh air after traveling all day. The restaurant had a lot of healthy options and breakfast was great. Rooms are very quiet. We didn't hear any hallway noise despite many kids staying there for a basketball tournament. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was the location for a family celebration and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious (suite). The hotel staff (check-in receptionist, bar, and restaurant staff) were courteous and friendly.
