The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The location was central and the towers were in walking distance. Unfortunately the infinity pool was crowded and very cold which was not great given that the weather was chilly.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. There were several things that have brought down the experience from what it was in the past. The pool area is very nice, It still has a great view of the city at night. They do not serve any food or drinks in the pool area. There is no support staff by the pool. Only a security guard. There were many people and not enough pool area furniture available The ability to have room service is limited to after 5pm. The main restaurant (Deep Blue) on the top floor is still very beautiful and the food is good. The restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed. The lobby furniture is a little run down and needs to be replaced. It made the place not look as amazing as it once had. At times during the day it is very difficult to get an elevator because there are too few available, that cover too many floors, with a lot foot traffic needing to go up and down. Wait time is a little excessive. The location of the hotel is great and you have several connections available to public transportation

We had a wonderful stay with excellent amenities, including a skydeck bar, swimming pool, gym, and restaurant on the 51st floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with kitchen facilities, a fridge, and a washing machine. Major attractions like the Twin Towers and KLCC are within walking distance. The only drawback was the long wait time for the elevator due to the high number of tourists and inter-floor traffic. Overall, it was great value for money, and our family of four, including a child, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Really practical and spacious stay with a killer rooftop pool. Getting a bit too busy compared to the last trip - means the great pool is less cool, and the lifts are a huge pain especially at checkout. Stayed in a higher class room than last time, but it actually felt less space and the view was substantially worse. A bit disappointing but still a really great place for families in terms of price, location and space.

The hotel has a great location, plenty of water, and is spacious, but it has too many shortcomings. I stayed in Building C, and I couldn't get to the pool with the Petronas Twin Towers as shown in their promotional photos. The promotional photos seem to show it in the building next door, so I couldn't get there! The pool upstairs only had a small view of the Petronas Twin Towers from one angle. The pool was very small, the security guard was very rude, the rooms smelled bad, and there was inexplicable singing, especially after 5 a.m. The elevator was really slow, and we even sank down once when we were in the elevator. It was so shaky and wobbly, it was a real safety hazard! Lightning protection! !!!

Great stay. Lobby and elevators get quite busy. Especially in the evenings. The pool got busy too due to the sister hotel having maintenance in their pool. Wifi is quite spotty but overall a great hotel. Love the gym and pool

Very spacious service apartment style hotel with washing machine and daily cleanup

Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend.

This was one of the worst stays in my past Expedia experience. The room was spacious, but not clean when we arrived. The location and view from the top floor were great. Yet the elevators were extremely slow, adding 5 minutes both ways. Our room was opened unannounced by a worker while we were trying to relax in the room, and he immediately left without any explanation, making us feel unsafe in the hotel. The building was shared with multiple hotel providers, and the lobby was quite busy and unorganised. Please stay away from this property if you are expecting any starred hotel standards.

Spacious two bed room. It was however dirty and smelled cold cigar. The ACs (4) extremely noisy.

The bed was smelly. Pillows had a sweat smell. Toilet was ok. Floors were dirty in our room. Had ants. The lift was so slow. It took me 7 minutes to get from level 15 to ground level.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point. Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned. Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property. Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

Wir hatten eine große Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Bäder. Es war alles sauber. Kleine Handtücher erhält man erst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Obwohl unsere Suite im 33. Stock war, war der Straßenlärm vor allem nachts sehr stark zu hören. Schallschutzfenster wurden offenbar nicht verbaut. Frühstück war ausreichend. Genügend Parkplätze in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral: Petronas-Towers fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso diverse Restaurants und ein Shopping-Center.

In general really good hotel. The rooms are really spacious, the workers kind and the location great. The only negative thing I noticed was that the bed sheets were a bit old with some old unremovable stains, but that's about it.

Gute Unterkunft, die schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Rooftoppool mit toller Aussicht, war leider bei unserem Aufenthalt ein wenig schmutzig. Die azimmer sind sehr groß und bueten ebenfalls einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Wer eine gute Lage um nicht allzu viel Geld will, liegt hier richtig.

部屋が広く、シャワー・洗面台が２つずつあり。洗濯機も完備していて、使い勝手が良かったです。 他の口コミにもありましたが、シャワー用の温水スイッチの存在は知らないと冷水シャワーになります。 温水スイッチをオンにしていても、浴槽いっぱい分には足りませんでした。

Massive apartment room. Nice and clean and very comfortable. Supplied bottles of water every morning which is a life saver

This unfortunately isn’t a 5 star property. The lobby looks lovely but upon arrival (around 5pm) the 2 members of staff I dealt with were quite rude and kurt so it didn’t leave a great first impression. The room itself was somewhat clean but the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and there was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment (just the bathroom) ! The AC and general appliances in the room were quite old, the TV for example was so dated it didn’t even have chromecast! The apartment also seemed to lack adequate lighting as the whole space felt a bit dark. The hallways were also always very stuffy (due to no AC) and due to the lack of lifts it usually took a while for a lift to arrive (we were on the 40th floor). Overall, I don’t think I would return as there are plenty of better quality 5 star hotels in KL!

-Front desk and conceirge don't look interested. -Poor sound proofing. I can hear the traffic even on the 19th floor. -Prayers at 5am.

Groot hotel. Kamer is heel groot en praktisch ingedeeld. Inrichting is wel basic. Wel schoon en op 15 min loopafstand van de petronas towers. Al met al een zeer geschikt hotel voor een citytrio. Ik raad het zeker aan

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one. Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.

Comfort and cleanliness is good. However… 1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water 2. Bad experience at the restaurant! (I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast! (II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded. (III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers! (IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’ (V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer? Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests? Compliment to: 1. The responsiveness of the back reservation staff 2. The front desk for smooth checki in and check out. Hope that FACE Hotel look into what we have just feedback!

