Good location, close to airport. Unfortunate that there was no airport pickup. Took the JR rail and had to walk on a sheet of ice. Onsen was nice, could use some re tiling. Room was small but has everything you could need for a quick overnight stay.

平面駐車場もあり不自由なく過ごせました。夜中に戻ってもフロントの方達が笑顔で迎えてくれます。年間の半分は出張のホテル暮らしなので千歳の時は、また泊まりたいと思います。

There is a good restaurant on ground floor. We enjoyed our dinner very much at the restaurant in the hotel. We wore the hotel slippers to go there. Because it was easy to take off slippers before entering inside the restaurant.

初めて利用しました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、笑顔で接してくださって、とても安心出来ました。部屋も1人でしたがちょうど良い広さで、すごくリラックスでき、もう一泊したいくらいでした。 6時台のシャトルバスも大変助かりました。 1つ残念だったのが、部屋の加湿器を使おうと、タンクに給水しようとした際、すごくカビの臭いがしたので、使用できなかったことです... それ以外はとても素敵なホテルだと思いました！3回目の北海道でしたが、またより一層北海道が好きになりました！

立地はとても良いです。フロントのスタッフは最低限のことはしてくれます。今回、禁煙室の予約が取れず喫煙室となりましたが、タバコの匂いがとれず、苦痛な宿泊となりました。部屋に入ってキツい匂いに気が付き、オゾン消臭を依頼、部屋にあった消臭剤をカーペットやソファーなどに撒き拭けるところは拭いたのですが、効果は一時的でした。ふとしたきっかけで、カーペットにお水を零し、カーペットをティッシュで拭いたのですが、びっくり。ティッシュが真っ茶色になるのです。その原因は嗅いですぐに「タバコのヤニ」と判りました。匂いがキツいわけですね。喫煙だから臭っても当たり前、とするのではなく、今は安価なリンサーもあるのですから定期的にクリーニングしてほしいものです。ホテルにとっては、「清掃方針は経営方針」ですからその他も推して知るべし。再訪はありません。

とても綺麗で快適なホテルでした。大浴場もあるので、旅の疲れも癒されます。スタッフの方々も笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。エスコン観戦で利用しましたが、交通の便もよくまた利用したいと思います。

Very clean and comfortable, nicer than I was expecting given the low price. Small room but I knew this before booking and big enough for what you need. Excellent location close to train station which connects to airport. Staff were helpful albeit with limited English speaking, but were very hospitable and were able to help with my questions. Definitely excellent value and would stay again.

The property was great, easily accessible via $16US taxi, clean, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed with everything but are a bit small by western standards. Breakfast in the hotel was solid and offered a little bit of everything. My one complaint is that the temperatures are kept too high. I think this is a Japan wide situation, but damn the hotel and my room were nuclear. Mitigated by opening the 17 locks on the window and turning the fan off.

気に入っているので何回か利用しています。JR利用なので駅から近く、部屋が明るくて、ベッドの堅さ枕、パジャマも上下あるのが良いです。薬を飲むのでペットボトルの水を用意してくれているのも有り難いです。隣近所の足音、ドアの開閉も気にならない。11時チェックアウトもゆっくり出来ていいですね。

急な宿泊となり夜中の到着となりましたが、とても暖かく迎えて下さいました。全体的にこじんまりしていますが、機能的なお部屋で、コンセントなども沢山あり、便利です。とにかくフロントの男性スタッフ達が笑顔で、アットホームな対応に、癒されました。ありがとうございました。

急な宿泊となり夜中の到着となりましたが、とても暖かく迎えて下さいました。全体的にこじんまりしていますが、機能的なお部屋で、コンセントなども沢山あり、便利です。とにかくフロントの男性スタッフ達が笑顔で、アットホームな対応に、癒されました。ありがとうございました。

初めての宿泊でした。駅へのアクセスがとても良かったので、宿泊させてもらいました。出発時間が早く、朝食を食べられないかなと心配でしたが、フロントの方や食事担当の方に配慮していただき、予定より早く食べさせていたいただきました。そのおかげで予定通り出発できましたし、何より和食がとても美味しかったです。 1階にある大浴場に入り、湯船にゆっくり浸かれて、ぐっすり眠ることができました。また機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました！

客室は綺麗で設備やアメニティは良かったのですが部屋のカードキーがうまく作動しなかったのがちょっとなぁと思ったのとワインオープナーを貸した下さいとフロントに電話したのですが快く対応してくれずフロントまで取りに行ったのが残念でした

Queen's Hotel Chitose is a very convenient location to Sapporo's airport. Ordinary rooms are quite small, but I appreciated well-appointed room and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. I opted to buy the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and I'm glad I did. They gave me a multilayered bento box with plenty of Japanese tastes to savor. Chitose itself may not be the most interesting city to visit in Hokkaido, but the convenient access to Sapporo and the airport via the nearby train station make it worthy of your consideration.

空港から電車で２駅（千歳駅）で駅からも徒歩５～７分程の立地で、ホテルからは時間が合えば、無料送迎バスの利用も可能で非常に便利でした。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。　ただ大浴場があるようですが、入り口がロビーのエレベーターのすぐ横にあり、またとても狭く、なんとなく行きづらく利用しませんでした。

空港から電車で２駅（千歳駅）で駅からも徒歩５～７分程の立地で、ホテルからは時間が合えば、無料送迎バスの利用も可能で非常に便利でした。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。　ただ大浴場があるようですが、入り口がロビーのエレベーターのすぐ横にあり、またとても狭く、なんとなく行きづらく利用しませんでした。

施設内容をあまり確認せずに予約しましたが、空港までの無料シャトルバスと大浴場は予想外のおまけでした。チェックインより早く到着しましたが、気持ちよく受付してくださり、説明もとても丁寧でした。この値段でしたらコスパ最高です。お部屋も思ったより広めで清潔でした。駅から5分弱歩きますが大した距離ではないです。もともと千歳駅は駅前のイオン以外お買い物するところはないですし、少し歩けばコンビニもいくつかあります。とにかく静かでゆっくり出来ました。また利用させていただきます。

This was a nice place to start our trip after a long flight. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The room was clean, and the morning breakfast is a must. We had some time to walk around the town and it felt very safe and friendly. We will stay here again given the opportunity. Thank you

朝食を洋食か和食で迷いスタッフに尋ねると「断然和食です」と… そして和食で正解！夕食も相談すると他のホテル内にある店舗や自身が行った事のある店舗を薦めて下さり、訪れた事が無い店舗はハッキリと「分かりません」と言って下さいました。薦めて下さった店舗にも満足しました。また人工温泉も想像以上に良く、浴場に設置されてる水やウェルカムドリンクの珈琲が切れてると伝えた時の迅速な行動も◎。そして浴場やエレベーターに流れるBGMも良かったなと… ただ客室のトイレットペーパーは薄い(？)かなと感じました。笑全体的には大変満足でした。

朝食はビュッフェではなく、和食・洋食から選択。洋食にしました。とても美味しい食事でしたが、ディナーにあったら良さそうなハンバーグ・サラダ・スープ・トーストのセットで、朝一にはちょっときついと感じる人もいるのでは。。。自分も、スクランブルエッグ・ソーセージ・クロワッサンなどの方が嬉しかったと思うので。味は素晴らしかったです！

"Western breakfast" was an unusual mix of breakfast & dinner items: hamburger steak with gravy, carrots & broccoli, cold soup, canned fruit salad, yogurt, lightly toasted bread & butter, milk, water, & coffee. Plenty of it!
