Oda yeterince büyük. Yatak rahattı. Özellikle spası temiz ve konforlu. Masörleri çok profesyonel ve başarılı. Eski ve kaliteli bir otel. Tüm Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü

Fräscht, rent och trevligt hotell med perfekt läge för vår resa. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Tugcan hotell och kommer att återkomma framöver när vi reser tillbaka till Gaziantep. Vi vill ge ett extra omnämnande om två personer som arbetar på hotellet: Abdulkadir som var till stor hjälp för oss och gav fantastisk service. Han hjälpte oss med bagage, taxiresor, hade alltid bra svar på våra frågor och gav värdefulla tips. Yakout som kör taxi för hotellet och tog oss runt på ett tryggt och säkert sätt. Även han gav väldigt bra service, svarade på alla våra frågor och var väldigt tillmötesgående.

Very kind stad, free valet parking, good breakfast, centered location, decent room, clean, up to date. Very recommendable!

It was my first time at this Hotel and the city. I loved the hotel. I stayed in one of the suites and I really like the whole experience. The room was very clean, I’ve checked nearly every corner of the room and I was surprised how clean it was. You know there some places they oversee usually, but this room has none! I like the little touches they made design-wise. I like their choice of brand, Atelier Rebul for soaps, shampoo and etc…

I had a very bad stay and experience at this city accept this hotel which turned my last day to a horrible ending. Let us start from the reception field.. We went to the hotel knowing that we will feel comfortable as we are a couple with a baby booking 5 star hotel. They gave us a room on the third floor and the whole floor had a strong smell of painting so we requested to stay in a different floor. We had a room at the first floor we entered and it was a room not even a hostel can have. The room was not clean specially the bathrooms were used. Baby coat the sent was miserable note they offered new one after complaining, I am wondering why they didn’t offer from the beginning?! Let’s come to our bed it was broken from one side and not balanced so impossible to sleep there. The morning stuff didn’t care how to solve our problem until the night shift came and tried to do her best but it was late in the night and after few hours we were leaving as we couldn’t handle the place. Morning shift was rude and not professional at all since the check in ending to check out. She insulted us as no one did before to us just because we were asking out right for a clean room.No one were not knowing how to speak English at the front desk and it was big surprise for me that how works at five star hotel!!

The hotel is lovely in a good location and the service is really good. Stayed there for 2 nights booked three rooms and the hotel accommodated to our needs. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Would stay again only choice for this city.

Perfect Hotel for a stay in Gaziantep. Super friendly service and staff.

We stayed with our little baby and everything was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty, lots of options. We would definitely stay again.
