First time staying here while visiting family. The higher price from where we usually stay is well worth it. Looks and smells brand new. Super clean, large guest room, excellent workout facility, and great free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!!

The Holiday Inn in Parsons KS is very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional. The breakfast is very good and not your usual hotel breakfast. There is a great selection. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows are great.

Easily the best hotel in Parsons - normally a hand-crafted coffee fan from Remnant cafe, but the coffee machine in the lobby hits the spot. The ownership has pride in their hotel. I’m a Marriott fan, but when I visit the PK area, I’ll stay here.

One of the best off interstate hotels I’ve rented in a long time. It was super clean, the staff were very friendly. Weekend breakfast is open until 10:00 and the buffet was fully stocked even at 9:45.

I've stayed in about 12 different Holiday Inn Express hotels in the last year and this one is the first that was disappointing - and it's the newest! The cleanliness was a problem in the bathroom. The floor was dirty sticky and the toilet paper, total holder had been broken off of the walls (repaired but not replaced) and the shower floor looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned (just a mr clean magic eraser is all it needs) and pink mildew starting to grow in the shower ... but worst of all was the nastiness around the toilet. I travel frequently and i stay at all hotels and motels based on the reviews of places in that area, but this is the worst review I've had to leave. We did change rooms, and the second room was better, but this hotel has very little attention to detail overall. The corners of the elevator need a good cleaning as well as the carpets. Breakfast was good (except rock hard biscuits) mostly, though they had no decaf (i asked and he said he only makes it only once since most people don't like it and it already had run out). The pillow protectors on the bed weren't zipped and the zippers hung out of the pillow cases (which obviously means they can scratch your face). Housekeeping appears lazy at best. So, i will not be back here. Three night before last we stayed at a Home2 Suites and that will be my go to from now on.

Loved everything about it except mattress was a little lumpy and not quite as comfortable as I would have liked, but otherwise great place to stay!

The toilet didn’t flush well and when I asked for a receipt I was told they didn’t print receipt.

Ac was noisy kick out dust & turn on in the middle of the night even if we had it off and it’s a good thing we didn’t mind the view if semi trucks

The hotel was convenient to where i was going. The lobby was clean, but the front desk person was folding a lot of sheets/towels when we checked in. She was busy doing that and seemed a bit bothered when she had to stop and check us in. Once getting off the elevator the hallway was very hot and muggy. The room was clean but noisey. The AC is loud. We needed extra towels and a blanket the night we checked in. We told the front desk and they never brought it up to our room. The next day we didn't need room service to clean the room but later that day needed all clean towels and the extra blanket. We informed the man at the desk (Vinay). He told us we would have to bring the dirty towels down to him and then he would give us clean towels. We explained to him that wasn't exceptable. He was angry but we told him we would leave the dirty towels outside our door and expected the clean towels. He bought us the towels some time later and was angry he had to go back down and bring back the extra blanket we still needed. He was not customer friendly at all. I would suggest the Best Western that was near by.

Overall it was ok, the hospitality is lacking very, very much not family oriented at all, more just business. Not a friendly feeling, kind of rude, have had much better experiences from much larger locations.

The room was very nice and clean. Easy to check in and easy to check out. I would recommend staying there!

It was a nice place to stay for a small town

I was in town for a HS playoff football game. There weren't many folks that looked like myself and my sons if you know what I mean. We won the game handily and the home team was not happy about it. I decided to make the 3hr drive back home and never even entered my room. Desk clerk was polite and professional and the property was clean. I just didnt like the patrons and the area.