Entire shower rod fell onto my Uncle’s feet while he was showering. Could not have imagined the consequences if my nephew, a 3-year-old child, were to be the one showering at that time. Service recovery from the hotel and front desk crew was very subpar - lack of ownership and empathy, no apology at all too. Maintenance guy was profusely mentioned, which, at that point in time, was superfluous. Expected a lot more from a 5-star hotel like that.

Not as nice, as advertised! Don’t be impressed by the restaurant that they advertise. In this property, there is NO restaurant! The restaurant is in the next door building, which is a different business, so you can’t make a charge to your room, if you eat there! Rooms are huge and are fine. If you are looking for luxurious places, that is definitely NOT the place. But it is very descent and clean. The best part is the bed and pillows; VERY comfortable. The place is like a huge factory. Too many people all the time, the entrance ALWAYS blocked by so many cars that are arriving there every second. Staff are friendly and helpful. NON of my Expedia VIP status were acknowledged! Overall, it is not a bad place, but it was way too busy for me…

I arrived and it looked like a Chinatown street market. People everywhere, cops whistling, cars blocking entrances, not a very 5 star feeling. It’s confusing with 2 buildings that both say the word face on it, making it difficult to know which one you’re even in, I waited 40 minutes to check in to only realize I was to check in on the other building called platinum suites. When I went there, they said check in was down and to come back in a few hours?? Never heard of that at any hotel let alone 5 stars. When I was finally let into the room I paid for, it was a nice room although it just felt dated. There was an old school hot water switch that needed to be turned on. The shower even with hot water switch on, gave me hot water for all of 10 minutes max. If you have 2 people with you in the room, you need to shower at different times. The breakfast buffet was fine, although nothing crazy. I was leaving for the day and forgot to fill my water bottle up so I went to fill it at the breakfast buffet (I paid for), and was denied saying that wasn’t allowed. This sort of nickel and diming is what I’d expect at your average Holiday Inn, not a 5 star suite. I had a long day and wanted to hit the pool for just 20 minutes before it closed at 10 pm. Not an unreasonable thing to want to do. However to my complete surprise, I got in at 9:40 and not even 5 minutes later, a guard with his whistle started barking orders to everyone saying pools closed. Would recommend any other hotel

We had something stolen from our room which put a damper on everything. The lack of accountability, care or follow up was non existant. It was something of my daughters (16) and she remained heartbroken for the rest of the trip. The property itself is good but be very careful of your belongings if you choose to stay.

Really surprised no towels, bathrobes set in the room. Phone could not connect to front desk, housekeeping. I had to go down to ask for towels. Finally I was able to find extension for room service hoping to speak to someone but the staff didn’t speak English well. Even a 3 star and 4 star hotel had better service.

Room was very spacious and decor was nice. Sofa was dusty and needed cushions, quite uncomfortable without them. Some staff were very rude ... There are other brands in the same building and they are rude to residents who are not with their brand. A staff member in the bat looked to get me to pay MYR500 cash to himself for a better table at new years eve!

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

The location is great. It is located in the center of the city. You can easily go to different types of good restaurants. It is also close to twin towers.

This was a decent hotel for a great price, you got a metroline about 100 meters away plus if you want you can even walk to the city centre. One thing I liked was the size of the room I had, it was huge.

Hôtel très bien situé malgré un quartier en rénovation: proche du métro Bukit Nana (3 minutes à pied) et à 15 minutes de marche (en baskets) des Petronas. Très chouettes restaurants à environ 20 minutes à pied ou à 2 stations de skytrain. Nullement en insécurité, on se sent très bien dans cette ville multiculturelle. La piscine au 51è étage est un plus fantastique. Moyen de négocier pour obtenir une rallonge sur l'heure de départ de la chambre. Personnel courtois, un rien guidé parfois mais cela semble être la norme dans tout l'établissement. Suite (trois fois plus grande qu'un appartement parisien) avec deux chambres séparées, un salon, une cuisine très bien équipée et une machine à laver le linge. Vue splendide le soir depuis les baies vitrées.

Excellent modern 2 bed apartment so ideal for family with two kids, and less than 5 min walk to two different transport (tube and monorail) stations. Washer drier an unexpected bonus too. Pool was epic (if nerve racking 51 stories up!) and communal areas super modern, with lovely helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

家族で2ベッドルーム1バスルームの部屋に４泊しました。静かで、過ごしやすかったです。エレベーターが遅いという口コミがありましたが、それほどでもなかったです。スタッフも好意的でした。徒歩10分程度でツインタワーに行けるし、電車とモノレールの両方が利用可能で便利でした。夜景とインフィニティプールは素晴らしいですね。次回もアリです。ありがとうございました。

Apartments don’t have telephone connections with the reception Poor views due to recently erected face styles building. Didn’t supply salt or sugar. Breakfast was very expensive and not many western food options. Not value for money at all. Key card didn’t work so they had to arrange physical keys for us. I had to go to the reception multiple times to get the physical key as they don’t have phone/intercom in the apartments. On the positive side, it’s very clean and spacious. Property is in a resonance state.

nice place to stay very near to the most attraction spot shiuld have for 2nights instead to enjoy our stay and the breakfast buffet were good. recommendable!!

Excellent suites, views and location for the price! The Malaysian satay in the rooftop restaurant is the best in KL!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge, even had a mini-kitchen and a washer. We tried their room service menu and was impressed by the quality of food. Very delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel also has an infinity pool on the 51st floor - great views of the city up there. It does get busy though.
