While located in an isolated part of Reims the area is being developed so may have more for tourists in the future. Great location and amenities for business travelling public. Very new and clean. Staff were very kind and welcoming and responded quickly to our requests.

I was really disappointed by this property, it was the our last hotel of a road trip across France, Holland & Belgium & the most expensive hotel on our trip & by far the biggest disappointment Called to check parking was available prior to booking, told yes but to email to reserve a space, emailed 3 x no reply, called and confirmed they had my email but parking wasn't confirmed until they had our email - never got a reply but thankfully there was space when we arrived - it wasn't clear where you should park until we were leaving the carpark so had to move the car further around to Mercer's spots then on leaving at 5am we couldn't get out of the car park and when I called the hotel I was told I'm sorry I'm tired I can not help - I wish I was joking but sadly that was honestly the guy on duty's response Add to that the resturant being closed without notification & all resturants within walking distance with the exception of McDonakds also being closed, really uncomfortable pillows it was an incredibly disappointing last night to our trip which is a shame as it looks like a nice hotel, clean comfy bed, beautiful room & bathroom But I think senior management from corporate need to take a look at this particular hotel as the staff are seriously letting it down
