Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor\'s form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor\'s" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. He made me feel very unwelcome and if I hadn\'t been tired and had prepaid for the room, I would have found another hotel.

There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night.
