Fantastic self contained appartment right near a tram stop. Excellent condition and presentation. Parking on site is safe but quite expensive (but parking is expensive everywhere in Oslo).

There was no parking and initially we couldn't find the property and I did not receive any check in information and there was no reception. Luckily a kind man helped us locate the property.

Stayed at the Frogner House - Vika for 2 nights earlier this month. The unit was very nice - clean and spacious. Property is close to everything - dining, shopping, attractions etc. We were on the 6th floor and it was so quiet, even when we had our windows open overnight (to let cool air in as there is no a/c). Quick call to the staff for a question was answered promptly. Love our stay here and we’re sure to consider the FH-Vika again when we return to Oslo!

We rented two apartments here and were very happy with them. The units are clean and well maintained, with everything provided you would need. Staff being off site meant there could be delays if you had a concern, but overall they were quite responsive. This building is in a great area- close to Aker Brygge, national museum, royal palace, etc.

Bra läge men ganska slitet. Hål i väggar, lampor som inte fungerar etc. Självinncheckning fungerade inte så fick vänta i en telekö. Inte värt 3000KR per natt men lugnt och bra område.

Fantastisk delikat og velholdt leilighet! Rent, alle fasiliteter! Sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til Aker Brygge! Et stort minus for oss var at leiligheten var kokvarm! Ingen AC, og man kunne ikke åpne vinduene annet enn på gløtt! Det var satt inn en liten bordvifte, men denne hjalp dessverre svært lite! Perfekt leilighet om du ska overnatte vinters tid, men ikke på sommeren!

The only good thing about the property were the security guards. I called the so called 24/7 customer service # multiple times, nobody answered, left a voice-mail even though the recording was from sponge bob-not funny when you have an emergency. Place wasn't clean, stains on counterts and tables, used/empty coffee single packs. I can go on but you get the picture

We loved all of the balconies and the natural light that the apartment gets. Very comfortable and spacious. Well appointed with all of the essentials. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable. The host was very kind, prompt and accommodating. A little shampoo and paper towels or cloth napkins would be nice additions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Check in machine was very confusing and hard to operate. Room was nice layout, comfortable bed. Lights did not work in bathroom, I fixed it myself by turning on the circuit break. Room was very hot, could not find any way to adjust. Open windows only cooled a little but let in a lot of street noise.

Apartment is good location, easy to check in and out, clean, comfortable bed. Was not aware that Apartment didn't have AC. It was warm so hard to sleep. Once you open the window cooler breeze helps but you have to keep the door and windows open so constant sounds through out the night makes it hard to have good sleep. Also, our stay was in June so longer daylight so had to close the curtains to avoid daylight. Once we close the curtains, breeze was blocked. No ceiling fans either. If you are good without ac or ceiling fan, then this is a perfect place for you.
Apartment is good location, easy to check in and out, clean, comfortable bed. Was not aware that Apartment didn't have AC. It was warm so hard to sleep. Location a bit further than most hotels but not too far of walk from the main city attractions. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. However, lighting is not great. Everything is dim in the common space. Instructions for the WiFi was not available during checkin and had to call customer service. Bring toiletries. It had shower gel and hand soap only. Coming from airport- to take the bus but nothing will drop you off directly by the building. You have to walk 10-15minutes. Best thing is to learn the tram system for easy, convenient travel once you get in town.

I visited for business for a conference. Very nice location and apartment. No staff but electronic checkin. Not possible to contact staff after 8pm otherwise great option and nice place to stay, better than most hotels in Oslo.
