La alcachofa de la ducha un poco sucia, lavabo rajado, las ventanas sudan mucho y se nota que viene algo de frío de ellas. Necesitaría un poco de cariño la habitación.

A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby.

Well first of all I had given it a very bad rating because I believe that it is falsely represented on Hotel.com. Our room was located on the main floor with a window directly on the street. The mattress was sagging and should perhaps be replaced. The room was posted as superior and was accessed through a corridor behind the cubicle of the receptionist. This would not classify as a superior room in my opinion. We walked a fair distance to the location which seemed outside of Santander. However, in all fairness the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre.

Personal atento, buen desayuno, se agradecen dos vasos en el baño y un buen detalle tazas en la habitación y máquina de café, leche, chocolate..., gratuita fuera. Habitación silenciosa. La alcachofa de la ducha un poco sucia, lavabo rajado, las ventanas sudan mucho y se nota que viene algo de frío de ellas. Necesitaría un poco de cariño la habitación.

Well first of all I had given it a very bad rating because I believe that it is falsely represented on Hotel.com. Our room was located on the main floor with a window directly on the street. The mattress was sagging and should perhaps be replaced. The room was posted as superior and was accessed through a corridor behind the cubicle of the receptionist. This would not classify as a superior room in my opinion. We walked a fair distance to the location which seemed outside of Santander. However, in all fairness the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre.

En resumen, qué volveremos seguro porque nos gustó todo.
