I just recently stayed at Captain Farris and it was wonderful!!! Our host Carol and her staff were friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was the best I had had at a B&B. There was always soft drinks and home made snacks available. Our room was more than adequate in size and very clean. It was a large property that allowed for relaxing outside if you so desired. It was centrally located on the south cape and was perfect! I would stY here again when I venture back to Cape Cod.

We arrived early on a very rainy early afternoon and were accommodated with an early check-in (which was a very nice surprise to us because it was clearly stated that check-ins occurred only after 3pm). Thank you!! A very beautiful and cozy B&B with AMAZING owners/hosts (Carol & Jeff) and their staff! They all made us feel at home; very welcoming! Spacious, clean private room…with spacious, nice and clean bathroom. TV/DVD in our room (but only wished for a smartTV to pull up our Netflix on that rainy first day). Morning breakfasts (and afternoon snacks) were outstanding and delicious! The grounds are beautiful with many areas to sit outside and enjoy, if so desired! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Just lovely!

Carol is an amazing innkeeper. She’s worth the stay in itself! However, the property is lovely, the food is delicious and the neighborhood is beautiful. It feels like being home. You just want to snuggle in to the home.

When my husband and I arrived at the property it was straight out of the movies. A beautiful cottage surrounded by the greenest trees with plenty of outdoor seating space to enjoy coffee, wine and the view. The included breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Karole went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She offered beach towels and chairs, snacks and refreshments. The Captain Farris House exceeded our expectations!

We stayed here 11 years ago and it still has the same charm! Carol and Jeff & team were great hosts, so welcoming and a delicious breakfast each morning. Aunt Liddys room was really spacious amd comfortable with lots of character. We loved the private entrance, own staircase and deck. More great memories from Captain Farris House!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The Inn itself is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The owners Carol and Jeff were warm,welcoming and always made us feel at home. The breakfast was always delicious and extra snacks/coffee/teas available at any time. The location was very convenient for getting to the ferry and surrounding areas on the Cape. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

The Captain Farris House is a beautiful place to stay. We had an amazing time. The room was beautiful and clean. Carol, the owner, was so kind and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and it’s very conveniently located to most attractions on the cape. The breakfast each day was incredible and the staff was super friendly and helpful with great tips for getting around. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay in Cape Cod.

Carol was wonderful. She asked about dietary restrictions and went out of her way to make sure that we could enjoy the breakfast and snacks even though we’re gluten free. She was extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was lovely- clean, quiet, had plenty of places to sit and relax and a small balcony with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Carol and Jeff were, once again, amazing. They were welcoming and so accommodating with my food allergies and needs. The room was gorgeous and clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff there were hospitable and so friendly. Carol’s homemade GF cookies everyday were literally made for myself and one other guest! It was like staying with family. It was so relaxing and we can’t wait to go back! I’d recommend to anyone with celiac disease as well as anyone else!

It was not only our first time visiting Cape Cod , but also our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and honestly, it couldn’t have been any more perfect! Carol and Jeff and staff made you feel like you were at home! Breakfast was creative and delicious! The atmosphere was so tranquil and relaxing. They even provided us with some great tips on sites to see and restaurants to visit This place is 5 stars! From the quality of the bedding and towels to the 5 star touches like homemade cookies and truffles on the bed! Thank you so much for all you did for us! We hope to be back next year! The Captain Farris House was an amazing getaway location! My husband and I went away for 2 nights and loved everything about the Captain Farris House. Carol and Jeff were exceptional hosts who made sure our stay was pleasurable. The breakfasts were delicious and Carol did a fantastic job at making sure my gluten free options were to my liking, which they were. It was a first time stay at a bed and breakfast and we’re not sure we’d go anywhere else as this one was fantastic! We will be back for sure!

We arrived early on a very rainy early afternoon and were accommodated with an early check-in (which was a very nice surprise to us because it was clearly stated that check-ins occurred only after 3pm). Thank you!! A very beautiful and cozy B&B with AMAZING owners/hosts (Carol & Jeff) and their staff! They all made us feel at home; very welcoming! Spacious, clean private room…with spacious, nice and clean bathroom. TV/DVD in our room (but only wished for a smartTV to pull up our Netflix on that rainy first day). Morning breakfasts (and afternoon snacks) were outstanding and delicious! The grounds are beautiful with many areas to sit outside and enjoy, if so desired! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Just lovely!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely and you can clearly tell that every detail has been carefully thought out. We loved the breakfast every morning, the delicious baked goods in the evening and the beautiful decorations throughout the house. Carol is an amazing host and she will make sure you have everything you need to have the best time - book this place - you won’t regret it!

Excellent stay! Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts! They were always helpful with dinner recommendations or with recommendations on day activities! The breakfast was outstanding!! The rooms were big, luxurious and very clean …. and there was a big garden and a front porch for sitting and relaxing!!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days a couple weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. It was such a cute and quaint place. The owners and staff were so sweet. We had to check in quite late due to travel accommodations and the owner sent detailed texts/videos on how to check in and access our room. The breakfast everyday was lovely and really made our stay even more enjoyable. Loved everything about it and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that is homier than just a regular hotel.

The Captain Farris House was awesome. They genuinely care for their guests. They made sure we had everything we needed. Out of our 3 nights we stayed we only got to enjoy 1 breakfast. That breakfast was very good. The 2nd day we had to leave early and weren’t able to be there for the breakfast. On our last day we had to leave early and they made us a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay here again.

I just recently stayed at Captain Farris and it was wonderful!!! Our host Carol and her staff were friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was the best I had had at a B&B. There was always soft drinks and home made snacks available. Our room was more than adequate in size and very clean. It was a large property that allowed for relaxing outside if you so desired. It was centrally located on the south cape and was perfect! I would stY here again when I venture back to Cape Cod.

Carol is an amazing innkeeper. She’s worth the stay in itself! However, the property is lovely, the food is delicious and the neighborhood is beautiful. It feels like being home. You just want to snuggle in to the home.

When my husband and I arrived at the property it was straight out of the movies. A beautiful cottage surrounded by the greenest trees with plenty of outdoor seating space to enjoy coffee, wine and the view. The included breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Karole went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She offered beach towels and chairs, snacks and refreshments. The Captain Farris House exceeded our expectations!

Carol was wonderful. She asked about dietary restrictions and went out of her way to make sure that we could enjoy the breakfast and snacks even though we’re gluten free. She was extremely nice and helpful. The room itself was lovely- clean, quiet, had plenty of places to sit and relax and a small balcony with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable. Charming historic B&B with lots to offer their guests. We had a first floor room with a private entrance from the patio/front porch, convenient for a late night return after attending a wedding across the street at the cultural center. Our 3 course breakfast was superb. We will definitely be back!

The room was not ready until 45 minutes after check in and was run down and noisy. They only offered one key for 4 guests. Breakfast was not until 830 AM and they were not flexible about it. One in my party of 4 stayed there and the rest of us got another place to stay.

This was a perfect stay at in a beautiful home away from home. Captain Ferris’ BnB was thoughtfully set up for travellers in all of the ways- from the inviting chess set in the parlour to the freshly baked cookies available all day. This space is spotless and C and J were helpful and inviting hosts! We loved this place!

Carole and Jeff are lovely hosts and inn keepers. The room we stayed in was very nice including the very large jet tub. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying there and every time has been fantastic - the breakfast is super, the snacks and everything in general. We highly recommend this as your next stay on the Cape!
