It's worth for the price. Clean, quiet area, walk to super Walmart, a plenty of parking spaces, very nice of front desk service and room maid, easier to drive north or south. Only one thing bothers that bathroom fan doesn't work and we have to open window at bedroom to circulate air, but it is seasonable and nice to open window for fresh air in May. Overall is pretty good and satisfied and obviously consider back and recommend to friends.

The staff tried very hard to be accommodating which we appreciated. We did need to change rooms initially as several things weren’t working. The new room wasn’t the cleanest and had a cracked toilet seat. The breakfast was limited, the coffe was weak and cold and the elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.

There was dust on the dresser, one of the drawers didn’t have a handle and the bottom of the Formica was coming off. And the elevator broke and didn’t get fixed during my stay

The hotel is a bit outdated. I booked a room with 2 beds and both beds had linens on them that were stained. The "white" sheets on the one bed were beige not white and the floors were not vacuumed. The "breakfast" was packages of oatmeal, coffee that needed to be warmed up in the microwave that didnt work and a juice machine that was labeled out of order. Checkout was simple because there wasnt a checkout process which makes me uneasy that i do not get a receipt. Overall i will not return as this was my first time at this establishment and it just was not something i was impressed with at all.

Room was dirty. Bed was missing a bottom sheet. Carpet was dirty. Toilet paper laying on floor. Furniture was dusty. Free breakfast was offered but food choices limited. Room key did not work; had to return to desk for new key. Had to request a hair dryer from the front desk. Probably the dirtiest room I ever stayed in.

Quiet location and comfortable bed. Several restaurants close by. Hotel sign not lit up, entrance to parking hard to find. Parking lot not lit up and very dark. Cleanliness was subpar. Sheets had large yellow stains. Pillow cases also had yellow stains and were not even white. Mirror was so smudged that one could barely see in it.

Sheets were dirty, blood stains and dirt. Found a big beetle in my comforter. Asked for clean sheets and was given a set to change the bed myself. Also found hair in the shower. It was so gross but I was too tired to find a new hotel after spending all day in the hospital with my son. I slept a few hours and left at 4:30 in the morning. Asked for a refund but the clerk said their system was down and she would have someone call me. No one did. I tried to call but no one answered the phone.

Second time here, due to location and price, but likely last time for us. Like last time, there is nobody at check in desk so you have to ring bell or call, not a big deal though these days with staff shortages, we get it. The gentleman who checked ua in was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, there were beard clipping in the sink, urine and um, brown stuff on toilet, and hair in the tub. The sink near the coffee machine was filthy and the countertop had coffee stains everywhere. Included “breakfast” is nothing to write home about, check out service was non existeny. To summarize, you get what you pay for, and it may be worth the extra $40-$50 to get a cleaner room with better service and breakfast.

We paid extra for upgrade , they provide a room without clean ,someone just slept with long hair on the bed , and bathroom hasn’t been cleaned too . We have to tell them to change it .

I always enjoy staying at Microtel, but this time I got a room that didn’t have any working outlets for me to charge my phone and the hair dryer didn’t work. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Room door did not close and secure properly without extra effort. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. Not enough outlets in room. Mattress was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. TV in room was tiny, and dated. Could not log into any streaming sevices. Continental breakfast was very limited and only open very limited hours. Common areas were not air-conditioned.

Thy had a power outage when we arrived at night. But there was no effort at all to help us with the situation. We left completely on our own on a dark night outside in our car to figure it out. Terrible customer care.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Ther was no soap left in the roon. The cleaning staff didn't show up the next day at all, so the beds were not made and there were no fresh towels. The fridge froze the vegetables i put in it. From the frozen frost at the back, i would say it has never been defrosted. Hardly ever was there anyone at the front desk. Sign said to call a local number for assistance. That's ridicules. This used to be a nice place to say but i will not be staying there ever again.

Our first room smelled of mildew and the whole carpet was saturated with water. The couch and towels were stained as well as the bed sheets. Asked for a different room and were sent to the 3rd floor. Still just as disgusting. Nothing clean, dirty towels, stained sheets. You couldn’t pay me to even sit on the couches in these rooms. We were not going to stay there and went to the front desk for a refund before leaving, and was told by the front desk lady- in nicer words- that I was a prostitute and we were only there to use the room for an hour (which this whole thing took less that 30 minutes). She also refused to refund our money and now here I am dealing with the bank trying to get it back. Definitely a seedy hotel to say the least. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/5 stars.

Breakfast was a few yogurts, two cereals, and instant oatmeal. No juice and the waffle mix was empty. This was at 6:00am, so they can't blame it on running out later in the morning. It just sucked
