アメニティがDHCで、香りや質が好みだった。スマホの充電器が部屋に設備されていた。室内に入るとタイル床と絨毯床が日本の玄関のように分かれていて日本人ならここで靴を脱ぐ？であろうから絨毯やベットの上も少し清潔に感じる。 2階の製氷、自販機、ランドリールームに部屋着で来ている若いカップルがいた。ココは旅館じゃないのに部屋着？？とビックリしました

1週間概ね快適に過ごしました。綺麗で音も気にならなかったです。以下は気になった点です。　 -バスマットのタオルとフェイスタオルが交換されなかったのかな？と思うことが一度ありました。 -エアコンの汚れが目に入りました。 -冷蔵庫を開けると水が溜まっていました。 -禁煙室でしたが、朝廊下、エレベーター周辺がタバコ臭いことがありました。(6階) ランドリーは洗浄機能が付いていて洗剤も要らず、よかったです。100円玉しか使えないのが少し不便でした。両替機を置くか、キャッシュレスになっていると良かったです。また利用させていただきます。

いつも丁寧、且つ親切な対応で快適に滞在させて頂いてます。関内・野毛周辺へ呑みに行くにはベストですね。駐車場もタワーでセキュリティー上で安心で良いです。またお伺いします。我々はいつも1hレイトアウトさせて頂いてますが、海側のお部屋ですと朝方に電車の音があまり聞こえずありがたいかな、と思うぐらいです。

Room was filthy and smells like aging odor (pajamas as well). Drain tub stopper has black mold and i had to use toothbrush to clean it before using tub. Headboard had dust on it so i wiped all the furniture with alcohol cleaner. Location is awesome but I won’t use this hotel anymore.

JR、市営地下鉄、みなとみらい線全ての駅から近いので何度も利用している。エアコンの集中制御（冷房）はわかるが、希望の室温を設定してから2時間程度経つと強制的に室温20度設定になってしまうのはやめて欲しい。深夜に冷えすぎで眼が覚めたし風邪をひく人もいるのではないか。

Ac wasn’t working and staff couldn’t even speak English to discuss about this. A lot of noise from neighbors and they would charge 1000 yen just for 30 minutes late of check out. Water is extremely weak. I feel that they’re doing everything they can to do cost savings. I would not recommend this property at all.

We booked a twin deluxe room so we had more space which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is across the road from the station. Exit 7 or 8. The breakfast was quite good. A couple of things I didn’t like but overall good. The area is perfect location to see everything.

Wonderful staff, very clean, excellent downtown location very close to train stations, many restaurants, and local sightseeing. If you are a tall person (I am 6' and my husband is 6'4") the bed may be a bit short, but it is otherwise comfortable.

Day crew is absolutely amazing and professional, a English speaking team member is on board to assist. Day team went above and beyond the call of duty. Night shift, had very little comprehension of English and when spoken to in my basic Japanese skills, they were clueless to my needs. Even my travel agency experienced language barriers with the night shift when attempting to address my day late arrival due to airline cancellations in order to keep reservations. Great location to everything Yokohama In house Italian restaurant rates a 3 on a scale of 10 for service. I was the only patron in the place, took 10 minutes to get a glass of water with a waitstaff of 3. Food portions OK, but bread had to be requested and portion of the bread was incredibly thin and small. Pasta taste was quite bland for the tomato paste sauce. Local convenience stores 7-11/Lawsons had better tasting foods. Tge higher rating on my part is strictly because the day crew was second to none.

チェックイン時に他のお客様もいたのに部屋番号を大きな声で告げられ、部屋に入ったら寒く、気がついたら窓が開けっぱなしになっていました。2階というのもカーテンを開けると部屋が丸見えになり、ブラインドを下げていても電気をつけると中が見えてしまうので落ち着きませんでした。部屋は広くて快適でした。

We stayed in the corner room on the second floor (Room 209). Love this corner room as it had two windows allowing us to see the hustle and bustle of our area. Front desk was nice and spoke English well! A very special shout out to 'Ooh' the lady who serviced our room and half of our floor! We noticed how hard she works and was so polite checking in on us when she saw us passing by going out. My wife asked for new towels during our 3 day stay. Thank you, we appreciate the little details that 'Ooh' made that seperates MyStay from other budget friendly hotels.

Single bed room was not spacious but clean and comfortable. about 20min. walk away to the Yokohama seaside park and 5 min to the Hamakko-dori st. where the restaurants and shops are located.

Excellent place to stay in Yokohama. The hotel is situated right next to the JR line, and is walking distance to the Yokohama baseball stadium and the waterfront. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was nice, clean, with friendly staff.

JRの駅からも地下鉄ブルーラインの駅からも近くてとても便利でした。日産スタジアムでのライブに行くのに地下鉄の駅がホテルの目の前で超便利！ライブ後にゆっくり帰ってきて、23時半のチェックインでしたが、近くのご飯屋さんを教えてくださったり、とても親切な対応でした。お部屋は必要最低限な感じですが、泊まるだけなので十分でした。変なにおいとかがなくよかったです。朝食は1階の小さなイタリアンのお店でのビュッフェ形式でした。小さなスペースなので、そんなにたくさん種類があるけではないですが、満足できる品揃えで美味しかったです。あと、チェックイン前後に荷物を預かってくれるのはありがたいです！

ぴあアリーナでのイベントのため、宿泊しました。地下鉄関内駅からすぐ近くで、イベントでの移動にはとても便利でした。お部屋も清潔感があり、綺麗です。フロントのスタッフの方も親切に対応してくれました。朝食付きにしましたが、レストランのスタッフの方が比較的大きな声で雑談されてたのが少し気になりました。

The saff was fantastic and very helpful, even though they were reluctant to speak English, they kindly used the translaor on their phone to communicate. The restaurant is small. If you want breakfast at the hotel, sign up for it when you book. We requested it when we arrived at the property and were told we were too late. Fantastic Tonkatsu restaurant is 2 blocks away.

From the time I arrived until the time I sadly departed the service, support and atmosphere at MyStay was fantastic. From the front desk reception, the housekeeper staff, buffet breakfast every day was special. Close to baseball, transportation, Dining, sightseeing, MyStay is convenient, pleasant and definitely a true value for any traveler
